You said it your self Wilson, in a battle between one of the Big Three, the NLR, AIF, and Triarian Collective, the Supremes would be drowned in a sea of the ships of one of the three. Combine that with the fact you are fighting on one of the most heavily defended places in Equestrian Space, and that our fighting on there homeworld. There magic is strengthened there due to natural magic energy fields there. The Supremes are going to loose this.
