‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗
location: cafeteria
interaction: open

‗‗‗‗‗‗

"There." The girl stretched her fingers out, following after a slight yawn. Her eyes fluttered close as she leaned back, resting her aching back on the wooden chair that stationed itself by the windows of the cafeteria. It was a tough week. Considering she was busy with schoolwork, struggling to find what to film, and of course--the one thing she wanted to forget about--the entity she met with.

Her eyebrows crinkled, she puffed out a big sigh. Forget about it.

"Are you serious!?" A shout lingered in the cold air, "you want to do all the work?!"
She stared up at his face, an expression of frustration crossed his face.
"You know.." He rubbed his temple, "I let it go when you left that other night, but--"

She gripped her arm tightly, avoiding eye contact; she wanted to avoid this whole discussion more than anything.

"--I don't know what the fuck happened for you to run off like that--" He balled up his fist.

"--But for you to give me that shitty excuse. A-About a damn ghost well-" He latched his hand onto the bag that was toppled onto the bench.

"Then fine! Do it yourself for all I care."

Forget about it Theodora.

The girl reopened her eyes, darting downwards to her fingers, fiddling with them. She knew that he wouldn't have believed her, but just anyone--somebody needed to know. Squinting her eyes, Theodora recounted the experience once more. The black figure digging its stare into her, it's arms at it's side and the body, elongated and stretched out. Her head slowly rose upwards, pressing her palm down on the laptop and closing it off. She lifted her fingers up and brought the ends of her turtleneck to her mouth, slouching lower into the seat. It wasn't easy avoiding mirrors but, Theodora experimented(it was more like a game to her)with the entity. She noticed--after hours of pep-talk--that it didn't seem to appear when she fully looked at herself in the mirror; In fact, she could only ever see it when she passes by the bathroom mirrors, from the corner of her eyes.

One time, however, Theodora managed to catch a clear glimpse of it when she was fully staring at herself in the mirror. The entity was at the corner of her bed, its fingers clutching the hem of the blanket, it's head uprooted to glare at Theodora.

She turned to face her bed.

It was gone.

Shaking her head, Theodora scanned her surrounding. She noticed a group of students sitting at a table, her eyes, hidden under her unruly bangs, noticed a few of them. Theodora was never good with names but she knew who was who by the side conversations some students would have(that she would easily eavesdrop on). Felix, her eyes moved to the other one, Jason and the other two, Luke and Maxwell.

Her stare drifted to her laptop, it's color chipped and the stickers from her favorite games slowly falling from their place. She dropped her grip on her turtleneck, her hands reaching towards her small purse, pulling out a small snack. Bringing the bar to her mouth and taking a bite, Theodora wished for the entity to leave her alone.

If you have telepathic powers and are currently listening, please leave me alone.

She spoke--in her head--for the hopes that the "mirror ghost," would once and for all listen and leave her alone.

It's not easy trying to sleep and catch a shadowy figure peeking from the ends of the mirror, watching her.

Ugh, Theodora.

Forget about it.

@Tsukai

In a forest shaded with a milky stream, Sueno Nemu could be seen laying still on the grass. The meltwater splashed, creating sounds between the rocks and the wind among the needles of the tree branches. The place shone with such sunlight that it lulled the small boy to a deeper sleep. He had been taking a small break--nap--because of the training he had promised himself to abide by(though it never actually happened). The chitter of the birds traveled through his ears as a song, an odd effect of both the sunlight and the noises of the animals enveloping Nemu into a peaceful trance. He had promised himself it would only be for 5 minutes, 5 minutes and he'll be up and running to the destination, but 5 minutes turned to 10 to 15 to 30.

(he was regretting his decision on taking the test a little bit)

"Nemu." A clear cut voice struck through the boys trance. A hand dropped itself down upon Nemu's mop of a hair, "So this is where you were, huh?" It was his father. The young boy lifted his head up, groggily staring at his fathers crouching figure, trying to adjust his eyes to the blinding light.

It wasn't like I was running away.

An exasperated sigh escaped the tight lips of his father, "You have to get going." His hands clasped over Nemus fingers, a clear juxtaposition between the two. "You already know how I feel about all this, but..." He already knew about this whole ordeal and did Nemu want to listen to the topic at hand, again? Not really, so he did what he did best and avoided the conversation. The boy released his grip from his father's cupped hands, slowly nodding as his final response. These past few days Nemu had noticed how vocal his father had been and it troubled him.

Getting up alongside with his father, the two shared a quick look and that was it. Nemu wrapped his scarf over him once more and skipped his way out of the forest, looking back once to watch the back of his father diminish, a loneliness dressed itself on his back.

With the finishing touch of the Hokages speech, Nemu shifted his eyes across the surrounding plane of the room. It was a little surreal that these participates were eventually going to be his enemies in battle. Still in a sitting position with his legs tucked in, Nemu relived the sentence that stuck to him the most.

"...There is a chance some of you may die.."

His eyes dragged themselves down towards his knees, his fingers twiddling as he took in the new piece of information. He felt the determination that escaped from each of the students that sat in the same room as him, and he himself expected the same feeling, but a part of him was stuck on the one word that made him uneasy. This was real, he was really about to do this.

With a big puff of sigh escaping his lips, Nemu gripped onto his scarf and lifted his head. He didn't want to let anyone down, not his teammates or his father, so he'll just have suck it up and deal with it. Pushing himself upwards, the boy squeezed his way through the crowds, his hands searching for his teammates. Emon and Tsukai were usually easy to spot for Nemu, especially with the wild silver hair of Tsukai and Emon's tall stature. Finally releasing himself from the tight crowd, Nemu noticed Tsukai.

Gripping the ends of Tsukai's sweater--in hopes of gaining his attention--Nemu spoke in a soft voice, "Sorry." Releasing his fingers, Nemu stuck them into his pockets, his eyes shifting downwards to the floor. "Emon?" He questioned, wondering where his other teammate was, upon only seeing Tsukai.

Atticus

Shaw
-

⌈FULL NAME⌋

Atticus Emrys Shaw | Arty

⌈AGE + GENDER⌋

20 | ♂

⌈APPEARANCE⌋

Covered in scars head to toe, Atticus is intimidating to the eyes of many. He's a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build and burnt red hair that hangs over his shoulders. Covering his sharp, died down blue eyes, Atticus tends to push his spiky and choppy bangs behind his ears(sometimes he lets it dangle over his other eye when it's too bothersome to just cut his long unruly hair). It was a casual jumble sometimes but mostly gelled down and neat, showing sharp spikes at the ends of his hair. His eyebrows thin and narrow, a half-shaved look to them. He walked with insecurity and softness where his nomad-blue eyes twinkled with sadness. He had a solemn look to him but was however, seen as intimidating to others. His sister had always remarked that his best feature were his entrancing voice. They carried with carefulness but sometimes had a tone of brittleness to them. Atticus can usually be seen with clothing that are easy to wear, consisting of over-sized tees and sweats.
