Oh, forgot about explaining Commander (Rebellion) / Overseer (Legion).

Commanders are to watch over the other members of the Rebellion, which are the assault, recon, tactics, and medic, and to make sure that everything is in the right order. Mostly, they take command when a battle uprises, and has to keep in mind of the leader's main objective.

Overseer's are just like the Commanders, but they also get a Legion-ruled city (on the map, will randomly give to Overseers before we start) under their control. Basically, the city has to stay in their control and keep away the Rebellion forces.
