As you do so the person suddenly turns, seeming to lose control of their vehicle for a second, and your bike runs right into it, throwing you off of it. The person then kicks it into high gear and storms off as a few high-level skags surround you. Whatever was in that smog is still affecting you, making you see double and making it to where you barely have the will to raise your own hand.
