@CaptainSully The portable blindspot and master key wristwatch seem a little too OP. Some drawbacks and technological limitations to balance them out would be appreciated.

Also, the character ideas we have so far are fine, but I would also like to emphasize this story isn't about the gang war itself - it's about those affected by it. Not everyone has to be a cybernetic supersoldier to be relevant in the story. I'm also going for civilians, people who aren't necessarily armed, people with ordinary jobs, people who don't want the violence in the first place. This is my overall expectation with later CSes.
