Current Sorry for the delay everyone. I've been absolutely swamped with work these last weeks. I'm getting my replies up slowly.

Keeping track of things makes it easier to avoid bad experiences! And to not make the same mistake like an idiot... :-/

Bast Ragoczy

The fog Nephele made came in an opportune timing. Being under the aim of a musketeer wasn't very comforting. Fortunately enough, neither Bast himself nor Bart were hit by a stray shot. But before Bast or Bart could do anything else, the front doors suddenly exploded with blue flames. Part of Nephele's fog was dissipated as the shockwave threw the attackers on the ground. Bart was the first to get up, immediately asking if they were ok. Bast was still getting up when he saw the last remaining musketeer, aiming directly at Bart. Neither Bast nor Nephele could possibly be fast enough to help him. Before Bast could think, he heard the noise coming from the musket as the bullet flew through the air, hitting Talia as she threw herself to get the bullet instead of Bart.

"Gods damn it..." Talia said, falling to her knees due to the pain a moment after the rest of the intruders fled, screaming that they had two dragons.

Since the intruders were fleeing, they now had time to tend to the wounded. At least from the people inside the guild, Nephele and Talia were wounded. Both wounds were grave, Talia had a bullet on her shoulder, that needed to be taken out and it's wound closed as soon as possible and Nephele was stabbed and was loosing a considerable amount of blood. Rebecca, Maria or Lily could easily deal with Nephele's wound by using healing magic, but for Talia, it was a bit different. They needed to take out the bullet before healing. Sadly, every single healing magic user was currently in a mission.

"You have a good guardian angel, Bartholomew." Bast said, kneeling nearby Talia, taking off his gloves before inspecting her shoulder. With experienced and precise movements, he carefully inspected the bullet wound, being as delicate as he possibly could when touching the wound itself to not cause too much pain and discomfort on Talia.

"The wound is deep and the bullet is still inside. Before healing we need to take out the bullet. I need a sharp dagger. A scalpel would be better, but I doubt we have one of those right now." Bast said, looking to Bart and others nearby.

"Sadly, every single one of those who can use healing magic are currently out on a mission, so the good and old medicine will have to do." Bast said, looking to Nephele, gesturing her to get closer.

"For Nephele's wound, cauterizing it is the easiest and fastest method with the current resources we have right now. Regarding Talia though... We need to take out the bullet first." Bast said.

Freyr

A lot of things happened just a few seconds. Freyr successfully took out one of the musketeers and Nephele's fog was a much needed distraction. Although Freyr didn't have a clear shot on the intruders now that they were surrounded by Nephele's thick fog, they also didn't have a clear line of sight to shoot them.

But before Freyr could think about what to do, a big blast of blue flames exploded the front door, dissipating some of Nephele's fog and blowing the attackers away with the shockwave. Sadly, it didn't affect only the intruders. The loud noise and the shockwave hit Freyr's ears like sharp knives. A terrible wave of pain ran through Freyr's body like electricity, making him drop his bow and fall down on the ground contorting himself in pain with a loud thump. He wasn't expecting such loud noise. Since the musketeers were stunned and distracted by the fog, Freyr was using his enhanced hearing to know their position even when inside the fog.

Disoriented by the blast and the loud noise, Freyr couldn't possibly do anything to protect the others from the last musketeer downstairs.

Sophia

@Rai @13org

Sophia smiled kindly to Ilia as she answered her. Somehow, Ilia's words made Sophia worry a bit less. Vrondi was a wise king, he knew very well of the dangers that too much knowledge could bring. Or so Sophia hoped. As Vrondi continued, Sophia couldn't help but to notice that there were still some kings that were a bit skeptical about all that, such as Magnixx, but she hoped they would at least cooperate... Her biggest concern though was Sleeth... She didn't trust him not even one bit.

"Vrondi is a wise man. Wiser than most of the kings I have met." Sophia replied to Ilia, with a smile.

"The hammer of the old God Smith... It will be a difficult task... They will have to face many obstacles..." Sophia said after Vrondi mentioned the allied forces.

"The God Smith's hammer is an ancient artifact, and a powerful one. While it's location is known based on descendant history, I'm certain that they will have to face many dangers to get it." Sophia said, looking to Vrondi, silently asking if he knew where the hammer was. Sophia had read about the hammer and it's location on one of the books on her library, but she couldn't remember exactly where it was. While she could mentally access the Great Library's archive, it would take some time for her to find the correct information.

"If it's not asking for much, I would like to meet this group, king Vrondi. They have a difficult journey ahead and a lot is being expected of them... They will need every bit of help they can gather and sometimes... Comforting words can make a big difference." Sophia said, a bit worried about the group.

