JoJo

Joann wasn’t sitting right at her desk, in fact, she was leaning back in the chair far enough away from it that she could have kicked her feet up though this time it wasn’t due to general disinterest; the underside of the desk itself was metal and while normally it wouldn’t affect her charge but this time she was so depleted that even touching something that could conduct electricity would take away what little she had left. Sucking on her teeth again at the annoyance of it all, she had never felt this depleted before being that once her quirk gained enough of a charge it stayed at that constant level without assistance so JoJo was nearly always at least on a solid five percent every day. Now she was sitting uncomfortably at a whole zero with the inability to regain some semblance of a charge, it was entirely possible she shorted out her quirk when she passed out being that prior to passing out she felt like she could take on the world and win.

It wasn’t till the teacher began to talk about introducing themselves did her ears perk up, normally she would opt in to skip her turn, but knowing her quirk and how she uses it would help the teacher help her. “Oh bother” she said to herself before begrudgingly raising her hand to speak, “My quirk is electrically based and relies on the conversion from potential energy to kinetic energy and back to what the doctor calls violent potential so movement, it makes me stronger in every way you can think of and doesn’t release it so I use it for physical attacks making me useless at range” JoJo explained leaning back in her chair. “At least that’s what I thought before I tore apart the gymnasium in a big ass discharge”

JoJo sucked her teeth as she watched the teacher leave, rolling neck getting the kinks from being still for so long out; another thing was the fact she never felt this drained before so maybe denying her wasn’t the worst thing. There was nothing she could do anyway, so she turned around and began to walk the opposite direction, with the exit of their teacher, gadget class was over and her electives began, which means quirk application. Going over the events that have just happened to her it was obvious she needed to learn a way to use her quirk a little better because just saying lazy to generate less wasn’t going to cut it.

That power she felt just before passing out was tremendous, so much so her body expelled all of it just to keep her well-being in check as a side effect she had zero power left over to perform anything via quirk. While on her way to quirk application, JoJo had a lot to think about, her close-range style of fighting left her completely open to people like Yuka and long ranged fighters, up till now she figured if she was faster than them she could pull out a win, but apparently, that wasn’t the case.

“Sorry I’m late, was taken to the nurse… well, half way” she said, walking into the classroom staring at her hand rubbing her thumb and index finger together generating a little bit of energy so she can stop feeling off. Pulling back a chair and sitting down at the desk.

JoJo

She was surrounded by darkness and stuck in the recurring dream of what just happened, the power she felt as well as the immense pain that made her tap out. Her entire body stirred in the winged boy’s arms, her lips mouthing several strings of curse words, most likely her subconscious catching her up with current events. From mouthing curse words to actually saying them JoJo woke herself up eventually with a loud gasp, eyelids flinging themselves open, giving way to those bright lavender eyes of hers. The first thing she saw was what looked like an angel carrying her upwards, holding her like a bride; the thought that she died crossed her mind and was just about ready to accept it if she didn’t look over and see Yukari and the teacher Arsenal carrying her. JoJo was now forced to face the fact that was now being carried in this embarrassing position by a boy she didn’t know most likely to the nurse’s office and that realization alone was enough to force the girl force Acion to let her on her feet.

“Thanks, but I can walk,” she says grunting at the thought she had to be handled like she was some dainty little girl. Gritting her teeth in irritation at her dislocated shoulder to which a corner piece of a wall did nicely slamming herself into it earned a howl of pain from her lips but her arm was usable again. Rolling her shoulders to confirm everything was at least working the way it should before walking herself up to the teacher “Hey, let me carry her to the nurse, it’s my fault anyway” JoJo asked putting her arms out expecting to be handed the rubber girl

Yukari Yozakura | JoJo

Well, that certainly didn’t take much convincing to which JoJo wasn’t going to complain, an easy conversation with a simple answer was always the best kind to have; although she wasn’t exactly thrilled with the reasoning but JoJo wasn’t exactly in the best position to deny. Interlocking her fingers together and popping all of them in unison sent a rapid bolt of electricity shooting from her palm, something that happened often enough, but this time it reminded her of a move someone used but couldn’t quite place it. Shrugging her shoulders Joann walked over to one side of the arena, putting a little bit of distance between herself and Yuka, even though she was a close ranged fighter the distance between two fighters at the start showed respect.

