Unless the Angar-Ryllan army can contain both both pure high-end technology and less advanced, but magicaly enhanced equipment (which seems weird, why apply magic only to the less advanced tech?), then im either talking about a whole diffrent faction here, or making my characters mercs. Which could do, but i never facied using money as motivation.
