Current Still alive. Sorry for the delays. Still have that new job, but I'm (gradually) getting another one. Current one is too slow.

Still a little sick. Some sort of cold. Hopefully not the flu. Getting better but it's slowed me down.

That's a good point. Classics like The Little Mermaid were basically perfect the first time around and any remakes can only be worse. Remakes of the bad Disney movies are a second chance for them.

Bio

Hi there! I've been roleplaying for years, mostly in fantasy-type RPs. I don't like giving out too much about myself, but I am a man living in New York City (that's in the Eastern time zone, if you don't already know), over 18. Recently, I have been busy working, although I graduated from college and grad school a while back.

I work two jobs myself, so I know the feeling.
@Shadow Dragon

Not really. I can check.
@Shadow DragonI'm here. Sorry for the delay. Job and girlfriend are taking more of my time. You understand why this has to be prioritized beneath those. I'll reply, don't worry.
The basic idea is that there's a woman who lives in a village which pays tribute to a dragon. She wants to stop the dragon, and does so without the use of magic or weapons. They can develop a relationship later if we like. Anyway, the idea is that she learns a great deal about dragon psychology and physiology, and she was already good at bodywork ahead of time, as her job in the village was a masseuse (a massage therapist), so she knows how the body works. Things like pressure points, nerves, etc.

The dragon could take her as a hostage when they fail to pay him money on time, with the understanding that he'd give her back when they pay up. At first, she'd go along with it, even offering to be the sacrifice in the event the village couldn't pay. When that happens, he takes her to his cave. When he falls asleep, she presses down on some of his sensitive spots with her hands and/or feet, weakening him and costing him his ability to use his flame, maybe even temporarily paralyzing him. If he kills her, she can't undo what she did to him, so he can't hurt her. She then effectively takes him as the hostage, and we continue things from there. Something along those lines.

There can be romance if we want to have it, but we'd both have to be over 18 for that. I'd player the dragon, and the other play would be the damsel. We'd both play side characters. Any takers?
PM'd you. Thanks!

Would a fantasy RP be of interest to you? Possibly one involving a dragon?

(It's fine. Damn weather has me down too. That, and a cold of some sort.)

Kali smiled at Ardasa's words. "The goddess has decided that you are ready. Don't fight her. Just let her in. You shall have my blessing." She gestured for Ardasa to sit. When she had done so, Kali touched her fingers to her Mercy's forehead and chanted in an old language, a dialect of draconic which was virtually unrecognizable to the modern-day kobolds. It was the language of Ardasa's first priests.

As she spoke, a soft yellow glow suffused Kali's hands, moving to a single point on Ardasa's head and concentrating on a single point. A vision appeared before Ardasa's eyes, which now started to glow the same color as Kali's hands. "Just stay calm, my friend. Take deep breaths. I know you can't see me, but you can still hear my voice. Don't question what you see. Experience it. Let it become a part of you. Don't resist it, no matter what it is. What you are seeing is a reflection of what may be, and what will be if events continue on their current course. You are not seeing what must be."

The vision itself was the same which Kali had seen, but with some twists. For one, it was clearer for Ardasa, as the vision was meant for her. She could clearly see who the kobolds on either side of the road were. One male, one female. Both of her blood. Both of Rughoi's blood, yet Rughoi himself was nowhere to be found in the vision.
(Sorry for the delay!)

@Shadow Dragon

Ophion pondered that thought for a moment. There was a long walk ahead of them before they reached the tomb of Polybius, after all. The road before them was cracked and overgrown, a testament to the many years it had been since it had received anything approaching proper maintenance.

"Well, how exactly do you perceive the world? Your senses are surely different in undeath than they were in life. How do they compare? Is your vision the same? Do you even have all of the senses of a living being? Or new ones? From what I know, the undead can sense life force and the negative energy which fuels undead beings. And ah, be careful with that staff, please. It seems to be working well, but one never knows."

Cool. I checked it out on an image search. Looks like a good game for children and fantasy fans.