“I won’t be using a gadget, too troublesome for me but that doesn’t mean you can use that bondage thing,” she explained limbering herself out for the first time in weeks various bones and joints popping at random “Also I’m not going easy on you, I kind of need to burn off this power,”

At the end of her exercise, she bowed to her opponent and immediately put up her guard getting into more of a boxers stance.

”Right! Please take me seriously!” Yukari said as she removed all the extra gadgets except the gauntlets. Surely she couldn't go wrong with weighted gloves. Waiting a few seconds Yukari also took on her fighting stance, however, she looked looser than before. Without the weight of the rings on her arms, Yukari needed to emphasis her flexibility. Taking a deep breath Yukari called for the fight to begin. ”Battle on!”

The five-minute timer started and Yukari moved first. She was going to start low and aim for Jojo’s legs. When Yukari was about seven feet away from Jojo, she threw a roundhouse kick. Normally Yukari would've been too far, except her leg quickly stretched out ten feet out. Yukari actually ended up overextending but that was intentional if Jojo tries to step back. And if Yukari’s kick managed to make contact onto Jojo, Yukari would then wrap her leg around Jojo’s leg too.

By now JoJo’s eyes were turning from their usual shade of lavender to a bright yellow and the moment Yuka shouted, “Battle on!” JoJo was already charging forward with her guard up going much faster than a normal person would have been able to. Yuka was the first to actually swing primarily thanks to her quirk that gave her much longer range than JoJo allowing her to open up with a roundhouse kick that looked to be aimed low just the type of thing she was hoping for as it would allow for the burning of more energy.

JoJo’s body started to glow for a moment and within a second it looked like she completely vanished from sight and reappeared right in front of the target, this being Yuka’s jaw. Anyone with good ears could tell she didn’t teleport but began to move incredibly fast giving her the reaction speed to leap over the kick, compose herself and keep moving forward; though anyone else would think she transported herself there.

A burst of electrical energy erupted from her body in an orb causing JoJo to move noticeably slower than before, but her arm was already cocked back and ready to perform what looked like a devastating haymaker super charged with electricity. “Your face is open from the chin down!” Joann shouted taking the swing.

Yukari was surprised that Jojo managed to clear the distance so quickly. From what she heard, there was a surge of electricity and then and very sharp dash. Not quite teleportation, more like flash stepping. Jojo was fast. But speed wouldn't help her here. Hearing the punch incoming Yukari readied herself, raising her hands just in time to get slugged on her arms. Were it not for her gauntlets absorbing the static energy Yukari would've been in a very bad spot.

”My turn!”
When Jojo’s fist contacted her arms, Yukari’s rubber limbs quickly curled around her arms, followed by the rest of her body. Without even taking a step Yukari was crawling up Jojo’s limb like some freakish human snake, and was going for her neck.

JoJo reeled back in surprise this was an attack, she didn’t honestly think was possible, although after thinking about it was completely possible and the fact she didn’t think this through was her own fault. Honestly, she couldn’t do a thing about something like this and it showed with her stumbling around wasting time as Yuka was trying to go for her neck forcing JoJo to make what she would call an executive decision. Storing electrical power in her legs, she bent down and like a spring herself took off skyward blasting herself with Yukari towards the roof of the arena, if the force of the lift off wouldn’t peel her off the return trip wouldn’t feel so nice as she was about to take the rubber girl on a wild ride.

Flipping herself mid-air to where she would land on her feet on the roof gave the girl another chance to shoot her body in another direction, so much movement taking place this second jump was stronger by a large margin. “Don’t throw up on me now,” she said as their bodied shot from one side of the arena to the other from left to right then up and down the force and speed of the propulsion only increasing in power until finally the two of them found themselves upside down once again. “This is going to cause some kind of damage.” JoJo admitted aiming herself straight down and with all the momentum she carried and attempted to body slam herself and Yukari on the mat. If Yukari somehow withstood the g-force of the leaps and escaped only one of them was going to the emergency room after the fight, JoJo herself was a durable girl and would probably still be able to fight with a broken/dislocated arm or fractured something.

