It is supposed to be a new world scenario, but no native humans.
Albion and Aurora are not the only lands in this world, a new land brimming with new life, new monsters and new variants to things wethought we already knew! On top of it all, there is you. On your journey here you grew sick and those near you thought you would succumb, but upon arrival you are stronger than ever! Arrival to these lands seem to have imbued you with power like the heroes of old, let us pray to the gods of light you are benevolent with your new powers.

Will you come together and protect the settlers of Evaria, or will one come to rule them? Only time will tell.
I am in!
I think I like the lettering for combat stats most.
Legend is more of a prophecy for your character, am I right?
War, War never Changes
Since man killed man with a sharped stone for the most meager scrapes of food, we have known humanities will do anything when they think the worst is upon them. When nuclear fire scorched the planet, humanity could only wonder why as billions of lives were lost for what could have been the smallest slight or a reaction to grabbing the meager scrapes once again. As the world burned, some of us would be saved the fire and instead be tortured and tested on in fallout shelters called vaults. And after the fallout settled and the dust cleared, humanity returned to war and called it reclamation. The New California Republic, born as in the settlement of Shady Sands, grew under the Presidents Peterson and Kimball, but their expansion was a war known as pacification. Our tale begins here, when the Bull clashes with the Bear in the Mojave for the first time, but it will not be the last time nor will it be the focus of our tale. For we are north of this war, where the winters are long and the war humanity wages is called survival.

All we hear of Seattle is that no one returns, country there is cold and the wealth buried there is frozen. For one reason or another you find yourselves at Fort Hall, once a reservation for the native people of america, now it is also a refuge for those driven from their homes by the NCR. The Settlement's Mayor speaks of tale, that Seattle's curse of cold can be lifted should someone reach its tallest tower. Then they could be the reclaimers.

Here is my hook for a Fallout RP. Our setting is the post-apocalyptic wasteland from Fallout in the year 2277, it will take place starting in southern Idaho, crossing miles of barren woodlands and mountains, leading into a frozen king county and eventually the ice town of Seattle.
I will be playing as well as GMing.
Bump
MetaHuman, Supers, Capes and Capers, Freaks, Mutants, whatever you call them, they are here. The rise of the Super Human has begun and cities like New York, London, Tokyo, Rome, and Cairo are hot spots for those with powers to show them off or use them for personal gain. The focus of our lenses will be on the big city of the Pacific Northwest, Seattle, where a mundane homeless crisis is escalating into something sinister.

Who will rise to be the cities champion? Will all of our new heroes survive? Who runs the Seattle branch of the Syndicate? And what is an Aberrant?

I will be playing the GM for the most part, I may have a character of my own but I will most likely just be playing the villain and running the world for you guys.
I expect all the players to be playing the good guys, methods may vary and teamwork is optional. PVP could happen but lets keep it on the minimum.
I expect everyone to have powers and a weakness. Secret identity is optional but helpful.
Count me in! I have a fun cocktail of a character I'd like to use for this.
Not a great OP, this would be better as an interest check but I am interested. I think you leave a lot out of what the players would be doing, would we all be the new ravencloaks or a new group focused on fighting monsters rather than a master and apprentice, or are we all trying to prove we are worthy of the position of apprentice.

Also were you saying that at one point there were many ravencloaks and now there is just the one, or that there was a master and apprentice and now just the master.... or apprentice?

And how fantasy are we talking here? Just monsters? Magic? Elves and Dwarves?
Anything viewers would like to know or want changed?
It all comes down. . .

In the year 2112, a man whose name is lost to us, becomes the second Prometheus and gives mankind the next great fire. The Elysian Power Cell was just a small battery that created its own energy by means of what seemed like magic in the modern age. Our Prometheus was hailed a legend to be remembered throughout the ages, but it was a short celebration before mankind asked of him larger power cells and then even larger cells. It wasn't long before there was an entire facilities designed for powering whole nations, but mankind's desire to abuse Elysian power finally spilled over as they demanded weapons that would utilize the power cells. Our Prometheus would do his best, offering concepts for small arms and light explosives, but his superiors wanted something truly grand and massive and that is exactly what they got.

The first of the Titan Mechanized Weapon Platforms had more stopping power that most destroyer class naval warships, though it was slow and cumbersome and not suited for a standard firefight without some sort of escort. The next Titan was armed like a massive infantry soldier while armored better than most tanks, but these new Titans were just the beginning of a long line of new modifications. Eventually those who worked for Prometheus would learn enough from him to start designing their own versions of titans.

Sadly, most small nations had run their funds dry powering themselves with Elysian power that when the Titans started rolling out they were either annexed through treaties or war. It was one of these small nations that sparked the latest 'war to end all wars'; when 2 of these massive empires both fight for a one of the last minor nations, the great Elysian fire is lit when the minor nation instead chooses protection from a third empire. This sudden formation of allegiance did not sit well with the first two empires, and they agreed to battle with the third and claim of their land and more. Others would stake their claim in this conflict and well... it all comes down. Atrocities on all sides demanded that none surrender until their enemies are destroyed, but where does the chaos end when the flags of nations and empires are no more?

The year is now 2213, 101 years after the invention of Elysium and the Titan Mechanized Weapon Platform. Mankind battled itself until the nations that started the wars could no longer stand and no one rose to take their place. Many Titans have been destroyed in the past wars, but some still remain as tools for warlords, bandits, or a group of lucky scavengers. And this is where our story begins, because at the beginning of our story we are only scavengers. Indentured souls looking to pay for our freedom and the freedom of our families and friends, but this is just the beginning of what will be our legend.
