Update: not only can I not get a dog but now I also cannot get a girlfriend. My wife acted like I was being unreasonable or something.

Whether you were born with your powers or bitten by a radioactive spider, it can be difficult to learn how to use your powers and protect yourself and those you love from the villains you face. Fortunately, there is a place for those gifted/cursed with such abilities/powers. Known simply as The Academy, students range in age from 5-18.
You could be new to The Academy or have been here your entire life. It is entirely up to you. Attend classes, save the world and get the girl/guy or whatever it is you think super heroes do.

Sorry for mine not being as good as y'alls. Classes recently started again so I haven't had as much time to focus on it.
Don't compare yourself to other people, just write what you're able and I'm sure we will all be happy with it.
