The two unarmed mages generated shields to cover them from the hail of magic attacks, however the shotgun wielder wasn't as lucky, suffering two unpleasant looking gashes before he could take cover under a metal rafter. The shields began to buckle under the rapid hits, but still held up.

Once it was over the shotgun wielding sailor popped up from cover and fired two buckshots, one at Zoey, the other at Travis. Followed by one of the mages shooting out a wide slash of energy long enough to hit all three.

"If it's considered a weapon chances are I'm competent with it. Give me a fork or a pencil and maybe things will get a bit more complicated." Nemo replied. He pondered the thought of what to use for a couple moments before deciding. "Firing a gun down here isn't going to be pleasant to the ears, that's for sure. The sword's more suited for a finale instead of cannon fodder, so I'll probably use the opportunity to use some spells and stretch my muscles."

"Ah, the single action army, my personal favorite. My own revolvers are a heavily customized version of that." He said. "I just wanted to know what you thought of them is all. So what did you think?" Nemo asked. After walking for a bit Nemo turned a corner to a long hallway. However he was surprised to see a sailor crouched on the ground with a bipodded heavy machine gun in front of him. He immediately began to open fire.

Nemo was nearly too late to use his warp to fade back behind the corner for cover. Thankfully Raiya was behind him so she didn't risk getting hit. The extremely loud gunfire continued on for a couple seconds even after Nemo was safe. Once it ceased Nemo slowly turned to Raiya and whispered. "I think they've set up a ambush." He returned to a normal tone. "There's one on the machine gun, two to the left, one to the right from what I could see. Probably more past them. I could use a spell to disperse them unless you want to take a shot at it?" He asked.

With the orders sorted out Nemo nodded and slipped his revolver back into his jacket after reloading it. He walked off towards an entrance into the ship and used his magic to spin the hatch and unseal the door. "I can't decide, sword or guns? What do you think Raiya?" He asked, thinking of all the choices he had, as well as remembering the katana he showed her earlier.

With two fingers Nemo flicked the heavy metal door open and stepped inside. The lights inside were somewhat dim, something that didn't bother Nemo one bit. However what did bother him was the sorry aged state the interior of the ship was in. Apparently no amount of magic spells or incantations would save this vessel from the hard wear of the sea.

So far the inside was vacant, no sign of resistance in sight. But that didn't surprise Nemo, he knew that Seidon preferred a smaller more tight-knit crew than most ships did. Nemo wandered around the hallway till he found a set of stairs going further down. "Have you ever used a revolver before?" He asked as he began to descend the stairs.

By this point three sailors had come into view for Travis & Co. Two of them unarmed, likely mages, the other brandishing a pump shotgun. Though it seemed they still had more time before the sailors would reach them.
"I'm always willing to go guns blazing." Nemo replied to Travis softly, putting his hand into his jacket and retrieving his silver colored revolver. "It might be a good opportunity to grab a weapon if you want as well, Travis. They're free." He suggested, cocking the hammer back on his pistol. Soon after a sailor reached the group's container and banged on the side of it. "Here she is o're here!" He called out, gathering the rest of the sailors over.

"Well don't just stand there, get 'er open!" The leader commanded back after walking over.

With those words any way avoiding confrontation went overboard, but Nemo didn't seem to be worried one bit. If anything he seemed to be interested by the challenge. As they began to unlock the door Nemo closed his eyes for a moment and put all his focus on locating exactly where the sailors were standing. "Three directly in front of the door, two off to the left, one off to the right." He whispered. "No worries, luckily I have six shots and brought the right ammunition to pull this off." He added, speaking slightly louder.

As the sailors got close to unlocking and opening the door Nemo started rapidly spin his revolver in place with one hand. "I suggest you cover your ears... this is going to be loud." The door suddenly came ajar, then swung open, revealing three ruggedly dressed sailors standing in the dark dreary weather. "Hu-?" One of them began to question before immediately getting cut off by Nemo abruptly halting his spinning and fan firing all six shots of his revolver off. The speed at which he was able to fire the gun made it hard to discern how many shots he fired, the gunshots all seemed to blur into one.

The first three rounds took out the three standing in front of the door from left to right. However the other three intentionally missed, instead hitting another metal container across from the group and ricocheting off with a metal ping to kill the three unseen personnel in an impressive display of marksmanship. Afterwards all six of the sailors fell dead on the floor without a word.

