Devon is a very thin young lady standing at 5'5". She mostly wears dark clothes, regardless of the heat, to blend with the shadows she stays close to. Her frame suggests she doesn't eat much, but only because she rations her food supply very sparingly, however it helps her to move quietly and quickly. As taught by her previous so called 'companion' who said men tend to grab hair first, she keeps her hair short and cuts it with her knife if she feels it gets too long.

Devon is not as emotionless or unwelcoming as her stone gaze or quiet demeanor gives her off to be; it's just her poker face. She tends to live in her own thoughts and listens more than she speaks, unless she feels what she has to say is important; or if she feels comfortable speaking out. She's only ever trusted one person, her previous companion, and was taught to not trust anyone. However, after the death of her companion, Devon became more angry, scared and lonely than when he was alive. She detached herself from reality and built a psychological wall of cement around her. Sometimes she talks or mumbles to herself to fill whatever void of loneliness she could to keep her from going insane, if she isn't already. Though she had never attached herself to anyone except her previous companion, and was taught to never do so, she longs for people and friendship.

Other than her utter fear of being alone forever in an unforgiving wasteland, she fears the people that dwell in it. So many times that Devon could have joined a camp or group that she came across, that she felt she could have trusted, came about to be group of cannibals or rapists.

Unsure of how their relationship came to be to begin with, Devon only remembers living and traveling with Seth, who preferred to be called by his self-proclaimed title 'Creature'. An egotistical leader of a bandit group, Seth made it law that if anyone, preferably women, was found alive was to be brought to him. A group of Seth's men found Devon out cold and severely mal-nourished. When brought back to Creature, his men thought that Devon would be of no value to the market, but Creature, desperate for revenue, demanded her to be brought back to health before he executed his initial plan to sell her off.
However, Seth's plan never fully took flight. Whether it was a lustful infatuation for Devon or his addiction for control, Devon became Seth's little 'trophy' and for some reason, she liked it. Devon grew attached to her captor and eventually felt love for him. Seth's intentions may have been twisted in Devon's mind, feeling that he was acting out of love and protection. Devon did anything for him and killed anyone who threatened him or his position.
Eventually, the 'All-Mighty Creature' met his demise and Devon was left wandering the wasteland. With no guidance or direction, she merely existed alone with no purpose left except for death; though, she didn't have the heart to kill herself.

Melee: Devon keeps a couple knives on her at all times, her own and her previous companions that she took off his body after he died. If unable to reach her knives, she can pretty much use anything in close proximity as a weapon.
