Okora smiled as she balanced on her head while spinning around and around, quickly enough that she was nearly a blur. She was able to float slightly off the ground while continuing to spin. "Watch and learn, kids!" She shouted to the crowd that had gathered around her as she floated higher up before finally doing a back-flip while still spinning and finishing the trick by landing on her left hand smiling at the crowd. "Ta-Da!" She called out to the applauding crowd who began putting dollar bills and other small change in her basket.
"Thank you!" She called to the crowd over and over. "Thank you again! Please remember that I perform every Tuesday and Thursday!" She smiled and bowed to the crowd over and over. A sudden shout interrupted her as a shop that had TVs in the window suddenly cut to a breaking news bulletin just as she suddenly shook as she sensed...Something. It felt somewhat similar to when she used a scouter back in the dark days back on Planet Vegeta. But this...she could feel it even without the use of a scouter. What the hell kind of person had this kind of power?!
"-Repeat, Parsley City has apparently been destroyed by an unknown individual. There do not appear to be any survivors! We will continue trying to bring you any news we have!"
Groups of people began to run towards their homes as screaming and shouting began as people began to panic. Okora immediately began to pack up the things she used to entertain people and prepared to run towards her home to grab what few possessions she had on this planet.
She was praying to whoever was listening that she hadn't been tracked somehow but for the first time since landing she felt almost pure terror.
Written Appearance: With Okora, what you see is pretty much what you get. As a refugee from Planet Vegeta she doesn't have much to work with. She pretty much stole what she needed her first day on Earth and has been using it ever since.
Personality: On the outside Okora is a fun loving individual who seems to enjoy entertaining people, using her Saiyan abilities to entertain people rather then cause destruction. On the inside however, she has been deeply emotionally wounded from her time on Planet Vegeta. The various atrocities she witnessed, some of which she was forced to take part in along with various betrayals from those she thought were her friends have hurt her deeply and have caused her to develop a deep hatred for many members of her own race.
Background: As with nearly every Saiyan, Okora was born on Planet Vegeta and at birth was found to have an average power level for a child and was sent to begin combat training when she was deemed to be the appropriate age. However during her first combat practice against another Saiyan child, she refused to fight. The other child had no such reservations and Okora suffered a severe beating and was sent to the healing chambers. After recovering, the combat instructors decided to try and have her fight a number of Saibamen. This time the end result was a bit different. One of the Saibamen attempted to crush her tail while she was trying to avoid the attacks and Okora went into an intense pain fueled rage which resulted in the destruction of the Saibamen and the training chamber having to be repaired. The instructors realized that the only way to get her to fight was to cause her intense pain so that she would operate on pure instinct. A device that caused electrical shocks was attached to her tail and she was sent into combat training once again. Despite not wanting to fight, the device was activated again and again during combat training, causing her to go into her pain fueled rage, forcing her to overcome the weakness that came with the Saiyan tail being hurt while at the same time forcing her to fight.
As the years passed, Okora was able to force herself to put her hatred of fighting to the side and as she grew older she was forced to do things she wished she could forget as she was forced to fight. She was forced to aid in the extermination of the population of no less then three planets. She was forced to fight people who were simply trying to save their people from the ruthless Saiyan invaders. She often wished she could have turned on the people she was fighting with but the leader of these expeditions was always given the controller to the device attached to her tail and was given permission to use it should she show weakness. The mental scars she was accumulating were having a horrible effect on her conscious. When she was alone after returning from the missions, she couldn't sleep as she heard the sounds of battle and the screams of those she had killed echo through her mind as she tried to sleep. Eventually, a plan began to form in her mind one night as she stared at the ceiling of her quarters.
A week after her third population extermination mission, she was to be sent on another mission to help destroy another planet's population. It was determined that this race might be strong enough to warrant the use of the Great Ape form to complete the job. Okora knew that many more would die at her hands if she was forced to use the Great ape form. She had never assumed the form before but she had heard the stories of those who had, nothing but mass murder and destruction followed the use of that form and it was at that point she decided that enough was enough. She went out to the market before it closed, purchased a large amount of meat and a large butcher knife to cut it with and returned home. After eating her supper, she looked down at her tail and the device that had caused her so much pain over her life and with one swing, cut her own tail off. She was able to suppress her screams of pain as she looked down at her severed tail she felt something that resembled joy. She was free. She was finally free! She wrapped the stump of her tail in a wad of rags and was able to sneak towards the space-pod departure area. After bluffing her way in, she was able to steal a space pod and take off into the night. After making sure she was safely away from Planet Vegeta and hopefully couldn't be pursued after changing course a few times in deep space, she set a random set of coordinates and a few months later she found herself above a blue world.
