Appearance: August stands a tad taller than what is considered average of for his breed. August keeps himself physically fit sporting lean muscles with angular shoulders and a thin waist. Due to his albinism, August coat color consists of off whites and cream colors. With this unique coat coloring comes its fair share of health problems. His skin and eyes have a sunlight sensitivity. A pair of pointy cropped ears sit atop his head, both being equally decorated in a variety of piercings. His tail was traditionally docked at a young age. To add a little color to his appearance, August can usually be seen with dyed hair and facial hair. August eyes are a sleepy glacier blue. To add to his ear piercings, August has a small metal tongue piercing as well.
August's style revolves closely to the punk aesthetic. His choice in clothing generally consist of darker colors, ripped jeans, leather jackets, and graphic-tees.
Personality: At first glance, August cuts a rather cold/stand off-ish image however, a little time spent with the canine will show that he is quite the opposite. His natural laid back agreeable attitude makes it easy to get along with others. He has a passion for technology and is all too willing to flex his tech savvy skills when given the opportunity. While he enjoys his alone time like anyone else, extended time alone and boredom never ends well for him. August craves time spent with others and isn’t one to pass up the opportunity to do so. He makes for a loyal friend and is the type one can go to for just about anything. Or at least he likes to think so. August is generally slow to anger for the most part. However, he’s no stranger to confrontation given the right circumstances. Expressing himself when something is bothering him isn’t a strong suit of his and has a terrible habit of bottling it up instead.
History: August was born to a single parent household. Growing up, August and his mother lived in one of the poorer neighborhoods of New York City. There was no doubt that his mother loved him but, her struggle with pills and questionable company caused a rift in their relationship. August managed to do well enough in school to gain a few scholarships and was able begin college when the time came. Although the relationship with his mother hasn't improved much of the over the years, he still keeps in contact with her.
I can't fully commit, yet (at the mercy of my work schedule), but if I can make this happen, I'd like to reserve Vance and possibly see him fully fleshed out. Will know soon whether or not I can carve out enough consistent time.
Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Age: 21 Species: Lion Diet: Carnivore Height: 6'1" Weight: 185 lbs Physique: Average, on the verge of athletic
Personality: Rebellious, fun-loving degenerate. Easily seduced by risk and danger and absolutely addicted to stirring the pot and causing trouble. If you need to saddle up against the odds, Vance will happily be at your side to stare down the apocalypse.
History: Vance's mother died during his birth into the Ebonlock family. Because of this, his father, Magnus, has always held a grudge against him. Magnus, a prominent and wealthy member of society, allowed his hired help to provide most of Vance's upbringing. Though face-to-face time with his father was rare and brief, Magnus has always made sure that Vance was provided for in terms of material necessities. Emotional support, however, he gave almost none.
Because of this, Vance took to a lot of attention seeking behavior including theft, arson, drinking, gambling, fights and the like. Once he had become old enough, Magnus decided to take his son's chaotic energy and put it to use. He pulled back the proverbial curtain and revealed the seedier parts of the family business. While the Ebonlocks have plenty of legitimate enterprises, there were also operations shrouded in shadow. Magnus explained to Vance that if he was dead set on being a degenerate then he might as well do so in a constructive way, but the young prince would be starting from the very bottom. Magnus made a deal with Vance that if he were to complete his collegiate studies, he would bring him further into the fold and reward him with more father/son time that the young lion had secretly, desperately craved. In the meantime, he would be given mundane tasks like deliveries, collections and the like to prove his value to the family.
Class: The Ebonlocks are considered Upper Class. Vance, however, is an apple that has fallen far from the tree, preferring the company of those in the lower classes. Occupation: Student [3rd year, Business major], Errand Boy for the family business. Relationships:
Name: Eddie Hartmann VI Gender: Male Sexuality: Bi Age: 19
Species: Bernese Mountain Dog Diet: Omnivore Height: 6'11 Weight: 300 lb Physique: Muscle gut Appearance:
A note on his appearance: Along his legs and arms are long gashes from his surgery to remove tumors from his bones. The fur has never grown back and the scars are very much visible to anyone at a glance.
Personal History: Eddie had a very sheltered upbringing due to his poor health. Battling bone cancer most of his childhood caused him to be bedridden for the majority of his life, meaning he was homeschooled and was given very little interaction outside of his family and the butlers/doctors that worked at his ancestral home in Switzerland. He eventually won and since his fifth birthday, the cancer has not resurfaced. Now at 19, against his parent’s wishes, he is leaving home for the first time to study at Eukary University, one of the most prestigious schools in the United States. His parents wished for him to stay in Switzerland due to his poor health, but he wanted to see the world after being cooped up all his life. They eventually agreed with many many stipulations.
Family history: The Hartmann is a family of a long line of purebred Bernese Mountain Dogs who could trace their origin back to the Roman Mastiff, the mother breed of the Bernese. They take much pride in their namesake, but it is not their blood that made them famous, but their family business, Hartmann Pharmaceutical, a biomedical manufacturer based in Switzerland. Valued at over 10 billion dollars, they are the leading manufacturer of innovations and are known to give out grants to fund new biomedical advances. The current CEO, Valina Hartman, is a cunning woman who took over the company from her late father after dismissing all of her 7 brothers. Under her care, the company has prospered and is growing internationally. Eddie Hartmann the sixth is said to take over the company in his mother’s steed after she retires. He has never been seen in public and his current whereabouts are unknown.
