Computer is broke AGAIN. Dog jumped on me when I had a glass of water in my hand, but some of it leaked in. Posts are going to be slow for the next week.
Incredibly advanced intellect (Many Metahumans are born with superior strength, wings, electrokinesis, a demonic appearance. Jason was born with something that doesn't show, something that doesn't allow him any benefit to his physical ability. He was born with a hyper-advanced brain. With an IQ of approximately 300, he has an incredibly achedemic intellect that is second to very few. He is able to absorb information at an incredible speed, has an Eidetic memory and has degrees in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Vehicular Engineering, Structural Engineering, Robotic Engineering and others he doesn't need to name. He is a master hacker, being able to crack almost any security code within minutes, able to program anything to do anything... Also, he is fully versed with how to operate a Steam Locomotive... He got bored one day...)
A formula that he has created with the assistance of several other scientists and with notes he may or may not have stolen when he hacked his way into the Watchtower's Databases. This formula is what gives him the ability to operate in the field. A healthy dosage of Miracolo, a little bit of Venom for some super-strength, a bit of Man-Bat syrum for keen senses and flight, a few other things he doesn't want to mention and he has created a monster... Well, he has created the means to turn the consumer into a monster. A hulking monstrosity, this creature is designed for little other than combat and protection. In this form, he is granted access to the following powers
Super Strength (Whilst not as heavy a hitter as someone like Superman, he is still immensely strong. Easily able to lift 80 tons above his head and throw it) Super Durability (Whilst not able to shrug off Depleted Uranium shells or a stab from an Nth-Metal blade, he is still far more durable than most. His thick hide will stop small-arms fire and even a knife.) Super Stamina (Due to his incredibly metabolism, his body produces Fatigue toxins at an incredibly slow rate, allowing him to perform at peak for the entire length of his transformation.) Super-Speed (Thanks to one part of his formula, he is able to run just as fast as he can fly, substantially faster than any other land animal.) Flight (Thanks to the enormous wings on his back, he is able to fly at immense speeds, almost 200mph.) Razor Teetha and Claws (He has claws that can tear through a car and eat through a bank-vault surprisingly quickly) Aquatic Adaptation (His lungs are so efficient that they can filter enough oxygen from water to allow him to survive under it for hours at a time.) Night Vision (Able to see perfectly in the dark) Echolocation (In the highly unlikely event that his vision is impared, he is able to navigate via Echolocation)
Weakness'
Animalistic Instinct (Although the effects are profound, the user has almost no control over his actions and needs to be guided by others. The user can aim its agression at most) Animal Mind Control (Any effect that could take control of the mind of an animal could easily be used to control him) Variable Transformation time (Due to each batch being slightly different, due to the difficulty of getting ahold of the ingredients, he is unable to tell how long each dosage could last. Anywhere from 5-60 minutes seems to be the best guess) Transformation grogginess (Due to the formula taking an incredible toll on the user, as soon as he has transformed back, he may become groggy and difficult to re-achieve his cognitive functions for a few minutes, leaving him vulnerable.)
Appearance:
When he is transformed, he turns into a enormous humanoid shape. 10 foot tall, enormous wings coming from his back, and brown fur all over his body. He also has large ears and monsterous features across his face. He wears a pair of trousers that are made of unstable molocules that allow them to grow and shrink as he transforms. Bio:
Not done yet, but here's what there is so far so i don't lose it.
@ClocktowerEchos Fair enough. The correct answer is: If we are on an outer-colony, doing nothing. Ork Freeboota's are mostly left alone whilst planetside. This is because they are nomads that look for fights. Local PDF's don't have the manpower or experience to properly take on an Ork Krew and engaging them only provokes them to stay and fight.
General procedure is to let them go about their business unhindered, then call the Imperial Navy to deal with them once they have left. Outlying governors opt for this, due to it being the cheapest way of dealing with them. an Ork Krew that has set up camp on your world is extremely expensive to get rid of.
Calling playing a deposed Ork Kaptin who was hired by Karthis. Stupid Humies finkin dey can beat the great Kaptin Smashstompa. Karfis wuz da only 'umie day beat Smashstompa in a foite and da only one to make 'im swear allegiance to ANYFING not green. Smashstompa don't ferget or fergiv people who cross 'im or iz boss.
@knifeman would you mind if I made a character that is already best buddies with Jack? I had am idea for a character who uses a formula to turn into a giant animalistic monster. Naturally, Jack's ability to talk to animals will help keep him aimed in the right direction.
@Grec Lobo drove merrily on his way through space when he saw the being jump in front of his Hog. He slammed on the breaks and leaned on the Handlebars, staring at the man. "Swine?" He asked with fake shock "You one of you goody-goody-two-shoes-twinkle-toe types, ain't Ya's?" he asked, not even bothering to really assess the man. "Look, mr Hero, I got the bounty on this nerd right here and you know the first rule of the galaxy. Finders-keepers Losers-get-fraggedd." he smiled, pulling out the Radion cannon. Lobo had no idea that he had actually drawn the exact weapon to fight someone like Inferno, he just liked it because it was big. So big that he had to wield it underslung, rather than his usual pistol-style weapons. Radion was a substance as poisonous and deadly to a New God as Anthrax to a human. He had originally been hired to destroy the weapon by the New Gods of New Genesis, but when he went to do it, he had thought to himself "Would it really be so bad if he just kept it out of anyone else's reach? After all, if the New Genesis guys were so afraid of it, it must make a really big boom." Of course, he had no way of knowing that the weapon was originally designed to kill Darkseid.
"So, nerd, you wanna throw down? Because I have yet to use this thing and I have it on good account that this makes a hell of a boom. Now, I am feeling pretty generous today, so if you really want to take this bounty, I'm willin' ta give it to ya's. Just call me a little sentimental that an old, old enemy o' mine just turned up dead." He reached behind and pulled out the head of the corpse, he looked it in the eyes. "You happy he's dead?" he asked it. "Nah, he's just a corpse, he don't feel nutt'n. So, you want the corpse or nah? His bounty's worth 50k." All this time, he hadn't take the guns aim off of the man. He was overconfident to a fault, but he wasn't stupid enough to let his guard down against an enemy he had no idea about.

@RumikoOhara@Queentze Meanwhile on earth, the Blue planet had been roiling in despair since the murder of their beloved hero and the instillation of his murderer as a main power. But in this despair, hope was beginning to shine through. Such as in a lazy little town where a small fight had broken out between a large man and a pair of women. As they stood over the knocked-out man's body. There was another man approaching. One who was full of self doubt and wracked with guilt over lies to loved ones and promises he perhaps, subconsciously, never intended to keep. "Hello." a voice said as a bright blue light descended towards the boy. "Do not be afraid. I am a Dog. I saw that you three were in need of hope and I decided to grant that, because it is my duty to do so." he panted heavily and happily. The words seemed to flow from the blue light surrounding him than from his lips. "I sense that you three are disheartened by the current climate and are in need of hope. I do like to give hope to others." The dog floated down and landed next to them, still panting and wagging his fluffy tail happily.
((As a note, when addressing him, people are compelled to refer to him by the name of their most beloved pet they ever owned, even if it wasn't a dog.))
