Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

Snooze.

The alarm clock blared next to Eve's head as she laid in her cozy bed, various parts of the bed having old scorched wood and wear-and-tear on it. She groggily woke up and slung her wing over her shoulder to smack the device's snooze button, silencing it and causing the girl to sit up in her bed.

She wasn't looking forward to today. She had recently applied for a few more higher-paying jobs than her stay-at-home trash job. Well, higher paying was a stretch. Stable was more correct. She had a job, a coder for somebody's merch website, but sometimes the revenue wasn't enough. She was waiting to hear back from all of them. No doubt she would have a few letters in their P.O. Box. Wouldn't be too hard to fly over to the post office and grab those letters.

She stood up from her bed and ruffled her feathers, sending one of them onto the ground before throwing on a baggy shirt that draped over her thighs before groaning and fixing her hair. She looked at the clock and grabbed the blasted thing, turning it off before falling backwards onto her bed and looking at the ceiling.

"... alright. Gotta be a functioning member of society today... but breakfast comes first." Eve stood back up and lumbered out of her room, heading towards the kitchen of her residence. Maybe dad was already awake...?

There's a post. It's kinda short, though. Sorry.

Boy, this town sure got along well for not having a true healer.

Ursaren shrugged to himself after that thought. Not every town needs someone who can heal the sick or wounded as quick as he could. A small settlement like this should, due to it's size most likely being above what it should be without a healer. What size was that? Well, Ursaren didn't know. He operated under a feeling of how much workload he had to perform with his restorative abilities. It was starting to get a little taxing, but have no fear, Ursaren was still able to keep up the pace.

He just had to relax his magic for a few minutes more. Making medicine was an easy way to do that, so he went over to the cabinet and helped himself to grabbing the herbs he needed for proper medicine. This wasn't a particularly difficult mix to brew for the old man, and he had all the proper ingredients for it right here. After he grabbed all of the herbs, he placed them into a small mixing bowl and grabbed something to crush the ingredients into a fine paste with. It was all a matter of waiting for the medicine to finish brewing, which wouldn't be too long now.
Sorry boss man. Life's been hectic and all sorts of nonsense. I'd tell you the basics but it's probably better to say I can have a post done by the end of this weekend.

The Wards

Confrontation

Kendall watched the interaction with Collin go on as they felt their tarry hair turn back into it's normal pinkish color. This wasn't an easy thing to watch, even if Kendall never knew Collin personally. It almost felt like a bit too rough of a thing to do to him right now. At one point, he certainly was still a hero. Someone who Kendall did look up to at one point. This felt wrong, but there certainly was no other choice for the matter, huh. He needed to pay for his crimes against the Protectorate.

Then, Decoy chimed in, and the situation got a lot more tense. Protean, the 'hero' who trained all the other Wards turned out to be a villain involved with the Community too. Who would've guessed? Still, he was another person that Kendall had minimal interaction with outside of basic training and admiration. This... wasn't shaping up to be the day that they thought it would be. And she was so excited for that hike, if it turned out to be a real thing.

Forget about the hike, Kendall. You've got bigger fish to fry. The Community was attacking en masse, and if the Wards could take down at least one lieutenant of the gang, it would be a great thing indeed. Without a moment of hesitation after Alessa spoke, Kendall's figure turned black into amorphous tar and reshaped into a taller and more slender version of Kendall, a mask forming around their face as well. The oversized hoodie Kendall had on was now fitting their form a lot better, and everything about Kendall shifted into a more... monstrous... manner.

"I'm ready to engage the shapeshifter when you guys are."

As soon as Digbie heard the roars of Zawisza in the distance, he immediately went into panic. The system message appeared and certainly didn't help anything at all, either. He felt the staunch scent of fear tickle his senses as he immediately cowered in the presence of the beast. Within his panic, Digbie stomped the ground as he used {Earth Wall} several times, conjuring up a small box of 2-inch walls around him in the dirt, walls slanting around and creating a rough tipi tent, coating himself in nigh-total darkness.

