Personality: Starscream can best be described as an arrogant coward. His arrogance gives him his lust for power and leadership. His arrogance is also the reason most, if not all, of his plans fail. In combat, Starscream is very skilled. He can out fly pretty much anything in the sky, and can shoot down nearly every opponent. His hand to hand combat skills are not the strongest, but that's why he prefers to attack his enemies from afar, with long ranged rifles or missiles. Despite his combat prowess, Starscream is a coward. He prefers to flee in the sight of a hard fight, and also will be more willing to order retreats, as well as lead them. Another side of Starscream is his skills with his words. He may be an even better politician than a warrior, due to his silver tongue. He can sugar coat any idea of his, and make his superiors believe in his plan. But when it fails, he is equally good at making adequate excuses to get away with it. This comes into his lust for rank and power, and he constantly believes himself to be the rightful leader of every organization he comes into contact with.
Abilities: Ability to transform into a cybertonian jet equipped with rapid fire cannons and missiles. In robot mode, he can hover in the air, and use a cloaking device to render himself near completely invisible.

The Nucleon Charge Rifle is a great weapon for sniping. Equipped with a 10x scope and near unlimited range, a skilled wielder can take out a squad from afar before they even know what's happening.

Other: He betrayed Megatron shortly before coming to this world, and so distanced himself from his previous leader and joined Legion. And a piece of advice for whoever is leader, to keep Starscream in check, a good beating usually does the trick (If you're large/powerful enough).
