I have to turn the water on early to heat up, but only because I'm on the third floor of a 90 year old building with pipes that take FOR-EV-ER to get water up to my level. There's always cold water handy, though, but if I were to turn the water on as a stepped into the shower, I would probably be [i]done[/i] with my shower by the time the hot water showed up.
