Schützenpanzer Puma it is. Began mass production in '09 and a hell-creature to try to kill, while still having a 73kph speed ceiling and a 30 mil repeating cannon. Also a loadout of Class-C or even an unscrapped version of Class-B armor makes the thing able to stand pretty tall in urban warfare

A prankster at heart. Laid back at most times, Keodis can be found enjoying the new advancements of the world at any given occasion he can, whether that's listening to new music from the west, to supporting an old company branching out into the world of video games by the name of Nintendo.
When fighting, he rarely takes things seriously. He attempts diplomacy before violence at every opportunity, talking to and teasing his would-be executioners. He subscribes to the idea of "suddenness and violence of action," so when he inevitably is forced to try, the opening move usually causes mass amounts of property damage.
Recently, hunts that are believed to be perpetrated by this demon have been decreasing. Public appearances have all but vanished, leaving only a few sightings of him at various underground nightclubs.

Born in the Roaring 20s, Keodis has seen the rise and fall of the Japanese Empire. Living in Hiroshima, Keodis was a homefront worker due to failing the physical exam during the second world war. On August 6, 1945, Keodis was not quite at the port where he worked, when the world detonated.
He woke up multiple days later, dying of radiation poisoning, when he was visited by Michikatsu and given a choice. He accepted, and became more.
Faced with the end of the war, and everything his life once was being wiped away in nuclear fire, Keodis changed his family name and joined the Yakuza as a full-time member. Living the life of "devoted member" worked for a while, until the advent of Frank Sinatra in Japan. Listening to music like that, Keodis got curious, and started exploring more of what the modern world had to offer. Doing so, he came face-to-face with the reality that he wasn't living, but surviving. After speaking with Michikatsu and renouncing his position as a Demon Lord, Keodis left his position at the left hand of the oyabun to explore the rest of Japan. Sure, he still did jobs every once in a while, but he now moves across the whole of Japan, not just Kyushu.
This confrontation, however, has had consequences. Without the full power of being a Demon Lord, the insidious killer, radiation, has been reaping it's toll. Hidden away from view, mutations spread each time Keodis stretches his wings. He withers from his power, and from the bill he dodged 40 years ago finally coming due.
Now, he rests in the center of the web he's created. A vast network of clubs, show venues, izakaya joints, karaoke bars, and other similar locations in Roppongi, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and even over in Osaka in Shinsaibashi. He listens to the voices of the common man, the young crowd, the People of Japan.
It's said if you ever need information, you should seek the Western Dragon. Go to the Shibuya district, and find the club called "The Western Dragon." Ask for the "Punk Bomber" flight, and give the waiter an oragami Peace crane.

^{B l o o d D e m o n A r t} : Dragon Reactor. Watching the Iron Dragons fly over his home for years, witnessing their flaming breath felt across the country, Keodis's Blood Demon Art modeled itself after the most destructive force he knows, even more so than the Demon King. The flames of his attacks are a livid red, while the more physical attacks and constructs are a brilliant Chernokov blue. Every projectile he fires, if you listen closely, have the keen of a falling bomb.
✧ Signature "Wing-borne Sun" : Multiple variants of this attack have been observed, but the most common is a dragon construct about 20 ft. in length, which acts independently. It has a breath weapon, and detonates when destroyed in a pulse detonation that puts off radiation.
✧ Secondary "Nuclear Scale" : A defensive technique rarely seen, it ensconces Keodis in a larger version of the "Wing-borne Sun," which then solidifies and becomes, for all intents and purposes, his body. Has only been used while outnumbered and outmatched, as a field leveller.
✧ Finisher "Maximum Output: Meltdown" : A 0-sum attack of Mutually Assured Destruction. Enclosing himself in a shell of pure flame, Keodis fires erratic, innumerable pulses of what can only be called pure nuclear radiation from the surface in all directions. Has only been used once before, and reconnisance said that he was covered in burns and injures that did not heal for weeks. Hunter squad assigned to him at the time of the usage of Maximum Output: Meltdown consisted of 3 Hashira and 8 Kinoe. There was only one other survivor of the confrontation.

^{T r a n s f o r m a t i o n} : Keodis has three forms. A 'disguise,' looking completely human besides small red scales along his floating ribs and the insides of his thighs. Next, a 'partial' form, where on pair of wings and a tail sprout. Finally, a 'full' form, where his hair is replaced by similarly colored flexible scale strands. He grows large draconic horns, claws, gains digitigrade legs, and four pairs of wings resting along his spine. Scales cover his body, giving him an additional layer of armor.

^{R A D I A T I O N M U T A T I O N} : Each time Keodis invokes a transformation or usage of his Blood Demon Art, no matter how minor, his form warps a little more. His disguise becomes more inhuman, his full form more beastly. Each time he trades finesse for power, reason for strength. He becomes more, yet less with every pulse of his demonic abilities.
