Ghost abilities: Nuclear Winter: Marquis can generate a large explosion of frostbitten ectoplasmic energy. Capable of freezing numerous ghosts at once, but quiet draining for him.
Ice Production: Addition: Marquis creates several blades of icy energy and stabs them into the enemy repeatedly at a somewhat unnatural speed. The more blades, the more pain the target experiences, but if the chain is broken by an outside attack or action, then all the blades disappear.
General Ice Manipulation: He can create, move, shape, and effect ice as if it were an extension of his own body.
Ice Production: Division: Marquis creates a large cleaver, which is used to slice the enemy in half. Quite the fatal move and only to be used on PCs when permitted.
Sudden Chill: When Marquis passes through someone in his ghost form, or overshadows them for a short period of time, there's a high chance they could be frozen in the act.
MOOSE, eh!: Marquis creates a giant moose head out of ice and slams it on someone's head. A sillier move. 
Personality: Marquis is... highly polite. He's quiet, speaks when spoken to, says please, thank you, yes ma'am and no ma'am. However, underneath this first layer of very Canadian politeness, he's very deadpan and has many snarky tendencies, making a lot of snide comments under his breath, especially towards people that he generally detests. He's highly abrasive, despite his politeness, and will be polite toward you while also pushing you away. He's not very easy to befriend, and can be quite "icy" towards other people. Another highly defining trait for him is that he's basically anti-superstitious. He was raised not to fear ghosts, bad luck, ancient gods, or anything like that. So when anything paranormal or ghosty starts to happen, rather than get scared, he simply nopes the fuck out of there as quickly as he can. He's horrible at speaking or being around females, they just make him feel antsy and awkward, no matter who it is. If they aren't his mother, or his grandmother, then he will feel quite awkward.
Short history: Raised in Canada by a small family with African roots, Marquis grew up as well as he could. His family wasn't horrible, but they weren't exactly picture perfect. His father was a depressed ex-alcoholic who was struggling with quitting. His mother was the hardest working in the family, and as a result, she was rarely home and when she was, she was demanding and distant. His grandmother was the only one who could hold them all together as an actual family, but that ended the day Marquis turned 15. His father had decided since it was a special occasion, it was a good idea to pound a few cold ones. Long story short, an altercation took place, with his father becoming quite physical with him and causing him bodily harm. At this point, his grandmother intervened and could see that things could only get worse if he stayed with his father, what with his mother never being home. So he packed his things and left, going on what one would call a journey of self-discovery. Or just living by yourself and getting through the school years.
