Sam was not a fan of O-Chul. The man was a prick, so much could be deduced from the way he spoke and his callous disregard for his own vehicle. O-Chul also seemed confident that he could break through Sam, it seemed every passing moment only heightened Sam's desire to kick the snot from O-Chul. Sam was done with listening to this drongo talk and started to stomp his way towards O-Chul.

Sam was completely unprepared for the sudden rush of speed from O-Chul, finding himself already being barraged by painful blows. Sam could only grunt in response to the attacks. Sam tried to raise his arms to defend his sides, but his slow movements were of little use against O-Chul's quick and sharp attacks. Sam was quickly losing his patience.

Letting out a growl Sam lurched forwards trying to power through O-Chul's attacks, Sam's arms reached out in an attempt to grab O-Chul's shoulders. If O-Chul couldn't move those he'd not be throwing out any more of these punches, plus Sam would get to punt the guy across the street.
Eileen was not at all pleased to hear the news of a KIA pilot, she flicked on her afterburners and flew towards the pickup point breaking the sound barrier. The natives shouldn't have had the tech to be able to bring down a pilot, this had to be something else and whatever they were... Eileen had a feeling this was just the beginning.

"securing the rendezvous point."

Eileen soared over a nice spot of grassland on the edge of the jungle, transforming mid-air and crashing into the ground in a classic superhero landing. She quickly turned on her short range scanner and looked around the immediate area. He sensors read nothing so she felt it safe to call in the pick up ship. Eileen patched herself through the to command cruiser.

"This is Eileen. Marking a location for pickup, be warned possible hostile still on the planet. Proceed with caution."

With the evac on its way Eileen fired a flare into the air and waited for the rest of the pilots. And by the time the others had trudged their way through the jungle, the evac ship would have landed at Eileen's location.

Jenny waited patiently as Azai topped up the fuel reserves of her mecha. Though Jenny couldn't help but gasp as she heard of the murdered pilot, she was happy her helmet covered her face or people would have seen the tears rolling down her cheeks. Sure Jenny hardly knew the person who'd died, but now that they'd passed Jenny would never be able to get to know them. It was a pain Jenny wasn't ready for, though Jenny knew that as a pilot death was one of the many risks. She just prayed that next time she'd be there to help protect her fellow pilots.

Jenny didn't get much time to sob as they needed to get to the evac point that had been designated by the senior pilot Eileen. It wasn't too far but the jungle would obviously make the trip more difficult.

Jenny obediently followed behind Azai and Kaselith until they reached the evac point, luckily the trio wasn't intercepted by the natives or the mystery assailant. Jenny let out a sigh of relief and climbed into the ship plonking her rear onto the floor with a loud clang. Yes, she wasn't being very professional at the moment but she wasn't really worried about that right now, she was more struggling not to cry.

All the boys would be seated down in Noelle's office waiting for the woman to start barking at them, though this time she seemed uncharacteristically calm. As if she already knew what she was going to do. "You boys just never seem to learn, do you? I know that it was probably you who started it." Noelle said pointing at Charles, "But I know that you were asking for it." She said pointing at the football star and his lackeys. "I've had to deal with you all enough times to know that my previous punishments were obviously not enough. So I'll just have to step up my game."

The jocks looked a little worried by this, their spots on the school team could be in jeopardy. One of the starts mooks quickly spoke up "I-I'm sorry miss I'll not do it aga--" Noelle raised a hand and silenced the boy. "Enough!... As of right now, you're all suspended. you'll have four weeks to reflect on your transgressions. Now get out of my office..." The woman's words were cold and her glare unflinching.

Blob's eyes went wide as Arete sored over his wall of meat before crashing down in front of him knocking the obese man off balance. Before the villain could regain his footing a pair of towels whipped him in the face and shoulder and with it, his conjured meat started to slip from his control starting to fan out all over the ground. Then Arete's free hand clocked Blorb in the jaw knocking the villain out cold.

Their victory did get some cheers from the onlookers. Maybe this time Blorb would finally be captured for good.

This was insane. Everything was insane. Silvia flew high in the sky looking down on the events, she was almost too stunned to do anything. Behemoth was locked in an intense battle with this being made of thousands of strands of light and from the looks of it the light creature was getting in some serious damage. Alongside that Outsider was also visible tanking hits and retreating when the time called for it. Silvia was firing off blasts of wind as fast as she could but there was no real reaction or damage visible on the monstrous Behemoth. Silvia went to go around behind Behemoth when suddenly a massive blast of electrical energy erupted from nowhere and started flaking and burning parts off Behemoth's back in a spectacular display of power, though this meant Silvia had to pull herself back as electricity and Silvia didn't go well together.