”This… Is nothing!”

Having been born and raised in a circus, Yukari was no stranger to being sent airborne, either via catapult or cannon. And while being sent flying from Jojo’s powers was a first, Yukari was still an aerial acrobatic. Yukari tighten her grip onto Jojo and constricted her further, even wrapping her torso around Jojo’s neck. This was for her benefit more than Yukari, because what Yukari was about to do would've snapped Jojo’s neck without cushioning.

The moment before Jojo jumped off the ceiling, Yukari twisted her body backwards, pulling Jojo’s neck and shoulders back. And while Yukari wasn't a heavy girl, 114 pounds wasn't something that could be easily ignored as she pulled her weight to make them both start spinning. Yukari however was able to easily calculate her spin and eventual arrival to the ground, and just five feet before they'd hit the ground Yukari shot her feet out. Her body would absorb the impact of the landing and hopefully prevent Jojo from smearing herself on the ground, though Yukari still had her body tightly around around Jojo’s upper body. In fact she'd feel the force of the landing shake through Yukari’s body and it would cause her to violently shake Jojo. All the while Yukari would keep Jojo suspended off the ground, her body so tightly wrapped around her that if Jojo didn't dislocate a shoulder upon landing, she'd certainly be crushed against the tightly constructed body wrapping around her ribs and putting an immense amount of pressure on her chest.

JoJo hit the ground hard, but thanks to Yukari she didn’t exactly hit the mat running, thankfully JoJo had fallen off entire cliffsides and lived, however, the undeniable fact that she went for a ride herself spinning constantly building up more energy, the more violently she shook and the more she spun around, thanks to the fact Yukari’s body was made of rubber guaranteed that she wouldn’t generate much energy for JoJo to steal, but it was just enough to push her more than over the edge of what she was capable of handling. At least if she fell and hit the ground the resulting shockwave would have expelled all the energy she had built up jumping around like that but thanks to Yuka all that built up kinetic energy was back to being violent potential energy.

Electricity started to fly from her body rapidly curling itself around Yuka and traveling up to get to the steel cage, but being wrapped up in rubber made it so she couldn’t natural disperse it evenly leaving it nowhere to honestly go but to build up more and more. “Unwrap…. too much…. can’t hold it…” JoJo tried to explain the predicament, though it sounded like more of a surrender than anything, it all happened so fast she couldn’t stop it as all the power had built up and smashed through the dam. The first thing anyone heard in the gymnasium was a loud ear-splitting scream as Joann was in serious pain and let it all go at once, the second thing to happen was that her hair stood on end, turned bright yellow and her entire body began to glow. Finally, massive pulses of electricity began to erupt from her body in an orb shape covering the entire arena and spread out further till it dissipated.

Her entire body felt like it was on fire now as what one could only describe as actual lightning surges from JoJo’s body up Yuka’s body throughout the cage and dispersing all around it, frying any technology caught in it and blowing out the lights. At the end of it all JoJo lost consciousness and was left hanging there limply.

”Argh!”

Yukari screamed out as Jojo started to unleash a wild amount of electricity. Too much for Yukari to handle, forcing her to drop Jojo. But by that time it was already too late and Jojo was sending high voltages everywhere, and Yukari had no idea how to stop it. Her knowledge of electricity was thin at best; something about how metal conducts electricity better than rubber, and that’s about it. The arena they were in got fried to a crisp as the artificial buildings started to crumble around them. Yukari could hear the constructs falling, so Yukari stretched her body out and protected Jojo as the area around them collapsed.

