Social Class Explanation: Malicia's parents are both part of the mob. With their hands in large sums of money she has the ability to do mostly anything she wants. She uses her father like a bank, mostly because emotions aren't a big thing for him, but treats her mother like an actual person. 
Personality: Though she doesn't think about it, she looks down on almost everyone she meets. The girl is a poster child for snobs everywhere. That is to the people she meets. The people she actually gets to know become more of equals to her, instead of carpets. Honestly she can be funny and well mannered, as long as she knows the person.
History: For the most part she had an average child hood. She played with barbies and had little tea parties up until she was eight; she went into her pre-teens trying to get a handle on boys, which didn't happen. Her parents had always been at all of her school functions and funded most of them, until she was able to go to the prep-school. Through this time she was always caught up in the latest fashions, if only from her friends.
Once she entered high school, though, she stood out for herself by starting trends in clothing. Yes they had to wear uniforms but no one said they couldn't exactly add a little life to some things. She started wearing a few belts with her skirts and sewing little designs into the fabric. All of that so she could feel above everyone else. She had always been a follower until freshman year, but she was going to be a leader in high school. 
There was never really anything tragic that happened in her life, her parents were careful in what they did. They never brough work home with them, making sure that killing and buisness trades happened far away from their daughter....and the police. To the average person the Palistars are just an average couple running a law firm.
