Bio

...I'm crazy. Got a doctor's note and everything.

Been role playing for over fifteen years, no stranger to forum rp'ing, as that is the way I learned to roleplay.

I don't bite, so don't be afraid to say hi.

I mostly prefer 1x1's, and am on PST. (Hello from the West Coast of the USA.)

If you are interested in rps, really, don't be afraid to say hi!!

Or if you just wanna talk, I'm usually very open.

For those of you still here, have some Pusheen!

Of course it would have been just too easy for it to be a simple charm speaking mission. Marco turned towards the raspy voice and growled as he recognized the werewolves. These were nothing like Lupa's wolves, and Marco found himself checking his little papoose to make sure that Milo was asleep. Maybe he shouldn't have brought the little glider? Well, it was too late to worry about that, and he had to focus on the threat in front of them.

His fingers went to the knife at his side and he looked to Em and squeezed her hand. "Show them what you're made of sweetheart." He wasn't sure that charm speak would work so easily on a pack of werewolves and their master, but... He had to try.

"Hey there wolfies, are you sure you want to hurt some little old demi-gods, when your real enemy isn't here? You're wasting your time... you should just leave..." He wove his magic into the words, driving all his focus on the wolves with Lycaon. He doubted he could get their master, but if the other werewolves were willing to turn tail and run, that might buy them some time while Madalyne did what she needed to do.

Lara almost didn't register that Elizabeth and Arnora were speaking to her until she took a deep breath and mentally slapped herself. "Ah, sorry. I'll be fine... sorry to make you both worry." Lara forced herself to take that first step again towards the boat, and swallowed her emotional turmoil. Yes, she hated being out on the water, especially when it was so deep, but they were on a deadline, and they had a task at hand.

Her legs wobbled as they got on the boat, and the first thing she did was grab one of the life vests and tugged it on over her chest and buckled it. Yes, it was really nothing special, and given the fact that Lara was already dead she shouldn't worry, but... she didn't want to drown. She could almost feel of the water tingling up her neck, and as she was desperate for any thing to tether her back to reality she reached out and grasped Arnora's hand before she realized what she was doing. "Ah, sorry!"

Marco could tell this wasn't going to be easy, but he had been focusing his energy, and was formulating just what to say to the Titan before he opened his mouth and spoke. "Atlas, I need you to look at me and focus only on me. We just need some help in understanding what is going on, so if you could please tell us what your plans are and who is coming to get you out of your punishment, it would really make me happy~" Yes, it was pretty much what Madalyne had asked, but it was infused with his magic and his natural charm as he spoke. This was the reason he was here.

"Dear Atlas you have to know what is going on isn't right... your fellow Titans taking out innocent Demi-gods and a whole city just because of something that happened in the past... so if you could give us that information and then promise us that you'll never do it again... you could show us how serious you are by swearing on the River Styx." He made sure to speak clearly as his eyes met the Titan's. Oh yes, Marco was terrified but he wasn't going to let that show easily in front of the titan. He did reach over for Em's hand and held it as he spoke, to keep himself grounded.

Lara had been following the group, and she mostly kept quiet at the moment. She wasn't sure what else she could add for the moment, as she didn't want to get lost from Elizabeth and Arnora. She did walk to the docks with them and spotted the dwarves as well. She knew that if they borrowed the boat, it would not be a free ride, so she went to reach into her bag to pull out her purse. She always had some money on her, especially gold. Gold was a good currency between those of the nine realms.

As they approached the boat Lara felt herself start to freeze up. Boats and ships meant the sea and deep dark water. The cold fear creeped up her spine, then down to her feet making her stand there on the dock like a statue. Why had she volunteered for this mission? Why was she going to the depths of Helhime and out to ocean?

Right she as doing this for her friends... but she couldn't move at all. She was stuck, feeling as if her feet were becoming one with the wood under them.

Marco blinked a bit at Niah and then smiled softly at that and sighed a bit at that. As they got up the Mountain, he could see Emily brighten up a bit. It was a beautiful garden, and he knew that was her dream, to have a large garden, so to these these tall beautiful trees, the lust grass, it had to appeal to her. However, the view was ruined by the large man that looked like he was carrying a huge burden. That had to be Atlas, and man... was he ugly.