One notable thing that Yukari didn’t realize at that moment was how numb her body felt; adrenaline was pumping too fast for her to notice but she couldn’t feel anything, and even her other senses were dulled. If Yukari didn’t already have keen senses she would have never realized what was going on. Either way she felt the chunks of the buildings fall around her, slamming into her body. They bounced off her rubber back, but soon the weight was getting too heavy for her. However Yukari wasn’t going to let Jojo get any more hurt than she already was. Yukari owed it to her.

Just as quickly as it started, the alarm went off and the battle was over. The simulated alleyway was destroyed, Jojo was knocked out, and Yukari was barely conscious. While Yukari may have technically won by being the last one awake, she wasn’t in any condition to do much. The best she could do was try to dig herself and Jojo out from the rubble. Punching her way out from the cement blocks Yukari managed to get Jojo to the surface, where she then proceeded to collapse from exhaustion. She at least made sure Jojo was resting against Yukari’s chest, so that she wasn’t too uncomfortable when she wakes up.

JoJo

After a few more students arrived Arsenal started talking about safety procedures in the syllabus. Yukari listened intently and made many mental notes she’ll have to try and remember. But they were fairly basic, common sense stuff. She just hoped that they had an audio version of a disclaimer so Yukari could use them. Eventually, Arsenal asked everyone to follow him to the gymnasium. Slowly getting out of her seat Yukari tried to shuffle along with everyone. She was trying to be more careful this time so she didn’t end up tripping over anything, however, because she was going so slow the rest of the class was going ahead of her. Yukari didn’t want to be a burden and asked them to slow down for her though, so she tried to pick up the pace as she tapped her cane against the floor ahead of her. (Done)

Class was in session and as expected JoJo was dead to the world sleep only having enough cognitive functions to barely make out what Arsenal was saying, about what was apparently an EMP grenade and the rest of the syllabus which was all basic things one would expect a teacher to have included the one about using the equipment. Though all this information was being deposited into her memory it was all sure to be forgotten in a matter of minutes so she made a mental note for herself to have someone just spell it out to her or just read the blasted thing herself on her own time. JoJo shuffled around in her seat being that it wasn’t the most comfortable thing on the planet nudging her awake just in time for the teacher to instruct everyone to follow him to the gym, sucking on her teeth the girl got out from her chair and stretched out; just as she was about to join the herd she happened to notice the blind girl that sat on her lap and right after felt her up struggling to keep up. Without much hesitation, JoJo walked calmly over to her and grabbed her hand and began to walk with her.

“Let me lead you there,” she said with a yawn.

”Ah! O-okay?”

Yukari was surprised when someone grabbed her hand and lead her towards the gymnasium. From the sound of the voice, it was the same girl she had accidentally landed on. This only made Yukari more embarrassed than before; first she accidentally fell and groped her, now she needed the same girl to get her to class! Yukari doesn’t even know her name, and was a bit too awkward to try and ask. She just followed the girl, keeping up with her pace. ”Um… Thank you. I don’t think I know your name. I’m Yukari Yozakura. My I have your name?”

Joann chuckled at her shyness, she’d prefer it if people were clear and direct when they spoke to avoid confusion, but on Yukari it was kind of…. Cute. JoJo walked with her around the hallway getting in front of the other students, another strange thing was to see her trying to get somewhere; the fact she was guiding someone somewhere put a little more fire in her step and actually getting some hands on training the first day gave her some extra energy off principle. JoJo was afraid that in her own haste she would loose or injure Yukari and that would make more trouble for her so to add extra stability she slowed down and intertwined her fingers with the girls

”Joann Joruto, but that's too long and a little bit of a hassle to say so just call me JoJo.”

“We’re almost there actually.” She said using her free hand and with a little more force than what was necessary opened the door to the point it flung completely open hitting the wall with a loud thud. “Oh bother.”

Blushing harder as the girl, Jojo, wrapped her fingers around Yukari’s own, she flinched when she heard the loud bang of the door hitting the wall. ”Whoa! Jojo, you should be more careful.” Yukari said with more confidence in her voice. While she was thankful for Jojo’s help and understanding, that was still no excuse for bad behavior. Being late or skipping class, forcefully throwing open doors, that sort of thing was just going to cause more trouble than it was worth. Someone could’ve gotten hurt, even though no one did this time.