"Well... That and I'm curious to take a look at your library." Sophia said with a smile. It was her first time going to a city after many years living in the mountains, after all. She knew her 'exotic' humanoid appearance would certainly draw attention but even though, she would like to see how much things changed after so many years that she spent isolated from the rest of the world.
Ehri Khan

@Athol@Arthanus

Although the meat Ehri was bringing to the stable wasn't coming from a fresh kill, both Misha and Isa felt it's smell from far away. Just as Ehri entered the stable, she was greeted by Isa running towards her, with her eyes fixed on the piece of meat Ehri had on her hand. Just as the big wolf got near Ehri, she raised her hand, making Isa miss the meat by inches.

"Very funny, Isa..." Ehri said to her as Isa circled around her a few times before giving up and simply following Ehri as she walked inside.

Isa wasn't the only one hungry, as just after that small show by Isa, Misha came flying, landing on ehri's shoulders as she walked. While Ehri knew they preferred eating from a fresh kill, that piece of meat was still decently fresh, even for an inn, and they certainly wouldn't protest. Ehri could smell the meat as she walked, her already enhanced senses coupled with Misha and Isa's senses, their hunger Ehri could almost feel the taste of meat on her mouth. For most other people who weren't from the Old Blood clan, that was one of the aspects that made them fear or show prejudice towards them. The skinchangers, those who inherited the blood from the first men, shared not only senses and thoughts with their animals, but instincts as well. It wasn't that uncommon to see a skinchanger partaking from a fresh kill together with their animals. Some only took small bites to sate the feral hunger coming from the link with the animals, others choose a more... primal, feral approach. But nonetheless, seeing a hunter with it's mouth dirty with fresh blood and raw meat on it's mouth is still a rather terrifying sight to people who already fear and dislike those from the clan.

As Ehri unsheathed her khopesh, cutting the big piece of meat in two big pieces and a smaller one, tossing the two big pieces to Isa and Misha and getting the smaller piece to herself. She was alone with her beasts at the stable, so it was highly improbable that someone saw her eating that raw meat. It wasn't like it was as bad as if someone saw her taking a piece from a fresh kill, but it was still suspicious, and drawing more unwanted attention was the last thing Ehri needed.

With two swift and agile bites, the small piece that she had cut for herself was nowhere to be seen. That taste, albeit it was rather... dull compared to the food she ate normally at an in, there was still a small part of her that felt... satisfied with that small treat. It wasn't the same thing than feeling the ferrous and warm taste of blood after cutting a piece from a fresh kill together with her beasts but it was still something.Fortunately or maybe unfortunately, just as she put the last piece on her mouth, chewing it, a knock on the door interrupted her, making her gulp it down immediately. She was so distracted with her own thoughts and watching both animals eating that she didn't realize a strange smell getting closer or the sound of steps.

After cleaning her mouth with a discreet but agile movement, she turned to see who had arrived. It was Alm, one of the other members from the Irregulars. Ehri simply nodded to him after she saw him. The man, instead of simply walking in the stable, choose to stay at the door. It was probably the correct thing to do. Both Misha and Isa were currently eating, and while both of them made no movement, Isa's stare was fixed at Alm, watching every movement he made as she continued eating the meat voraciously. Misha on the other hand, opened it's wings around his piece of meat, protecting it.

As Alm started to bombard Ehri with questions, she silently listened, looking at him with a curious expression. instead of being disgusted or claiming that she was either an animal herself or something else, Ehri could simply see his curiosity behind his questions. It was... rare for someone to approach her with such intentions.

"Yes. I am one of the few who possess the blood of the first men. It is old, forgotten knowledge. It's magic from the first men, dating since the dawn of mankind. Most think of it as... feral or... unsightly... A lot of it is tied to our blood and our heritage." Ehri said, with inquisitive eyes trying to test Alm's curiosity to see if it was real, if he really had an open mind and wanted to know more about her clan or if he would simply reject her and the Old Blood Clan's culture and history.

Before Ehri could say anything more though, another person approached the stable. Ehri remembered her, she was Isbeil, she was also one of the newcomers who introduced herself the other day. Drawing attention wasn't anything new to Ehri, but having people actually searching for her instead of avoiding her was something new.

"Don't worry, you're not interrupting. I suppose you overheard what I was talking with Alm." Ehri asked, letting out a very discreet smile. She was honestly a bit happy that they wanted to understand who Ehri was. As Ehri's posture became a bit more relaxed, so did Misha and Isa's. Even though Isa still sometimes sent penetrating stares towards Alm and the new arrival, almost if she was saying for them to not try anything funny.