Class: High Upper class Occupation: First-year student studying Pharmaceutical and Business Relationships: Valina Hartmann (mother), Elias Hartmann (father), Jack Spade (bodyguard). Speech Color Code: still deciding
@Argetlam350 Sorry about the delay on creating a character sheet. Decided to change some aspects from the last iteration of Roger, but here is the finished sheet. Also wondering if anyone would like to make their character his roommate. If not I suppose I could just make an NPC roommate.
Average, maybe needing to lose a few pounds
Roger is a Capybara, the largest species of rodent in the world. As he is from a larger species, he isn’t immediately recognizable as a rodent. His height would be considered average compared to a lot of other species. He is covered in a light blond-brown mixed color fur that encapsulates his whole body. On the top of his head is a small smattering of black hair, which he tends to keep in a messy style. Roger’s eyes are a deep brown, but are obscured behind his black rimmed glasses. An odd feature of Capybara’s are their webbed fingers and toes, as they spend a lot of their lives in the water.
Style wise, Roger is quite basic. If given the choice he would just always blue jeans and a graphic t-shirt. Most of the shirts Roger owns mean something to him, usually being adorned with images of a character he likes or a movie poster. Due to his webbed toes, Roger needs to wear footwear specifically designed for Capybaras. There isn’t a whole lot of variety with these custom shoes, so Roger just owns two pairs of running shoes, one black and one blue, some gray boots, and a nice set of black dress shoes.
Roger is a very exuberant individual, exuding positive vibes and friendliness. Roger has always had an easy time making friends, but only a few will ever see the true Roger. A quirk of Roger is that he can go on and on about topics of interest, sometimes missing social cues that he should perhaps stop talking. But he is always in good spirits when this is brought up as he doesn’t mind the help.
Roger can also get attached too easily, becoming a fierce defender of people he doesn’t know well. This might have something to do with the fact that he feels that he constantly has to work at maintaining friends. Deep in Roger’s mind, he thinks that unless he is always being joyous and helping others, that it will cause the others to leave.
When it comes to his goals, Roger is single minded. It’s not a question for him of if he will become a director and make films, but rather a question of when. This also extends to when he joins a project or volunteers himself. Roger will focus intently on getting a task done, to the point that he can sometimes neglect other aspects of his life, like forgetting to eat or lessening his social life.
Born on the New Jersey coast, Roger would be born into a large family of Capybaras. Roger was the first born of a second litter, making him the fifth of eight children. Thanks to his mother’s successful career as a real estate agent, they managed to secure a house not too far from the famous Jersey shore beach. Most families living there would frequent the ocean quite often, as the neighborhood was mostly populated with aquatic mammals. The beach was the key place to hang out for the youth, Roger’s siblings spending a lot of their free time there. But Roger didn’t really care for the water, instead preferring to hang out in the city.
It was there in the city that Roger found the old Gold Stars Cinema, a classic movie theater. Roger quickly became enamored with the cinema, as it showed many old and eclectic films, stuff the bigger theaters wouldn’t bother with. It was at one of the cinema’s horror film Fridays that Roger met Fred, a European Mink. The two would quickly become friends, bonding over film. Fred also disliked the beach, having nearly drowned as a child.
Roger and Fred began to get very into film culture, quickly amassing a large movie collection between the two of them. This would eventually lead to the pair wanting to talk about these movies. They got the chance when Roger was gifted a video camera for his birthday. Using the camera, Roger and Fred began posting movie reviews to the Internet. They managed to get a decent number of subscribers, prompting them to invest more into the videos.
As high school was ending, Roger and Fred had a choice to make. Roger wanted to continue working with film and become a director, while Fred wanted to continue his family’s tradition of being engineers. So it was in the summer after finishing high school that Roger and Fred released their last review. Fred would move to Berkeley, California to attend University of California-Berkeley. Then it was the time for Roger and several siblings to attend college. The Conti parents were emotional as their kids left for different corners of the country, Roger ending up in New York for Eukary University’s film program.
Roger would move into a dorm on campus, sharing it with another student. Roger would throw himself into his studies, not taking much time to relax. But he did decide to relax by attending a live event for a YouTuber he watched. While at the event, Roger was recognized by the YouTuber’s producer, for his movie reviews. They began to chat, the producer ultimately offering Roger an internship working on the YouTuber’s Podcast. Roger immediately accepted, realizing how good for his career this could be.
So now Roger is balancing film school and an internship, which is becoming quite hectic. Only time will tell if Roger can manage this or if he’ll cave to the stress.

She's shorter than is typical of her species; with a light tan coat, light cream, almost white, coloured paws and the usual darker markings above her eyebrows - one of which is pierced with a simple silver barbell. Personality: Renn is feisty and firey. She refuses to take shit and be pushed around which was gotten her into trouble more times than she can count. She has a lot of pent up energy and can be unfocused and easily distracted at times but as soon as she steps into the ring it's as if a switch is flipped. She is focused, determined and disciplined - training as often as she can get away with in both boxing and mixed martial arts. She is fiercly loyal, and the few friends she has are ride or die.
History: Renn grew up an orphan. Her mother died before her first birthday and her father disappeared without a trace shortly after. Shes never really made the effort to find him, although now and then she gets curious - wondering who he is.
