Hey, i made a dragon character and came up with a bunch of abilities. how much do you think i need to cut inorder to make it ballanced and get accepted
Yea i havent applied the right format to the abilities yet.

Low self esteem, timid, shy, awkward, careful, aloof, Even though she’s also able to be Enthusiastic.
Finicky, deadpan, quirky, a bit goofy, clever and handy yet a Little bit naïve.
Has Elegant moments.
She grew up not knowing that she is a part of a dragon lineage, multiple generations grew up without being capable of manifesting dragon form.

She only needs to sleep or eat, to recover health, grow in size, or increase in power.

Power bestowal and power sharing.
When bestowing power, a person can gain similar properties and abilities of the dragon that bestowed them their power, such as: increased physical capabilities, decreased aging, increased natural lifespan, increased health regeneration, enhancement of existing natural powers, perpetual nourishment and self sustenance linked to the dragon.
These effects increase when in proximity of the dragon or when the dragon gets more powerful.
She can reach the age of 500 to about 1000 years old Conventionally.
Decelerated aging in human form.
Her blood has special properties
if drunk an individual gains similar benefits to when power is bestowed intentionally but less effective. Gaining roughly a percentage of power of the total amount of blood the dragon body contains. When power is gained this way, the dragon loses power accordingly.
Draconic element manipulation (she can absorb power, souls and natural abilities of defeated dragons and other sub types of draconius like wyverns and wyrms)
Weaknesses:
Excessive cold weakens and slows the dragon
Cannot learn other types of abilities beside the draconic abilities she is naturally capable of: (negate able trough absorbing powers of specific dragons)
Very Weak to lightning likely because of the somewhat metallic strength of the scales
In the armour, the eyes are exposed
The wings are relatively less armoured compared to the rest of the body.
Dragon form:
65 feet in length and 18 feet high from the top of the head to the height of the right foot in the picture. The tail takes up half of the total length.

Consistent growth and Adaptive development:
The dragon continually grows in size and power if she takes meals while in dragon form. As well as being able to develop in adaptive ways according to environment and past experiences, for example in hardening claws, hardening armour, increasing resistance, increased strength or increased dexterity and agility.
Her real form is actually a dragon while she can turn into a human. In practice she has never turned into a dragon and has always lived in human form.
