Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

Like everyone else, it slipped my mind.

Plus BC can vouch for me when I say my laptop died for the second time in a month and got factory reset.

Workin' on something now.
The Pumpkin King!

Jack felt his stomach drop when he saw Sally's shoe roll out from underneath the bathtub. That wasn't a good sign, not at all, and for the spirit of Halloween to be scared of it, this means that it was either a very successful prank being pulled by Sally, or this was something that was a lot more than Jack was counting on. He might need a little more than his kit could provide in a minute.

Zero ran over to Sally's shoe, grabbing it in his mouth and bringing it over to Jack, whimpering all the while. The king of Halloween grabbed the shoe and sighed, putting it in the sack of tools he had as he let out a bit of a worried sigh. "Alright kids, if it gets too dangerous, I want you guys to leave here and go tell Doctor Finkelstein what's going on. Make sure you guys are safe, too." Jack pulled his Frog Gun out of his bag as he prepared to fire it at the shadow creature that the kids were telling him about.

He hoped Sally was okay.
The Pumpkin King!

"Calm down, kids! You're giving me a real fright!" Jack couldn't help but ask the question as he kept walking towards the cemetery, continuing down his path with caution as he heard the frantic shouts and screams of the nightmare trio. "You're saying something's in the cemetery and that Sally's in danger?!" Jack inferred, raising his hand to his mouth and preparing a whistle. "If what you're telling me is right, then I could probably use some help from my tools."

Jack looked back towards his home and whistled loudly for his lovable ghost pooch, Zero. Within an instant, the specter sprinted down the path carrying with him a burlap sack full of goodies, no doubt Jack's tools. The dog bounded towards his master with an overwhelming amount of joy before finally making it there, placing the sack at Jack's feet and looking up at him with his 'tail' wagging.

"Good boy, Zero!" Jack bent over to both pet the dog and grab the contents from the sack. He had his Frog Gun, Bat Boomerangs, and the trusty-rusty Soul Robber all in the bag. Unfortunately, that was pretty much it, but it'd definitely be A-OK for the time being. If he needed anything else, he could go and get it later.

"Everything's here, indeed. Alright, kids, we don't have a second to lose. Take me to where the monster you saw was!"
The Pumpkin King!

"Ah, what a great day to scare!" Jack Skellington, Lord of Thrills, Chills, and Halloween Skills, bellowed from the door of his simply spooktastic home. The town was just as he had seen it the previous day, with every webbed brick, black puddle, and mossy stone. The only difference was that it was raining this morning, and the Pumpkin King didn't want to risk getting one of his favorite suits wet! Absolutely not! That would be highly unprofessional of him.

He danced down the pathway to the gate he had, opening it up and taking a step outside of his property. Without a moment's notice, he took a deep smell of the world around him and smiled. "Just the way I remember it, but with the added hint of Frog's Breath!" Jack was happy, as he felt like today was going to be a great day from the looks of things so far, now that the rain had passed. He took his stroll through the town immediately, going to make sure that everything was going as swell as he hoped. On his travels, he spotted the Mayor, and he just couldn't help but say hello.

"Well good day to you, my horrifying Mayor!" Jack stepped up to the mayor and offered his hand to shake, which the mayor gladly took in all of his triangular glory.

"And a fine day to you, Jack! Out a bit later than normal I see!"

"Well, I would've been around a little bit earlier, however I had misplaced my umbrella, and when I had found it at last, Zero had ripped a few good holes in it! Adorable and positively terrifying buddy, but sometimes he sometimes he just kills me! Ahaha!" Jack laughed at his pun. He could've done better, sure, but it was all fine. "Is everything as batty and broken as it should be?"

"Why yes it is! Everything is ready for a sudden Halloween, in case the world decides to shift times on us."

"I don't expect it to, but we should always be prepared to put our scary faces on!" Jack said, as another individual popping into his mind. "Say, I wouldn't suppose you've seen Sally around town today, have you?"

"I did, actually. She said something about going to the cemetery to go get some soup ingredients." The Mayor happily responded, looking towards the direction of the cemetery. "I do believe Lock, Shock, and Barrel also went there to play one of their games."

"Hide and Shriek, probably. That's one of their favorite games, if I remember correctly." He looked at the same direction the Mayor was. "... I think I'm going to go and take a different route through town today and check on the cemetery first."

"Alright Jack! I'll be seeing you around later!"

"See you later, Mayor!" Jack waved to the mayor as he walked, a little bit faster than normal, towards the cemetery of Halloween Town. He couldn't help it, he was a little excited.

As he got further down the path, though, he couldn't help but notice a trio of youngsters running his way...

