Finished and posted finally. Double, it was mentioned earlier in the OOC that the League had a means of contacting descendants of other heroes, older heroes themselves, what their systems dub 'friendly aliens,' etc... if he had powers and was within range of their Unlimited Protocol contact devices then one of them found him and relayed the surviving JL's emergency transmission...