"Misha and Isa finished eating. You can get in now. She won't do anything unless you do something first." Ehri said, turning to Isa as she raised an eyebrow, making the big female wolf huff with a low growl, resembling an unsatisfied sigh as Misha simply looked to the female wolf and let out a low cry, almost if he was chuckling. As you watched Ehri interacting with both animals, it was like their feelings were a bit more... apparent. Almost like if being together with Ehri and that link that she talked made Ehri a bit more beast like and the beasts more human like.
@Pezz570

I was kinda waiting for the rest of the characters to reply before I posted anything. DB & etc for example.
@InfamousGuy101

It's ok, don't worry :-)

If anyone who isn't busy right now wants to interact with Maeve though... Cos I have no idea of what to do with her rn XD
Bast Ragoczy

A good drink was everything Bast needed to forget that disappointing and unfortunate meeting. As they sat down, Bast silently started to sip on the cup of wiskey as Bartholomew talked to him. His frightened expression when Bast said whom he had visited already told Bast enough about what he thought about them. After Bart told him how Varjo was once Razella and how the city actually was, Bast became even more disappointed. How could the Caldeyron destroy such place and transform it in just a den for them to raise their war dogs? Regarding Joshua and Leyanne personally though, Bast expected so much more... A reason, a goal to be achieved, ambition... But they were simply savages. Cunning, yes. He would give them that. Just as Bart said, even though they are bloodthirsty savages, they are cunning. Creating a place like Varjo and making it a name that others fear just to mention is not something your average village idiot can do... Bast wouldn't make the mistake of underestimating them, after all, they were still dangerous enemies.

When Bart asked him if he mentioned the guild to them though, Bast couldn't help but to smile at the man. Of course he hadn't mentioned the guild. He wasn't the type of man that would leave any type of trail behind for anyone to follow. Bast liked to take care of his problems and business himself. But before he could put all that in words, a mighty roar coming from outside interrupted them. Something was obviously happening.

Just as Bast and Bart got to the main hall, together with the rest of the members that were inside, they were greeted by intruders. Bast wondered if they what did they wanted by invading such a place. The guild wasn't exactly incredibly wealthy... Sure, they had some money, but if they wanted to profit, there were much better places to go. But before Bast could think more about it, the intruders pointed to Bart, pointing their muskets to him, answering Bast's question. They were there for Bart. Luckily, Bart was faster than him, tackling him to the ground just as the muskets opened fire on them.

Just after the muskets fired, Bast quickly kicked the table's feet, making it drop in front of them, making a makeshift cover to at least break the musketeers' aim on them.

"I owe you one, my good friend. Oh, and regarding Leyanne and Joshua... That was my business. I said nothing about you guys or the guild. Don't worry." Bast said, reaching for his top hat that fell from his head just near him, putting it on again.

"Muskets... It will be troublesome to deal with them..." Bast said, just as one of the intruder's expressed his dissatisfaction for having missed their target. The troublesome part was that they had both ranged and melee enemies. Getting close was very dangerous right now..." Bast said, looking around. It would be troublesome to deal with their formation as they were right now. Luckily though, the second Bast looked up, he saw Freyr just as he arrived with his bow in hands, aiming down from upstairs. Apparently he already had one of the intruders with muskets under his aim.

"Luckily, it seems our backup is arriving." Bast said, referring to Freyr who was already taking aim as he made a card appear between his fingers. The card was glowing with a white light as he threw them towards the intruders. The second it got nearby them, it would make a blinding flash of light to distract them at least a bit.

Freyr

"It will be of a huge help... I don't think it'll be a safe trip... I could use some steel arrowheads to pierce light armor... If it isn't asking too much, of course." Freyr replied to Talia, as she offered to forge some weapons for them. Even though Freyr used a bow a lot and his knife was more of a backup weapon and a tool, he could still use some things forged, like special arrowheads that could pierce iron armor for example...

As Magnus started talking with Talia, Freyr couldn't help but to listen. A flying machine? Of what sorts? That was indeed quite interesting. Maybe he could ask to them if he could go see it as well...

After they arrived on the guild, Freyr went upstairs to his room to tend to his bow a bit. It was important to take care of his bow as he used it so much and because if it broke due to lack of maintenance, it would be very hard to repair due to it's size and construction. Especially due to the fact that it was made using wood from the Vieran forests... A few hours later though, he heard a deafening roar coming from outside. Without too much time to think about what it was happening, Freyr immediately went towards the balcony to see what it was happening. Much for his surprise, he was greeted by intruders.

Some were wielding daggers but the most dangerous ones were obviously the ones wielding those muskets. Freyr had already seen that type of weapon a few times when hunters tried to invade the Vieran forests and he knew how deadly they could be. When Bart shouted, Bast was reminded how terrifyingly lethal those weapons were. The sound was so loud that it made his ears hurt, almost making him lose his aim. Luckily, Bart and Bast were able to dodge their shots, but they were still in a poor position. From where Freyr was he could easily take down one or even both musketeers. They still didn't know he was there so at least one of them was as good as dead. As Freyr let go of the arrow, it whistled trough the air, going directly towards the musketeer's chest.