"We'll go and check out the Shrine, then, before we swing by Highhill and get to Route 3." Skylar planted his fist in his hand before he turned into the direction of the way Earl pointed, unsheathing his cane once again, before waving at Earl. "Thanks for the battle Earl! I wish you luck on your efforts to meet that mystical Pokemon!" He looked over at Celebrity and Vivia. "Sorry to spearhead the adventure, Vivia, but Paradise and Celebrity could both use a visit to the Pokecenter, and if there's a path from the shrine that we could take to get there then I think it'd be a good idea to go."

He looked at Earl one more time. "This'll be it for a while, I think, though you're welcome to travel with and come visit the Shrine with us." Skylar offered happily, with Seabreeze affectionately commenting along with a happy "Wingull!"

With that, Skylar and Vivia went forth back into the forest, Skylar holding his Pokeballs at the ready and giving Seabreeze the Wise Glasses that he picked up earlier. Might be nice for him to hold.

As for what he's looking for on the way, you already know what he's searching for. Any rare flying types are optimal, but if he found anything super rad and cool, he'd gladly catch that and bring it along with him as well.

The darkness wasn't as unsettling to Digbie as it would've been to others. For someone who loved to dig and stay underground, this was kind of natural for him, being unexposed to light and to be alone in the darkness of this cave. Alas, he was still unsettled when he heard a voice call to him from... nowhere but everywhere, basically.

“What is the Earth? Why pray to an Earth god? Why seek its stalwart strength?”
System:???

Digbie was scared of the voice, but he imagined he knew where this would go if he continued to converse and speak with the voice. After all, it was asking questions that he was seeking out and trying to discover. Maybe this was the way to achieve true potential with the Earth. Maybe it was a way to get heads and tails figured out of the world that he was still very new to.

Maybe it was a way to purge the Taboo from his system.

Digbie took a deep breath and sat on the floor, criss-cross style, and he locked his fingers in a meditative position. Afterwards, the goblin steadied his breathing, taking deep breaths only, and activating {Earth Vein} to try and better commune with what he figured was the Earth God he was seeking.

As he sat there and meditated with {Earth Vein}, he spoke aloud.

"The Earth has been my closest ally since I started my life in this world. I wish to unravel the secrets of its utility so I may become more aligned with it and become stronger with it's alliance and fortitude."

Day of Reckoning II

"Search and Rescue efforts go with Inkscape, the local Protectorate leader who knows the lay of the land."
Legend, the COOLEST HERO EVER!!!

Looks like that's where she was going to go.

As soon as she was done passing out communicators, Mastar looked towards Inkscape and ran over to him, sliding underneath everyone else as a tarry puddle before reforming right next to the new girl, Charm. She seemed pretty cool, and was pretty strong from the looks of things. As she reformed, she decided between going with her old outfit or her new SFW one. She decided on the SFW version as she put her arm up in the air in a fist. She was kinda pumped, even if she was terrified underneath the outer later of her facade.

"Search 'n Rescue! Mastar, Breaker/Master. Denver Ward, with good knowledge of the land. I can become tar and dribble down into places that you guys might not be able to, but don't... uh... drink me. Please, it won't do much good at all, and you'll be hypnotized for a while."

A Breaker/Master wasn't exactly the best thing for this situation, but hopefully it'd work out well in the end. Hell, even if she could keep up the morale, she'd be okay with it. She could totally do that! She had to, i-it was her job! Right?!

From the Ashes II

"Search and Rescue efforts go with Inkscape, the local Protectorate leader who knows the lay of the land."
Legend

Phoenix stepped on over to Inkscape's group. She didn't have a way to really hurt Behemoth directly. From what she had heard of his power, she'd be dead from irradiation within just a few seconds if she got a full blast from the radiation, namely being right up to him. Outside of that, she was able to bust down walls with her Brute Augments, and that'd certainly be enough to get a few survivors out of the wreckage. Better yet, she would inevitably survive this battle with her sheer durability and with how her power worked. Search and Rescue worked best for this.

After the Ward was done talking, Phoenix spoke up, still somewhat monotone, but with a definite sense of duty in her voice. "S and R. Phoenix, pure Brute with a few years of experience. Augmented to be strong enough to bulk through hits and break down walls. Cannot heal, but death isn't severe as a punishment. Power will respawn me at my home PRT, so I don't mind running into the heat of things when others can't and risking my life." She thought for a little longer before she added onto it. "... if I die near you, don't breathe until you're like, 20 feet away. It'd kinda be like ingesting her, I'd imagine." Phoenix pointed at the tarry Ward before looking at the rest of the cast.