Silvia felt useless here she wasn't even irritating the massive beast. Her efforts would be better spent helping civilians where she could actually make a difference. Quickly soaring away from the fight Silvia made a B line for a burning building, then a mighty bolt of lightning flew past her and carved a massive piece from the PRT building. Silvia froze in the air watching the section of the building crumble to pieces, she felt rage swelling inside her as the building she'd lived in had just been vandalized by Behemoth. Silvia felt the winds around her becoming more fierce as her anger continued to build, then she remembered. Her dog! Rug was still in there!

Silvia landed hard on the concrete of the staging area. Taking a deep breath Silvia worked on calming herself and building power. The winds around her slowly started getting stronger the sky starting to darken as clouds formed high in the sky above the PRT building. Silvia clenched her fists hard as she continued summoning more and more clouds, a loud crack of thunder sounded off and it began to rain ever so lightly. Silvia fell to her knees and shut off her wind barrier, panting heavily as the rain slowly intensified into a heavy downpour. Letting out an angered sigh as she stood up, slowly regaining her breath.
Marta

It'd been a looooooong airship trip from Pokke village, though Marta had slept for a good portion of it so that helped to lessen the monotony, that and the beautiful landscapes they'd flown over on their journey. Though as the ship started to descend Marta felt the temperature going up ever so slightly, perhaps she should have brought gear that wasn't heavily insulated... No time for regrets now. Marta thought as she took off her helmet and got herself ready to disembark the ship, patiently waiting for the craft to land.

"Bloody hell..." was all Marta could say when she saw the unexpectedly massive city of New Dundorma. This being her first time to a settlement so big only added to the awe. Marta almost lost her balance when the ship finally docked as she was far too distracted looking at the bustling streets, the near fall did shake some sense into her though.

Making her way off the ship with the rest of the new hunters Marta was greeted by a tiny Wyverian, much like the village chief back in Pokke. The introduction was fairly brief, though mostly because the excited man spoke so quickly. It put a smile on Marta's face to see someone so enthusiastic, this adventure was off to a good start so far. Though a journey is only as good as the company you share and looking at her fellow hunters she guessed it would be a good idea to break the ice.

"So we're all here to kick the shit out of some monsters aye? Well, I look forward to working with the lot of you." Marta spoke to nobody in particular, while her tone was friendly her choice of words was... Questionable.
A lot had happened in the time Sam spent clobbering the goons with their friend, it looked like Llexe had gone a little too ham on one of the gang leaders and Kiyoshi had decided to smack her off the poor woman. What a teambuilding experience. Sam wanted to intervene but before he could lumber his way over to the pair a jeep pulled up with a disgustingly obvious dragon symbol plastered on the side. Sam turned his attention to these newcomers, his ally Naja had done the same responding to their threat with a challenge. Naja was right about it saving them time getting a few of these big players out of the way now would be a great boon to their efforts in cleaning up the city.

Wordlessly Sam walked up behind Naja and punching his hands together and cracking his knuckles. Sam wasn't going to let Naja go into this fight alone, these guys for sure looked tougher than the rest of the goons they'd just faced. Though admittedly taking a glance down at Naja Sam wasn't totally sure that she would need his help. She did look pretty scary, she had this fire in her eyes like she was really looking forward to this fight. Sam was looking forward to getting rid of the rubbish, but he had nowhere near the levels of enthusiasm he felt coming from off Naja.
Sam looked up from the thug he'd just flattened to see a pair of twins blazed onto the scene on their motorcycles. With the way, the pair rallied the remaining thugs made it obvious they were the leaders of this rather flimsy gang. Before Sam could choose an opponent to engage Llexe had already rocketed into combat heading straight for the new arrivals. Sam wasn't eager to get in-between Llexe and her quarry so he decided he'd head for the thugs on the left, see if he couldn't keep them off the berserker.

Sam stormed towards the line of goons only to stop as Light blinked into the enemy and abducted one of the poor souls, seeing it fit to deliver the mook straight into Sam's hands. Sam grabbed the thug by the scruff and gave Light a nod before turning to face the panicked thug. "Hey let me go you freak!" The thug yelled as he struggled helplessly in Sam's vice-like grip. Sam's head twitched as the thug called him a freak, letting out an angered growl and lifting the man high into the air his feet dangling at least 3 feet off the ground. Sam slowly wrapped his free hand around the thug's ankle and let his scruff go causing the thug to fall painfully onto his back.

Sam looked at the rest of the gathered mooks and started advancing on them, dragging the poor thug behind him, intent on using the sorry sack as a weapon to beat the other gang members with.
Oh, thank goodness the introductions were done. Hopefully, Sam could just toddle off and wait for their first missio-. Oh no, not a truth game. That involved... Truth. And Sam honestly had nothing he really wanted to share, I guess he could say about him being a farmer... Plus a truth game would require a lot of words and that was also a pain... It was lucky that Eric had burst in, though the news he brought was less than great. It looked like they had their first group of goons to pound. Hopefully, the shopowners were ok.

