Oh, and sure Mtn. Just a brief description on the roles. Leader's obviously the leader, same goes with the co-leader/overseerer (depending on which faction your character is in). Recon is basically the spy kind of character, sneaky enough to eavesdrop on the opposing faction, and quick to get away if needed. Assault is like the frontliners if there is a battle, like the brawn of each faction. Tactics is for the brainy type of character, able to come up with battle strategies or just strategies in general to get the upper hand, and usually rely on the Recon characters to get information. Lastly, medics are...well, medics. That should be help for clarification.
