Draku would look to the new comer as she joined this particularly odd sight of rag tags at the bar. Back in his time he would have anticipated a tavern brawl between the likes of these lot, his gaze shifting between each of the mortals that sat here with him on this night, but he just didn't get that feeling here with them.

They all walked different paths in life, this he could tell by just laying eyes upon them, but something drew them all here on this particular evening.

Draku would get lost in his thoughts again, attempting to put together the unknown reason, hoping the bartender went to take the new arrivals order.

Ever since reincarnating in this era and discovering their version of Dragon Herb, Draku had seemingly lost himself to thought at every given moment.

Perhaps it had to do with being revived into a time where nobody actually knew him or the deeds he committed before this time, affecting his entire reincarnation completely due to the lack of extra information about who and where he was, but he felt something about this revival differed from his others; not quite knowing how to put his finger on it.

One thing he knew for certain was that he didn't waste a single moment pondering the bigger picture and questioning every random moment that occurred in his life. His true purpose on a world which still remained cloaked in mystery. All he had were random memories, some he could swear weren't his at all, but memories that helped him gain control of his power and his sense of true self.

A hero to the people who had none.

Draku would open his eyes, remembering where he was before shaking his head and rising to his feet. He needed some fresh air and a smoke.
Heh. Draku might just end up doing the bare minimum lol
Draku would grin at Jocelyn's comment, partly due to the fact that she was so striking and partly due to the fact that she tended to call him by one of the 88 modern day star constellations, but as he was about to let her know what he wanted he was interrupted by the robed man who had rushed off to the restroom.

Draku couldn't help but to have felt as if he had really been that fixated on figuring out what to drink for that long. Shaking his head at the entire incident, he'd open his mouth just as another patron walked right up to the bar to order a beer.

Draku clenched his jaw slightly, not the guys fault he was taking so long to order something, but seriously though? Twice in one sitting? He would tilt his head slightly, looking to the door as another man walked through it; one seemingly familiar with his surroundings, leaning back and waited for the man to finish speaking before looking back to the bar tender for his turn.
I would say so. But I'm not anybody who makes those kinda decisions around here lol
So I keep realizing that there are things I haven't included in to my CS that I feel are detrimental to my character. Such as he feels pain, but is so used to the fact that he is almost numb to it. It just fuels him to fight harder. The regeneration thing being unable to save him from decapitation. The possibility of him reincarnating without his soul, his physical form instead being possessed by his guardian spirit, Bahumat. And that alone makes him an entirely separate character altogether. Though. He may be entirely too OP thinking on that. Oh and two of the things that I missed entirely was stating how fast he is for his size. Agility, reaction, speed. AND the fact that when be goes into dragon rage he loses all rational thought. Not being able to differentiate between friend and foe and only being able to exit dragon rage upon being the last person standing on the battlefield. If anyone knows how I could incorporate that in to my CS, or if I should at all, it would be much appreciated. wink

What she said. Lol I'm still waiting for @Sewer Rat to post his response in the bar.
Oooh. Is that literally where you are? Did I miss that?@Bluetommy
Lmmfao She called me Draco
@Chain Just to clarify. I'm just meaning some random incident not particularly the one you mentioned in your first post.
Draku would stroll into The Rum House as the bar maid finished completely separating a smoking patron's head from his shoulders for doing so within the establishment, causing him to pause and look down to the lit joint between his lips; slowly stepping backwards towards the entrance and launching it across the street with one quick puff of air. He preferred to remain on her good side, becoming somewhat of regular here ever since he started visiting New York, taking his regular place at the far side of the bar. This night, he went by particularly unnoticed. Not that he minded, the atmosphere here was fairly reminiscent of his cohorts own establishment from back in his time; giving him a sort of relaxed nostalgic feeling that made him feel somewhat at home. With hands clasped before him and both pointer fingers placed under his chin, he opened an eye at the all too familiar scent of a Dhampir coated in ash and blood. He remembered him. Though they never actually encountered each other, he was present during one of his beautifully executed onslaughts on a particularly nasty coven of vampires. It was a thoroughly impressive feat. One deserving of Draku's own respect. He chuckled at the sideways glances the Dhampir received from the others patrons before closing his eye and listening to the bartender request the Dhampir's weapons. He typically gave her, or anyone who worked behind the bar, a moment to deal with all of the other patrons before ordering his drink. It not only gave him an opportunity to sort through his thoughts, but a chance to figure out what he wanted to try and inebriate himself with.

It was only moments after the fact that another voice came from the bar, he didn't bother opening his eyes this time. No familiar scents came from this one. He just sat and listened to him order his drink and the Dhampir relinquish his blades. Draku smirked thinking how lucky he was to never have to carry his own blade, the poor girl wouldn't even be able to move the thing even if she tried. His pistol on the other hand, luckier still that he could keep it concealed. He would sigh before opening his eyes behind the dark sunglasses he wore upon his face, watching the bartender as the Dhampir placed a bill down on the bar's top.