Her ship ended up crashing in the ocean and she was able to grab what few possessions she had managed to bring with her before the pod vanished into the ocean depths. After finding out a bit more about the political climate of the world that was known as "Earth," she realized that it wouldn't get a good idea to show off all of her abilities and that her Saiyan armor most likely would draw her a lot of unwanted attention. She ditched the armor and managed to steal a set of clothes from a house outside of South Capital. It took a while for her to make her way towards Central Capital on the goodwill of strangers but she was able to make it and on the way managed to gain some earth currency, not much but enough for her to eat and buy some more worn out clothes. After spending a few days getting used to the city she often noticed that the people who performed tricks and stunts in the streets often seemed to make a decent amount of money. Okora was able to use some of her Saiyan abilities to begin performing tricks and stunts that others couldn't and as much began to make somewhat decent amounts of money. She also began helping others out in the city when they needed help or needed odd jobs done. She finally made enough to buy a small apartment and has been living in Central Capital ever since. She found herself enjoying her life on Earth, the fact that she has become a somewhat respected and well liked member of her neighborhood has filled her with a sense of pride and happiness that she never thought she would find. Life so far was good.

Techniques
Ki Blast Volley. ((Basic attack that fires a volley of Ki blasts at an opponent))
Mega Explosion. ((Charges up a massive blast of Ki energy by holding her hands out in front of her which can also function as a weak shield against weak attacks until she fires it. When it is fired it usually takes on the appearance of a large ball of Violet energy))
Disarming Strike ((Targets a limb with either a Ki blast at long range or closes to short range and hits the targeted limb with a full strength strike. Not often used due to the pain it causes.))
Heart Stopper Strike((Slams into a target's chest at full speed and attempts to unleash a full power energy attack at point blank range))
Final Blast ((Uses every last bit of Ki to create a massive blast of energy but totally drains the user of Ki and leaves the user severely weakened))
OK, so, first things first. Why are the symbols Mandalorian? Was the bounty hunter Mandalorian? If he was, why didn't he stay in the Enclave or, more importantly, at least inform them he was there and then leave instructions with the Droid that should anything happen to him, he should go to them? Also, why does the droid go to the Mandalorians? I hate to be brutal, but most of them would think "Hey, target practice."
I figured it was to make the droid look intimidating and the reason the droid was heading for the enclave is because he wants to prove himself as more then a piece of property, I'm going to put in that he asked to speak with the leader of the enclave. I'll edit it in the morning. Right now I feel like I'm going to pass out. Thanks for looking at it :)
This is the character submission I sent to Sep. Let me know what you guys think.
Name: Battle Droid 5972 ((AKA Guardian)) Species: Refurbished heavily modified B2 super battle droid. Age: Six Appearance: Looks almost identical to a standard B2 Super battle droid except with a number of Mandalorian symbols on it's chest and sides of it's arms. Color scheme is the same overall except the eyes are blue instead of red. Force Sensitive: No Skills: Droid Repair Skilled Marksman due to a built in prototype targeting system. Skilled with Demolitions and able to identify weak points in structures due to built in sensors Weaknesses: Ion Weapons Susceptible to reprogramming due to currently limited software protection. You need to physically gain access to the systems in his head to reprogram him however. Motivation: A desire to prove himself as more then a piece of property or as an expendable foot solder. History: Battle Droid 5972 or "Guardian" as he would later be known as was a B2 super battle droid that fought for the Separatists and was badly damaged in the battle. The droid was left to be taken apart by scavengers. Fortunately for the droid, a bounty hunter who had done his best to remain neutral in the battle found him while going through the battlefield and after a few moments of thinking and with some difficulty managed to get the droid in the back of his speeder and took off back towards his hideout.
It took a few weeks to fix the droid and correctly reprogram him to not attack anyone it considered a threat but eventually the deed was done and the Bounty hunter gained a new bodyguard. The two of them made quite a team and the hunter was able to heavily modify the droid with all the credits the two were making. It took a while but with all the upgrades and modifications to the weapons systems and the CPU and the various other systems, something unexpected happened.
Guardian achieved what could only be called sentience. He had developed new subroutines in his mechanical mind and had begun to question his own existence. As time went by, it became more and more evident that the droid was becoming something more then just a regular battle droid. Rather then performing a memory wipe, his Bounty hunter companion encouraged the growth of his mind and did his best to assist him. After two years, the droid had become self-aware in all but name. Guardian considered the Bounty hunter his only friend even if he never spoke the words to him.
For a number of years, the duo continued with the Bounty Hunter occupation becoming quite wealthy and famous especially on Maldra where most of their work was done. Things changed when the Empire arrived however. After an incident in a crowded cantina with a spiced out Twi’lek the two had never met before who attempted to serve them alimony papers resulted in a gunfight, the Bounty hunter had a bounty placed on his head which was almost immediately collected by a number of stormtroopers two days later who shot him in the back as he attempted to escape the town.
Guardian immediately began to assess the situation. He was now alone on Maldra. He had no allies and in essence, he was a piece of property that anyone could claim. After processing the information for seven point six seconds, he turned and began to head towards their safe house. As expected, the safe house had been ransacked once word had gotten out of the bounty hunter's death. Fortunately the looters had missed a hidden lock-box hidden beneath a workbench. After grabbing the credits, Guardian set out and hired a transport to take him to the Mandalorian Enclave. As first expected, the droid was not given a warm welcome when he approached the enclave. Many of the Mandalorians wished to disassemble him for parts on sight but the fact that the droid had deactivated it's weapons and had allowed itself to be seen from such a far distance away gave the higher ups in the enclave reason to question if it was malfunctioning or if there was something more at work here.