Inside the gym Yukari could hear everyone milling about, many of them impressed with what they saw. Yukari of course couldn’t see anything, though she really did want to use some gadgets. Slipping out of Jojo’s grasp Yukari tried to find something she could use, or at least hear about. She had to guess what second she was at from the chatter around her, and hopefully, she’d find something useful. Or at least something she doesn’t need to read about.

JoJo looked down at her hand that was pulsating with extra electricity probably generated from all the extra movement which in turn lead to a massive increase in her basic strength. The only way to discharge the electrical energy was to use, which she was in the correct place to do just that while in one was perfect, however, in another way, it was troublesome being that now she was at five percent of her maximum, more than enough to break just about everything that isn’t reinforced.

“Sorry, quirk makes it difficult to be too gentle, it’s a bother I know. ” she admitted letting Yukari slip from her hand so that she could find somewhere to get rid of her added energy, but didn’t get far before noticing the girl was having a hard time walking around the crowd and being blind it must have made it exceptionally hard for her to learn about stuff. “Oh bother.” She thought returning the pink haired girl grabbing the headphones and wrapping them around her head and pressing play for the description to start. “This should help, and I’ll try to be… Gentle.” She reassured the girl, “I’m going to step off for a second to discharge some power.”

“Did she just feel me up?” she thought the girls grabbing hands squeezing on her rump, the action itself would have caused an involuntary action to violence, but being that Yukari was a female as well she couldn’t be bothered to work up the effort to be mad; plus, it’s not like the girl made her uncomfortable being there. Though she did blush bright red when the blind girl continued before noticing she wasn’t sitting on a seat and began to apologize repeatedly causing a little bit of a scene. In her efforts to say how sorry she was the girl stumbled over her words that most people could have taken as flirtatious in fact there wasn’t much of a way to take it but this stunning realization wouldn’t hit Joann’s stun locked brain for a while. “Don’t worry about it, you’re not a boy so its fine, although thank you for the compliment, I didn’t know my lap felt luxurious” Joann joked running her hand down her skirt to straighten it out by then the actual teacher of the class had walked into and started class.

“Oh bother” she said under her breath sucking her teeth at the irritation her hat was gone, now she couldn’t put it over her head to sleep. Joann stretched out her legs and crossed her feet closing her eyes attempting to catch some type of dream to make class go by faster. However, she didn’t a good chance at sleeping with the sporadic students jumping at the chance to answer the question of what type of grenade he was holding up.

Joann relaxed in her chair a little more now looking up at the ceiling, the constant chatter in the classroom melded together in some form of an incomprehensible mess but eventually, she was able to block it out. With no real teacher, it left the class completely free to do whatever they wanted to do, including leave which was something she was starting to seriously consider. After all, with no teacher nothing was being taught rendering the class a pointless waste of energy, when she could be in her room right now painting her new project after spending all night trying to decide what the color scheme would be to paint it. Another girl seemed to be coming her way with a cane, she figured she needed to assist to walk, but her legs seemed alright for the most part, the thought didn’t even occur to her that the girl was indeed blind until she tripped over her backpack and fell right into her lap.

Joann moved her hand upward unconsciously to fix a hat that would have been crooked by now had it been on her head, causing a disgruntled groan to leak from her lips, then her hand went down to fix the shades she normally would wear if they were on her face to which it slipped her mind she lost them two days ago causing another groan of irritation. The backpack thing was completely her fault, so she had no right to complain about it, after moving it from its original place and throwing it under her desk she grabbed the girls cane that fell on the floor.

“Don’t worry about it” she said plainly lifting the cane up to the girl “Be lucky you fell on another girl” Joann joked and then speak of the devil a loud male showed up.

“Oh bother,” she said in response to his claim of what he called the main character chair.