Marco knew that he was there to play a part, but his voice caught in his throat. He would speak after Nancy and Madalyne spoke first, as he needed to make sure that his magic was going to work well. He focused on the words he would use, how he could make sure that they could trap Atlas, especially with Niah being there. It wouldn't be easy for him to beak an oath sworn on Niah's mother.

He gently held Emily close as they got closer to the Titan, as he was getting nervous again.

Lara stood herself up at that point and offered her help to others up and then looked around at that point. Boston... Midgard. She had been here before, and thankfully the city didn't seem to be that much different from the last time she had been here. She liked Boston for that reason. Of course, it was the same as her hometown of Amsterdam. She missed it so much... but she knew that she couldn't go back anytime soon.

"So to the harbor then? I'm guessing we'll be looking for a boat to take us to where we need to go?" Lara made sure that she didn't leave Elizabeth behind as she caught up to Arnora. She knew that mortals would be staring at them but then they'd look away and forget that the girls had been there. Thankfully that was how things worked with mortals, with them trying to ignore the obvious that was right in front of them.

"Week's worth of coffee for you, Augur." Marco could only laugh at that point at that as he tucked the compact away and then looked over as Em returned with Waverley. He slipped his arm around Em and pecked her on the forehead. "Hey my little fighter." He held her close as he looked at her, and he knew that he would have to ask her how it went with Waverly, but also to hear about the pit scorpion as well. That did frighten him a bit, but they both came back just fine it seemed.

"Hmm? You're welcome, not sure what I did." He looked at Niah as she poke and then simply nodded to her. He then bowed his head in respect to the Goddess as she passed. "Thank you Goddess, for the information and the help." He then turned to walk with Emily and then headed up the mountain with her. His eyes went a bit wide as they saw the beautiful garden and the luscious golden apples hanging from the trees. He remember too many stories of Golden apples, and his mother. Thankfully this wasn't the same apple.

"Through the portal then!" Lara scrambled over the branches and then sighed at that as she looked at the large squirrel once more. Thankfully it was not slinging insults at her, thought honestly the squirrel could easily hit some of her sore spots with his words. She soon reached the portal and lept through it with ease.

She landed in what some might call the super hero landing, on both knees and one hands, before she picked herself up and dusted herself off at that point. She looked around and then looked to Nadia and Arnora and nodded a bit. They were in Midgard, that she knew. Boston, if she remembered correctly, of course she was proven correct when she saw the Boston Harold newspaper on the ground. "Well then... we're in Midgard. Where do we go from here? Also... wait. Oh shoot." She realized her error in jumping through the portal with the others. "We were headed to Helheim..."

"Elizabeth!" Lara couldn't help herself from crying out as she saw the other woman get knocked out of the branches at that point by Ratatoskr. Honestly, the words he was saying were ringing a bit true. She was worthless, wasn't she? She had failed to find Levi... she didn't know if she had rescued him. However, she looked at the group around her and knew that letting herself drown in those deep waters of regrets were not going to help them.

"Ratatoskr, we have been tasked by the Allfather on this quest, to find the lost god. Go back and carry out your mission and leave us to ours!" Pitiful words, at best, from Lara, even as she climbed down the branches. She was trying to focus now on the fact that she had done good. She was not worthless, she was one of the chosen! One of those that got to eat at the feast for the fallen. She had done good in her life. "Follow my voice Elizabeth, and I'll help you get down the tree."

"Yeah... apparently there are plans to free other Titans... well I mean I'm guessing if they're going at lengths to try to free Atlas as well as attack the camp. We did run into the Hunters of Diana and the goddess herself, but you can keep that part to yourself. We'll see what we can do about Atlas and try to get home before it gets too crazy. Thanks Alexandra, I know we're dumping responsibility on you, but better you know what to expect yes?" Marco tried to offer one of his signature smiles to Alexandra, but he was sure that it wasn't coming off too well in the moment.

He was terrified. The titans had nearly ruined Manhattan when he was a kid, and now they were threatening another place he called home. New Rome, as much as he was sure he wasn't going to stick around when his time was up, was still his home for the moment. It would always be important to him as that is where he had met Emily, so he didn't want to see it fall to those horrible creatures.

Once he was sure his conversation with Alexandra was over, he gently snapped the compact closed and then turned to look at Nancy and Madalyne. "Alexandra has been informed of the situation, and she'll let the Cohorts know and summon them up. But for now, it seems Prometheus is willing to help us out, right? So what shall we do now?"