By the time Sam finally got to the scene so much had already happened. Light was doing... Something to the poor people she'd decided to fight and Chris was handing out a beatdown to a couple of armed thugs. The rest of his companions had entered the store and were dealing with the gang members in there, and it was obviously going well judging be the man who was running out of the store. Huh, it seemed they were running in Sam direction, how fortunate. Sam cracked his neck twice before walking forward towards the terrified man, he really should have been looking where he was going.

Sam continued walking forward holding out his left hand catching the fleeing man by the throat. The man let out a surprised "Hugk!" as Sam grabbed him. Sam's momentum wasn't slowed at all by the extra weight as he lifted the thug off the ground. The thug's coughs and splutters got the attention of two more goon's who turned to face Sam, a little shocked to see their comrade being lifted off the ground one-handed. Though this shock didn't stop the pair running at Sam, one wielded a crowbar while the other was coming in with just his fists.

Sam grunted as he winded his arm back and hurled the goon he was holding at the unarmed man sending both his target and his projectile to the floor, sadly only the thrown thug was knocked out through Sam doubted the other was going to get up any time soon. Sam then turned his attention to the grunt with the crowbar, he'd managed to close the distance in the time it took. Sam finally stopped walking forward as the thug swung the crowbar right for Sam's midsection, the flat of the metal bar slamming into Sam's stomach with a heavy thud. The blow didn't seem to be very effective and the thug slowly looked up at Sam's masked face. Sam simply headbutt the thug and knocked them out cold.

Sam groaned as he started walking again, aiming to get closer to the store entrance just in case more goons felt like running into his fists.

KO - 2 Injured - 1
Sam listened as the rest of the fighters confirming they were here to stay. Sam did take note of how the woman wrapped up in a getup not too dissimilar from his own, was incredibly bubbly and excited. It was very strange indeed. Following up on this was the fact that two of the people Sam had previously assumed to be girls, were in fact men. Sam was in part relieved by this discovery it would have been a little awkward if he was the only guy there.

Eve went on to elaborate the details of what was going to happen at the request of the Cyborg woman. There was a total of 6 gangs they were going to have to take down... That was going to be a lot of thugs to punch. Hopefully taking out the leaders of the gangs would lower moral enough for all the mooks to run and hide, that would make things substantially easier. Continuing on Eve wished for everyone to get acquainted so that they could work better as a team. Sam groaned internally as he contemplated whether or not he would take off his mask. Perhaps it would be better if he waited to see what the other concealed figure was going to do first.

First to speak up was the terribly polite Kiyoshi. The boy was obviously of Asian descent, his clothes, manners and weapon were far too clean to from anywhere else. His weapon was quite impressive, though the lethality of a blade like that did seem like it could cause problems. Though if Kiyoshi was here he was greatly skilled with that weapon, and could no doubt use the blade expertly enough to avoid lobbing someone's head off.

Next up was the... Demon? Sam looked at the others and couldn't help but find their lack of outward reactions disturbing. This magical creature had just revealed herself and nobody seemed to flinch! Maybe he could show his face after all... Maybe not... Light's name was very fitting of her personality, the joyful creature zipped around the room so quickly giving handshakes that Sam barely had time to get ready. He gave Light the weakest handshake he could muster and gave a slight nod as she went. Sam was going to speak up after her but was stunned by the reveal along with the positive reception. Though admittedly Light wasn't hard on the eyes and that surely affected the reactions of the others.

The third person to speak up really didn't have all that much to say, which was something Sam could get behind, though was also partially upset by. Llexe. what was with these names! How on earth did they expect Sam to be able to pronounce these consistently, Sam was going to have to come up with nicknames whether the others like it or not.

Next up was the Cyborg, who seemed rather confident. This girl meant business no question about that. Honestly. Sam found her quite intimidating. She was so confident she said she'd be willing to spar with anyone standing in the room, now normally this wouldn't be as impressive, but a literal creature from another dimension! Had just made itself know. Think on that Sam realized all these people might be terrifying as hell. Sam kinda felt out of place. Not just because everyone else in the room was pretty, but because he might have been out of his depth here.

Pushing that feeling to the back of his mind Sam felt he should probably get his introduction out of the way. He took a deep breath and put a hand to his chest. "Sam..." Sam said, lowering his hand and just standing there. Yeah he wasn't ready to take off his mask...
I'll go with anyone! Either way the monsters are getting hit by big sword.
