To give a sneak preview of what is to come in the last months of 2020:
In October there will be a new RPGC writing contest and even though the last art contest didn't go very well, I'm going to host a new one. Maybe this one will go better.
In November there will be no contest on the site as it is NaNoWriMo.
At the beginning of December there will be a microfiction and poetry contest again, keeping the rest of December free for the holidays.
And we'll start the new year big with both an RPGC and an Art contest.
So keep an eye on the sidebar and the Writing Contest and Gallery subforums :)
@PPQ Purple December 7th. I initially announced December 1st in my status but I'm pushing it back one week so I can use the sidebar for the voting round of the current art contest.
December 7th a microfiction and poetry contest will start, in which you have to write something between 5 and 500 words.
January 1st we'll start the new year with a new RPGC, the writing contest in which you have to write a story between 500 and 5000 words.
I have a question about the theme. When you say "wish" does this refer merely to the strict usage of the word as in a particular wish like wishing upon a star or a genie? Or can it also be interpreted in the more broader sense of a deep desire, goal, dream etc?
@PPQ Purple It can be taken as broad as you want. As long as it's clear your entry is in some way related to a wish or wishing it will be a valid entry.
