The GM should know exactly why each character was or wasn't accepted and be willing to state such. But the reality is that sometimes other characters/players just synergize better

Limited slots and character applications exist as a way for the GM to manage their cast, maintain consistency and try to achieve mutual enjoyment for those involved.

◼    As a rule, I only do group RPs, I'm not interested in 1x1s. I enjoy GMing, Co-GMing or otherwise playing in an assertive or leading role in the game. 
◼    Before I write, I sit down and plan out where my post is going and how it ties into the overarching story I'm working on. I make notes for foreshadowing and callbacks and figure out generally as many details as possible.
◼    I like to be in the driver's seat, or at the very least having input into the story and where it's going and especially how it'll affect my character.
◼    I try to post as regularly as possible and definitely find keeping momentum helps keep both myself and others invested, but sometimes lulls happen and I'll apologize if that does happen.

Oooohh.....that sounds like it could be tricky. I didnt notice Shocker when i read the IC. xD

Would i be able to change his personality a bit from what ive seen of him so far in the IC then? Im thinking i might go for him now, but...well,i was going to make him a bit less of a wuss than that. :P@Vulkan

I can't see that being too much of a problem. It'd be mostly between you and @GreenGrenade. Should you two find yourselves unable to come to an agreement, I can step in as a mediator. But I think you won't have a problem working with GG.

Is Deathstroke off limits? I noticed he was mentioned in the first IC post, but i don't see anyone using him in the char page.

Then again, for me, its a toss up between him, Bane or the Shocker. xD@Vulkan

Deathstroke is available. He is just being used as an NPC in the first Crossover currently. Likewise our Spider-Man player is also using Shocker as an NPC. This doesn't make the characters off limits though, we just asked that both parties attempt to compromise so as to balance continuity.
