-Do not take control of my character. People who do this annoy me to no end. If you absolutely need to make her do something for the sake of your post, just ask if I'm okay with it. Otherwise, just don't do it.
-Make sure that I can understand what you wrote. I'm on this site to rp, not to decipher a mess of grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
-Don't just stop responding. If you're no longer interested or won't be able to respond for a while, just let me know and I promise that I won't bite.

In the Philippines lies the Hinatuan Enchanted River, a deep spring that flows into the Philippine sea and the Pacific ocean. It's called enchanted because no one has ever been able to reach the bottom of the lake although it's been tried by many, including scuba divers. Legends therefor say that it's a bottomless pit,  but that's not at all.  Locals claim that nobody has ever succeeded at catching the fish in the river, neither by hand or spear. Some legends say that fairies added the colours of sapphire and jade to make its unique shade, while others say its bluish colour is a result of the depth and clarity which changes through the day, and at around 12:00 pm, the water becomes even clearer and even more majestic. 

Your character, a young man, is intrigued by the tales of this remarkable lake, and sets out on a journey to the Philippines to see it for himself. During his time there, one late visit at the lake ends up with him being there until midnight. Then,  something he has never seen before catches his eye, as he sees a creature with the upper body of a woman, but with the lower part of her body being a fish tail. As it turns out,  the lake holds a creature he never could've dreamed of seeing with his own eyes, but now that he has, he is determined to find more about this mysterious woman.
