First off, you choose Alaira's end result which Lucius told you that it won't take much magic to take out the demon and would leave Alaira with some energy. That was your choice, not ours. We only lessen the damage as we can't account or be responsible for every single PC reaction while IC. If you didn't want it to happen, then Please, next time don't do it when we suggest not to. 

Grey can't really win against Heus, first off you're hitting him in the head. It won't knock him out even with 10 hits because it's literally hollow, merely makes him pissed and if Grey kills Heus, Khan dies. Which to be honest, he's already crippled from Lucilia's current actions so too much more he's not waking up. So forgive me for preventing that Free as I don't think Grey will forgive himself for killing the Headmaster.
