"I don't really hurt physically. I just have adjusted to my new hearing levels yet," Noelle said not whispering this time. Crap why can't I talk without my head pounding? I'll get used to it after a bit...I may stick with whispering though. Don't want people to hear much of what I say at this rate. She giggled at Luke's forked tongue, then looked at Gavin who she could tell was highly uncomfortable with his transformation. "Hey Gavin, you may want to try exercising your new muscles," she said whispering, "You aren't used to them and they aren't used to being used yet. I mean you don't have to do a lot at once but little spurts at a time could help a bit."

Still behind Luke's back Noelle looks down at the ground. "I am combined with a bat. Sorry if I talk in a whisper but my hearing can get a bit over sensitive at times," she said in a whisper again. Gavin is interesting for sure...bit too jumpy but another ally possibly. He doesn't know how to react to which is a little funny in its own way. She covered her ears and winced in pain. All these conversations are starting to give me a headache, crappy echo-y room.

Noelle watched the other boy approach and didn't get up at first. She just watch him...not at all startled by his mutation did to him. The pain he is going through may not be as bad as mine, but couldn't have Vlad made it less noticeable? At this point the only one here that looks major different is the dragonfly boy. Getting up she walked over to him but hid behind Luke (@Helo) and barely peered around his side. "Hello, I am Noelle," she said in whisper, "You look interesting, but not in a bad way."

Henry went to a shady part of the park and started stretching. I can see why father wasn't so impressed now. I need to get in first and do something big before I will be noticed. He started breathing carefully and started his warm-up. He was distracted for a moment by a blue light but continued what he was doing except a bit on edge. After a bit he started heading to the gates. Better to be early than late.

Noelle lifted her head to study the girl Vlad introduced. She realized the the "huntress" was sizing them up and smirked a little. Well at least the wimp show is somewhat working...though the boy beside me does seem more of an ally than a threat. I may let him on later. When the new guy walked in her smirk disappeared and her wimp face was back. Well I know who not to fight yet. He is a quiet walker but he doesn't get past my hearing either. She giggled at Luke's comment on school, "Oh yeah, school is worse than being a genetic freak any day."

I wish there was a way to get my hearing to go back to human levels...but I don't think that is possible now. She turned to watch the show Vlad put on. I wouldn't call him the devil....mad and crazy but not the devil. Noelle brought her knees up to her chest and hugged them. "Well Luke, it looks like escape may be out of the question for now," she whispered again, "Eventually we could possibly get out but we need to wait until we are strong enough to." I did sign up for this though...I didn't ask much into it. At least it had better security than my old foster home.