Satisfied, Nemo returned to idly spinning his revolver and slowly walked out of the container. He silently inspected his handiwork, and once finished turned back to the group. "Anyone want to place bets on when security measures kick in? My money is on twenty seconds. Twenty dollars on twenty seconds." Nemo joked to break the silence.

Nemo checked his manadial and was no longer able to get any communications or maps to work. He then turned to the sky, which was filled with dark clouds, making it appear as if it was night, and it only got darker the way the ship was headed. The only thing that lit up the sky was the frequent flashes of lightning. The sea was erratic with heavy waves as well.

"It's too late for them to turn back now, us being seen wont call off anything. After they crossed the threshold Seidon might as well have let go of the controls, which means he isn't really needed anymore" Nemo assured them, stopping once he heard the ships horn sound out in alarm. His gaze was drawn to the bridge, which was suddenly covered in a large yellow magic barrier. Nemo looked back to his watch, "What did I tell you? Twenty seconds." He noted with a chuckle.

"That barrier is too advanced to be taken out by force, but it can be disabled by destroying it's emitters. One is located up here." Nemo pointed out a large antenna glowing the same color as the barrier at the other end of the ship. "The other is below." He explained. "Raiya and I will take care of the antenna below. Travis, you'll lead Zoey and Zuri to disable the one up here."

"You'll obviously run into some resistance on the way, likely Seidon's crew. Luckily you wont be going in totally blind, I've researched the important ones beforehand. We've got Caspian Crowhurst, Seidon's first mate. Lori Mizzen, a untalent sniper. Roy Decker, a witch hunter. Finally Sap and Sin Tao, two identical twin swordsmen." Nemo finished. "Any questions?"

"Untalent... I never really liked that term. Always seemed so negative. Plus it's hardly accurate, I've met many of 'untalents' more talented than any 'talent' could ever be." Nemo commented.

Before he could say any more, the ship blasted off a horn to signal it would leave the harbor. The crate shifted a bit when the ship lurched forward, returning back to it's home out in the sea. "I hope everyone is comfortable, because we're gonna be here for a while." Nemo said, leaning his head back and closing his eyes.

Roughly three hours had passed, but it was hard to tell exactly where they were. Seidon's ship clearly traveled faster than the most ships were capable of, but from within the dark container it was hard to tell just how much faster it was going. By now heavy rainfall and wind could be heard crashing against the crate, the storm made Nemo think that they were getting close. Before Nemo could try to approximate their location any further he heard the heavy footsteps of a group of people through the rainfall. They had heard various crew-mates walk about the ship, but none seemed as rushed and organized as these did.

"Alright you lazy asses! If you can find the new shipment of munitions before my boots get filled to the brim with water you'll get extra in the messdeck tonight!" The leader called out, followed by an "Aye aye!" of the seamen in unison.

The command caused Nemo to open his eyes, now on alert. He got up from his seat and stepped over to one of the large cargo boxes and pulled the tarp off it, revealing multiple army green metal containers. If that wasn't enough, he flipped one of the cases open to reveal multiple firearms stowed inside and padded with foam. "Uh oh." He mumbled.

Now that they were in the confines of the small container, keeping discussions discreet was out of the question. Which made Nemo a bit more uncomfortable while responding. "I say it because as you know I wasn't born a talent. Hence the term, 'untalent mark'." Nemo said. "I can't really say what caused it or didn't cause it, and it's unlikely I'll ever truly know. But that doesn't bother me much anymore. The origins of my condition were only something I toiled on long ago." Nemo finished, just in time for the blaring horn of a ship to be heard off in the distance.

Soon enough a soft ring sounded out of the manadial Nemo grabbed from Logan. He was quick to answer it before anybody outside of the crate might of picked up on the sound.

After a moment of pause, the sound of a gravelly older man's voice broke the silence. "Logan... I trust there haven't been any hiccups on your end? I don't need any bad news today."

Nemo placed his hand on his throat and adjusted his voice. "'Course not Paul, what do you take me for here?" Nemo started lightheartedly. "We had a slight technical difficulty earlier, but I checked it out, salt just rusted part of the comms to shit. But I trust that wont be a concern for you?"

"Ah yes, the effects of the sea's cruel presence. She's fair... but you just have to deal with her little quirks to appreciate her beauty. Perhaps I should have one of my lads come down after my return to show you a spell that could help you out."

"A quirk huh?" Nemo replied. "That's sounds great Paul, really, but I've got a quota to fulfill here and money to make."