He felt his head spiral out of pure craziness and disaster. He was scared, startled, and overwhelmed by the noises in his head. Even with the Mental Resistance he had, it was still far too much for Digbie to handle sitting down. It was absolutely bonkers that he could still hear anything at this point.

He couldn't see anything outside of the darkness, and all he could do was shake in fear.

A loud crash happened outside the tipi, but it hadn't prompted Digbie to come out. The voice of Zawisza boomed in the distance, and then everything was almost calm again. It was quite tame for the situation for about four seconds before Torrent shouted at the party, asking who just prayed. Only then, did a wall lower in front of Digbie to reveal his cowering frame. "I prayed a while ago! Back when we were fighting Rattleskull! I was afraid at the time and didn't know what was going on!" A few tears were forming from his eyes as he laid in the dirt. "I-I didn't pray just then! I'm sorry if it was me by accident!"

While speaking, and halfway in the dirt, Digbie activated {Earth Vein}, trying to recover some of the lost MP he had as he waited for what to happen to happen.

Digbie awoke with a small groan before he stretched out his limbs and checked everything going on. The system finally updated Digbie's current list of skills and his recent level up, which was definitely nice. What made it better was the note that he was close to leveling up again! Seems like he finally caught up to the rest of his party in terms of leveling, which was super nice on top of the already nice level up. That was besides the point though, he had five new points to allocate to his skills.

Looking at his list of unusables, he didn't have much he necessarily thought he needed to invest into. Earth Wall was simple enough, he supposed, but in case it was a bit more complex than using Rock Spire multiple times to create a wall, Digbie decided to allocate 2 points and get Earth Wall as a skill already. Might as well.

Next, he wanted to try and do something else for the party that might be nice. The lizards of the party all had roles, and the magical monsters had roles, but Digbie still felt incomplete with his supposed class. He was the main defense of the party through magically oriented methods, which wasn't bad, but he knew that when his magic ran out he'd be in a tough spot. He needed armor, and decided to spend his last three points into Crafting in order to get it.

Immediately afterwards, Digbie smiled as he headed outside, slinging his Ratskin Pack over his shoulder to bring his items with him. Once outside, Digbie fished out Torrent's Burnt Skin and placed it next to the stream. He took a quick drink from the cool water and splashed a little on his face before sitting down and staring at the dried and charred husk, using Material Analysis and Magic Analysis to see how suitable this skin may be for armor material.

Once the random goblin showed up, though, Digbie immediately changed directions to face the goblin, being able to get a good look at it's face before it managed to scamper off into the forested area. He was a bit alarmed at the new goblin, since he didn't recognize them at all. He turned to his crew and stuttered nervously. "Guys... that, uh, didn't look like a cave goblin. I don't recognize them at all..."

Hold on there fellers I'm still gonna post some specifics for Digbie.

The Wards

Going Soft

Kendall frowned for a moment before smiling again. It was go time for the mission. They finished their "camping bag" before looking down at their communicator and detailing everything going on. They left their new costume in the closet, as well, in case any onlookers thought there was something else going on in the grand scheme. Could never be too careful about Community Moles, especially with this new discovery being made in the PRT.

Kendall slung their bag over their back before racing down the hall, trying to remember where Sonar was spending his time in the PRT since they had joined. Did they ever actually find out where Sonar was? Kendall knew he was in the Ward Hub somewhere, just not sure where he was specifically. Though, Kendall didn't have to worry for long, as they caught up with Alessa and the others quickly, being able to walk beside them for the rest of the way to Sonar's door.

Once there, Kendall rolled up their sleeves and crouched beside the door. Sonar's room was behind them, and they were ready to get the Community Mole of a Ward out of the PRT.

"Sorry, Collin..." Kendall thought as their hair turned into the familiar brownish-black of their tar.
