-History After the orcs where forced out of Orsinium they made there way to the mountains beetween Hammerfell and Skyrim.There they split into strong holds with no king only governed by seperate cheiftains. In the year 201 4E an orc by the name of Graznog gro-Nagrim united those strong holds and formed the kingdom of Orsimer. 
-Leadership High cheif Graznog sort of a fuedal system with the other cheiftains below him that swore fealty political agenda to be recognised as a lesser kingdom
-Allegiance Empire
-Military No standing army but tribal levies can be raised
-Culture/society Orcs or Osimer are a race created by Malacath and for this the Orcs woship him as their head god
