@POOHEAD189thx, ma dawg
@CowboyCommandofeel free to post it and join if you have the time, as I told Trivvan, I was gonna cap the roster off with you and him.

If you don’t think you have the time though, I’d love to keep you and the others in reserve in the event people start dropping.
@OppositionJunfortunately, we’re already bursting at the seams. Just waiting on a couple peeps to finish up CSs right now. I’d be happy to keep your name handy if anyone drops anytime. Sorry, dude.
Also, everyone else so far whose finished a sheet, feel free to post in the chat tab. I’m steadily plodding along on an opening post.

@TrivvalSounds good, please do.

And please, do keep me informed through PM so we’re not constantly posting on the OOC if more changes need to be made.
@TrivvalWe do already have 8 or so characters, which is already stretching the boundaries a little bit. As far as I can remember, Elgappa and Cowboy are making characters. With my character, Cowboy's and yours, it'd be a sizeable direct action arm of the investigation team.

A few things to note-

Delta Green does not refer to an organization unto itself, per se. Delta Green is a security clearance within the US Gov't given to personnel in any US Gov't agency that has the aptitude for dealing with the unknown- anything from cryptids, to folklore monsters like Wendigos and Skinwalkers, to eldritch cults and beings.

Secondly, Pieter as a character is too experienced in the paranormal already for the RP's parameters. Each character is supposed to have rather ambiguous experiences with the occult up to the event of Steve Foster approaching them with an opportunity to come into the Delta Green fold. Even my character, Fossten, has his first experience just looking at what may have been either an occult ritual or cognitive dissonance says is just some weird fucking Pakistani tribal tradition from hundreds of meters away through a pair of binoculars. So, to put it simply, Pieter can not already have had experience gunning down monsters and invincible children.

While this may be the case, a very weird run-in with one of those aforementioned shamans could've put the heeby-jeebies in Pieter, or been involved in an operation against one of those African rebel generals that was smuggling eldritch artifacts to fund their cause. Perhaps during his years smuggling diamonds and guns, he runs afoul of a certain client wanting a certain weird artifact and ambiguously occult-y hijinks ensue. What I'm saying is the event is definitely occult, but filtered through the character's own experience, it is hit or miss and he may have reasons to err on the side of 'I was just seeing things lol'.

Provided you can make those edits, and asking for input on things you're not sure of is very a-okay, then your character makes the roster's cap with Cowboy.
@CowboyCommandoas long as they’re not too overdone. Like I said earlier, were not C4 detonating Cthulhu. My character is a healthy dose of both, with Stillman also taking a more offensive role, but one more would be welcome.
@Homosaxophonethank ye, kindly
@Tenslashsixfor now, yea? Personally, I’m a little hesitant to accept a CS with a one paragraph bio. If you could elaborate on how she got into the CIA, her connections, for example. Also, it is a must for characters to have experienced either first(if she oversaw a mission that took a turn for the weird, watching live drone feed in the war room, per se) or second-hand(receiving several reports with odd parts that could be occult before it was seized from her without explanation) brushes with the paranormal. Whether it’s cryptids, aliums, or Lovecraft mythos is up to you.

I’ve read some of your writing, but CSs are a sort of writing sample for GMs to decide on accepted characters. You’ve already got a foot in the door, but if you could do that for me, you can cross the threshold of the Characters tab.

Also, fuck, how do I create a discord chat room?
