I know it's changing the subject a bit, but I know what you mean about bikers/non-drivers using the road dangerously. Where I live, there's a severe problem with skateboarders. They go without pads and helmets, they go above the speed limit, and they do it in the middle of the road, and even into the other lane. Plus, there's lots of blind corners. A couple of times they've even jumped off and had their skateboards hit our cars. I honestly think people are getting too relaxed on the roads. There are laws for it so that people's families cannot sue the true victim of the idiot who got himself killed. It's like there are laws in Hawaii (and I am severely hoping elsewhere too) that prevent people from suing lifeguards for failing to save a persons life. Honestly, it all comes down to America is too willing to sue.ax
