@Avemelle Could you take a look at it please, especially at the skills? I've only used 3 skills instead of 5 because I couldn't think of two more (except a pretty OP one which I think would be better suited for later) and I thought the "Mana ammo" one was a bit OP on its own so that it would take multiple skill points.

Samuel was always a bit of a nerd. Spending most of his time watching online anime and playing FPS games, he was no stranger to the digital world. He was a shut-in as well, not having many 'IRL' friends, but having a few online which he played with regularly. He was both a great strategist of his squads and a combat-ready player, but he sometimes got carried away in the game. So when he went out for groceries and found himself dead a few moments later, he felt really unlucky. That is to say, until he noticed it wasn't 'game over' for him yet...

Samuel's Hero Costume is mostly made with high melting point metal threads, and his shoulder and elbow pads are made of the same kind of metal. This way the clothing can conduct the heat as an armor while still giving enough mobility and heat dispersal.

Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description: Basically the Quirk lets him heat up his skin to very high temperatures. He can use this for various purposes, like melting materials like metal. He is very well skilled in getting to a specific temperature of his choosing.

The Quirk is also partially activated when he gets angry or passionate about something and emotions like that, although usually only a few degrees. However, the more he actively heats up his body, the angrier he gets and 'berserk' he goes, losing rational thought and becoming more and more infuriated, which usually leads to him using even more of his Quirk and repeating the loop. His current limit without going fully berserk is around 1500 K by heating his whole body.

Besides the mental setback, there are some physical ones. Even though he himself is almost completely invulnerable to direct effects of his own heat and other high temperatures, his environment isn't. If he doesn't watch out what he heats up and how much, he could melt himself into the pavement or activate a chemical chain reaction.

On top of that, the air around him gets thinner the hotter it becomes, so when he overexerts himself his oxygen intake will run low causing him to become slower and he might even pass out.

Inventory & Possessions: A backpack filled with usual things like his wallet and phone, made of a special alloy so it wouldn't melt as easily even if he goes berserk.

The sound echoed through the pitch-black room. On the ground lay a young boy. Next to him stood his father. The father raised his foot backwards to prepare for the next strike.

BAM!

The boy kept crying as he got struck.
"Well then, my dear son, when are you going to show me what you can do?"
"But father, I don't want to, people get hu-"

BAM!

"What was that? You are afraid people get hurt? Well, guess what, if you don't show me, I'll make sure YOU get hurt!"

BAM!

Right in the stomach. The boy tried to look up at his father, but through the tears and the darkness of the room, he could barely make out his face.
"Please, I don't want to! Have merc-"

BAM!

In his face. He spat out the blood.
"Mercy is for the weak, and anyone who is my child is not weak. I'll make sure of that..." The father raised his boot once more, ready to hit the young child once again. The boy just closed his eyes and braced for impact.

A few seconds passed, and the boy never felt the hit, but he was too scared to open his eyes.
"It is okay now." A familiar voice said to him. He slowly opened his eyes, being greeted by a warm light radiating off a girl standing in front of him, her hand reach out to him. "I've got you." The boy slowly got up, wringing the tears out of his eyes before reaching for his sibling's hand, taking it, when suddenly a bright light engulfed them both.

Sweating heavily, Samuel woke up. It was still in the middle of the night. He felt his sheets. They were hot. Looks like he used his Quirk in his sleep again. His father may be gone, but he left his marks on his son, that's for sure. He has these nightmares every now and then, and they mostly went the same: His father beats him up for him refusing to use his Quirk to the fullest, then he gets saved by the girl surrounded by light: His sister.

Luckily for him, he wasn't going through it alone. If it wasn't for his big sister Sana, he would've died by their father's abuse, or even worse: Become like him. However, because of Sana standing up for him, he had a different role model. He now wanted to become like his big sister. Someone who would protect the weak and show them there was nothing to fear.

Perhaps that is the biggest reason he wants to go to UJ like his sister. But there was another reason. His sister has always been looking out for him. Always taking most of the beatings and still standing to protect him. Now he wanted to show her that she didn't have to keep watch over him, and that it was his turn now to watch over her. With a smile he layed down again, closing his eyes, her smiling face from his dream fresh in his memory.

If she would look out for him, he knew no one could touch him.

