Well I sincerely hope your life starts getting easier sorry for your loss. I would volunteer (as tribute) if not for the fact that I would make my own avatar roleplay if I felt I could properly conduct a roleplay. If you want to throw around ideas though I can try to help out.@iSuspect

I did disappear for a few days, yes but did love the avatar related jokes. :) I sort of needed the laugh.

Although, allow me to shed some light on the current events happening around me right now. My boss at work was out for almost a week due to an infection but they're back now so the work load is lessening, I had a death in the family due to Covid-19 and I have another family member with the same illness. I've been very stressed and among other things these past few days so, that's the reason for my disappearance.

I am still up for this roleplay, which I do understand that I need to rework some things but will need some help(if anyone is willing because my brain is scrambled right now). I tried to rewrite it from the original plot, which needed some real work and decided to go in a different direction, which didn't happen the way I wanted. I finally know now how I want this plot to go and grow.

So, if anyone would like to volunteer to help me rewrite this, please don't hesitate to inbox me. I really want to do this roleplay but might hold it off until I take my vacation and until the plot has been polished.

Tʜᴇ Sᴛᴏʀʏ Oғ Lɪᴀɴ Sʜᴜ

It has been many, many years since the world has last seen The Avatar born. The cycle ended with the element of Air, which is the element of freedom when an Avatar by the name of Amaya passed away under unknown circumstances. When she died, benders became much harder to find. The world used to have an abundance of benders but now, it seems as if they all have vanished.

Before Avatar Aang and his successor Korra, there were many more benders. Recorded history, however, has left a trail that fades away whilst tracing back in time. Fast forwarding in time, after the infamous Avatars Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, Yangchen, and the unnamed Magma Bender, the Avatar Spirit was within a water-bending host. This is hundreds of years after Aang triggered the Avatar State that would freeze him in a glacier for Sokka and Katara to find. Hundreds of years after Korra was even conceived.

Let's take you a few years ahead to the recorded history in the world of The Avatar that faded away to the memories of the dead lurking the Spirit World. Dragons have been hunted and extinct, and the Air Nomads have already fallen victim to the wrathful genocide the Fire Nation would inflict upon their temples. The world was finally at peace despite everything that happened in the previous years, or perhaps people might have spoken too soon? The world had been threatened once again and many people thought that their next Avatar wasn't going to come until Lian Shu was born.

With the uprising threat terrorizing the nations, no has been able to take them down. Not the Chiefs of the Water Tribes, the King of the Earth Kingdom, The Fire Lord of the Fire Nation, or even the Monks of the Air Temples. This new threat is a group of chi blockers is calling themselves Equalists, who are lead by an unknown assailant that has mastered an ancient and almost forgotten art, which is removing bending from all benders. This unknown assailant is hellbent on destroying not only the Avatar Spirit but the notabilities and councils of the four nations so that the ancient art could again be dominant.

There is only one person who can take this new group of chi blockers down, The Avatar but they won't be able to do it alone. Lian Shu has come out of hiding and is almost ready to face the destiny that has been placed upon them. The Avatar hopes that things will fall back into place once the threat is eliminated and that the nations came live in peace as they did before.

I usually do this as a small group roleplay but been thinking about expanding the possibilities of more characters. This is just an interest check but if you have any questions, concerns, or anything else, just post them below. I rewrote this to fit a different direction, as well. Can't wait to see who's all interested!

Okay, everyone, just checking in to see who all is still here. Some schedule changes happened at work, which is why I don't have the Discord up yet. I know it seems like I always have an excuse but it's the truth and RL before RP, right? Anyways, who's all still here before I set up the Discord? I am still down to do this if you guys are. 🙂