Captain Seidon let out a small gruff laugh on the other end. "I understand, you're just like your father Logan, always so busy busy. Anyway, I'll dock the ship and let your crew load my shipment."

"Sounds lovely." Nemo finished, ending the call.

From inside the container one could hear the sounds of the ship getting closer and the dock workers getting busier. Eventually a crane picked the container up and loaded it on board. Nemo leaned up against the wall for balance and kept his fingers crossed in case of an alarm. But there wasn't any, and they were set down without a hitch.

"So far so good." Nemo commented.
Will be posting later tonight.

Also, @Dawnpath OC made it into the container? That's the main thing I am waiting on.

I just kinda had to imply everyone got in cause it was taking so long.
Container is already closed too.
Nemo sounded out a small chuckle. "No bags, only powdered matcha and loose leaf. I'm sure you'll find my cups to be pleasing as well." He replied.

Nemo flicked his hand to use a small magic spell to shut the door once everyone had made their way inside. He checked his watch before answering. "The ship is scheduled to leave this harbor in twenty minutes, so we should be picked up a little bit before then. I can't say how long it's going to take them to get to the paragon however." He explained.

Soon enough the group could hear the sounds of workers hurriedly returning to their stations in preparation for the arrival of Seidon's ship. "As you brought up before the mission, we should set up something to counteract any type of detection magic they might be using." Nemo started as he spawned a medium sized black leather clam-shell bag. He dipped his hand inside and retrieved eight mechanical devices and proceeded to attach them to all of the container's corners. The devices seemed to magnetically stick to the metal of the container, emitting a faint beep once firmly in place.

Nemo stepped back to the middle of the container and and inputted a few commands on his manadial, ending with the devices all giving off another quiet beep. "That should do it." Nemo said. "To anybody outside this perimeter, our signatures are completely hidden, courtesy of a device I designed long ago. I can even adjust the field to not hide any of Seidon's magical cargo he has in here."
"A person shedding their own skin, now that's a sight I'd like to see. I once saw a man from Cairo who could swallow entire weapons and store them for later use. I never figured out how he could keep a good grip after they came back up though." Nemo said. "And so that means the scar is gone as well?" He asked, remembering the fight back at the cave. "Sounds like the world's best peel off masque to me."

"Oh Zuri my dear, you look a bit bruised up. Get in here, I'm sure Zoey can patch you up good as new. I wish I could help myself, but I'm only really useful with sewing things back together, can't do much about burns and scrapes." Nemo explained with a comforting tone.

He turned back to Raiya. "Perhaps we should have green tea next time? It's even from Japan." He said, attempting to sway her.
Nemo walked to the back of the container and sat down with his legs crossed. He looked up to Raiya after her question, his interest perked. "The acid? That's venom taken from a giant tarantula like manabeast. Theraphosidae Gigas. Once tarantulas venom is injected into it's prey it begins to liquefy the insides of it's victim. Making a sort of flesh slurpee which the spider can eat. With a little bit of tinkering I can modify the effectiveness of it to be a little more powerful."

"It would no doubt ruin somebody's day if it got it on them in combat. But acid attacks aren't really my style. That's a little more cloak and dagger than I'd prefer. Plus the stuff isn't easy to get either. Usually I have to milk it myself, though sometimes I can purchase it at a market for a less than enjoyable price." Nemo finished. "Judging by that last fight it seems that you produce venom of your own as well." He added.
Nemo sighed when nobody seemed to have anything for the bodies. "Gotta do everything yourself." He mumbled as called fourth a leather case from his inventory. He opened it and fetched a medium sized vial of pale white liquid. After walking back to Logan's body he uncapped the vial and poured half the liquid over the body, causing a sizzling reaction. Slowly the entirely body began to dissolve, and once it reached the halfway point the process seemed to speed up until it only left behind what looked like a simple oil slick in it's wake.

Nemo walked over to Boslan's body and did the same before putting away the case. He looked to Raiya, "Well, their communications were down since this began, so the only way for them to notify Seidon is through the mananet. Logan is the only one who should be in direct contact with him, and now I have his manadial." He said jingling the watch in his hand. Nemo activated it and looked through the recent messages. "Last thing he sent was... about an hour ago. Apparently trying to find out why a shipment of Goblin coins had gone missing. That was right after he confirmed that Seidon's ship will be coming in later today." Nemo explained as he walked over to the container.

"Good job Travis, you're quite good with these runes." He commented as he passed by, patting him on the shoulder. "Now let's get in before we get seen." Nemo added as he stepped inside.