@Avemelle Thanks for the clarification! As for the reincarnation itself, will people be reincarnated by just suddenly appearing into the world or do they also have to still grow up through childhood and such?

I might be interested because of the inspirations you have used, but that comes with a question: Shield Hero has heavy video-game based mechanics implemented, and Slime and KonoSuba also are very similar to one because of Rimuru's Great Sage and KonoSuba's skills and classes and such. Will something like this be involved in this idea?

I would lie if I said an MHA RP wouldn't interest me, especially if said RP is set in another country. I'll see if I can make the time to join this if it becomes something.

IRL, a story about a dystopian future where gamers are the soldiers.

IRL

The year is 2064. In the rise of companies taking control of nations and becoming ruling conglomerates, one of them in particular, noticed that with the development in the area of military and IT, came a big growth within in the gaming culture. With the lack of functioning autonomous AI, they started recruiting and training people from a young age, and use gamers as various drone operators, ranging from farming and mining to military combat and enforcement. This conglomerate now rules with an iron fist, exploiting gamers and abusing their citizens, giving rise to a rebellion. Now it is time to choose a side: Are you with the Conglomerate's gamers, or are you rebelling against the oppression?

The general idea is about how gamers are used to control drones as an army, being rewarded both in coin and with direct ingestion of endorphins. If you have any questions or have an interest in this idea, please reply!

The Skies of Elysia: Airships, Aliens, and Adventure (Closed)

Before the storm...

Bo'Lok just parked his ship. The Qo'Kun needed refueling after the trip it had just made. The Su'Kiin jumped out of his fighter, package in hand. His job was to deliver the package to a specificly described man at the local bar. He gave some credits to the man at the refueling station, making sure to code-lock his precious ship before leaving for the bar.

It didn't take long for him to find it. Just follow the sweet smell of Elysian Beer, and you can't miss it. He entered through the door, nobody paying much attention to him. He then saw someone exactly matching the description: small and ugly. He walked up to him. "Hey there, big guy! Expecting a package?" He said casually. The small guy laughed sarcasticly. "Ha ha, but yes, as a mather of fact, I am!" He then gave the package to his recipient. "Thank you! Here are your credits." Bo'Lok crouched to accept the credits, counted them, then stood up. "It was nice doing business with you!" He then went to the bar to spend a few of his credits for a drink.

S*** going down

Bo'Lok just finished his third drink, when he heard commotion outside. Along with the other patrons of the bar, he stepped outside, before seeing the chaos. Military ships in the sky, explosions everywhere, the stench of burned flesh and you could almost feel death around you. It didn't take long before the chaos approached them as well: three Reavers headed straight for the bar, shooting at the crowd that was standing outside. He ducked out of the way until the shooting focused somewhere else, took out his trusty pistol, before rolling back into the open again and shooting while barely aiming at the attackers. All three were hit, immediately dropping to the ground. If they were being invaded, he needed to get the hell out of there.

He ran through the crowds, dodging plasma fire from both ground forces and the sky, before finally reaching the Qo'Kun. A small group was already desperately trying to get in, but failed to do so. Bo'Lok took out his pistol and fired straight up, hitting a hostile fighter in the process and making it crash some distance away from them. The pistol shot wasn't even that loud but the crashing of the ship made the group look around towards the Su'Kiin. "That ship is mine..." He said. The group scattered a bit, as Bo'Lok went back to his ship. He opened the lock with his password, then opened the cockpit and got in.

An mother with a small daughter approached him before the cockpit closed. "Please, take us with you!" They pleaded. Bo'Lok looked up at her while prepping his ship. "Sorry, miss, but where I'm going..." He looked straight at the Reavers' cruiser. "... you will not be much saver." He then closed the cockpit for real, and started liftoff.

As the Qo'Kun was lifting off, Bo'Lok looked at the sky in front of him. It was infested with Reaver and Dominion ships. He then got a signal on his radio. It was from the captain of the Cerebrus Gate. He pressed a button on his panel, sending a message back. "This is Bo'Lok of the Qo'Kun, and sorry Captain, but I'm pretty bad at working together. I can help you by distracting the enemy for a bit though. Just tell me when and where you need them, and I'll make it happen." That being said, he headed straight for the swarm of Reavers surrounding the Cruiser.
