Upload from a URL

Maybe I'm the only one, but I'd like the option to upload an Avatar from a url instead of just from the computer. I can't always get to a computer to upload... >>

I agree this would be a decent feature, but I'm wondering about your specific problem.

Can't you upload from wherever you're accessing from? If you can access the URL from the machine you use to browse the Guild, why not download the file to that machine and upload it from there?

Ahh, I see. I hadn't considered the limits of consoles, which are silly considering this generation have basically the same capabilities as PCs anyway.

I'm on my phone, works fine there. Images are just too big the majority of the time

One day I'll allow URL uploads and the server will resize it for you. But I'm done with avatars for now.

If you can't upload it yourself, just post the link and I'll upload it for you.