JoJo

The walk from her living quarters to the actual school was uneventful not that she was complaining much, in fact the less things bothered her the better. Joann wasn’t exactly in the best of moods today because she had lost her favorite hat yesterday in a fight and was still pretty upset over it even though she won that scrap. Backpack hanging loosely from her leg, shoulder while her right arm lazily swung from side to side as she walked in her trademarked lean, barely paying too much attention to what was in front of her. Eyes half open just enough to recognize the fact it was the day time and the direction of her elective class ‘hero gear’ which was the only thing she could take that didn’t sound like too much of a pain like culinary arts, the fact she couldn’t actually cook had a lot to do with her decision, the thought brought a little grin to her face accompanied by a bead of sweat dripping down the side of her face.

Her cooking skills aside, she had to wonder what type of gaiety they were going to make in class, was it something that worked with their quirks or just some nonsense for them to get the feel of the process. After all, it was the first day and the first day of school tends to be nothing more than babies first whatever, honestly the more she thought about it the less she wanted to actually attend. The thought crossed her mind to just cut class and go right back to her project in her room, but she wasn’t actually going to act on it after all she’s only here because of her mother’s example and sacrifice.

It took a little bit, but eventually, she made it to her classroom of hero gear, she was exceptionally late, but that didn’t stop her from casually strolling in without much of a care. “Sorry, getting out of bed was harder today, lack of sleep and whatnot” she explained with a yawn, which wasn’t exactly a lie being that she’d been working on a mega size Gunpla for the past few days but anyone who knew her could accurately assume the cause was just general laziness. Joann claimed the seat right next to the door to minimize her time spent in class once the bell rang, dropped her backpack beside her and leaned back far in the chair, even with her odd sitting she could clearly see the teacher and everything on the board.

Name: Monika Mozaki (Momo)
Gender: Girl
Age: 16
Height: 6'
Weight: 170lbs

Personality:

Because of Miona's upbringing and forced training before being set free by CPS she is by nature a very shrewd, cold calculating girl whose talent to turn off her emotional inhibitor at will can make her a dangerous person. Although she wants very badly to escape from her past and become something that prevents others from being ripped away from their childhood like she was, old habits die hard as she is naturally mistrusting of other especially adults. Momo was taught many different fighting styles but her father beat in the lessons of the knight although, the seven virtues of the knight code were never mentioned in any lesson turning the girl into a mixed fighter who isn't afraid or ashamed to low blow. Mona is in complete control of her emotions and doesn’t let them get in the way of her decision making, because of this she has a very hard time showing or even feeling empathy like a regular human being, but she can express it in different ways.

Background:

Monika was raised by her single father a well-respected hero in the public eye and much loved by the masses, although this isn’t the side he showed his only child. He was obsessed with the game of cat and mouse he played with the villains, they would cause trouble, he would stop them and, in the process, gain credibility a man with an overly ubermensch personality with the quirk to match it. When his daughter was born, he thought he would have someone to share this ‘high’ with but soon discovered her quirk was nothing like his own and stemmed from her mother’s side of the family more specific her grandmother. Her father couldn’t bear the thought of having someone else in the family that would eventually leave him because of his views on the act of hero’ing so he sought to curve her personality early on and at the same time turn that useless quirk of hers into something that would really get the blood flowing so to speak. Over the never few years villains mysteriously started going missing all around Japan, at first no one cared but when they start disappearing from prison is when the public opinion shifted to a state of emergency.

He had begun abducting these lower ranks to pro level villains and training his daughter Monika to fight them, granted, there was a safety net in the sense he wouldn’t let her get killed but everything else was fair game. Once she had proven herself with one villain he would move her up to another level and so on and so forth. Momo’s days, weeks and years were filled with constant fighting added on to her usual training, she learned to strategize on the spot, pick out and exploit weak points and adapt to the situation as it unraveled; most notably the most import thing she picked up was the ability to turn off her emotions for better clarity, after that it just became reflex with ever the girl got into a fight. Monika didn’t share her father’s love of the chase at all but he succeeded in creating a hunter, it's because of her unstable home life that she doesn’t see a real difference between heroes and villains. Little did her father know that the police had been investigating these disappearances for quite some time and were about to make a breakthrough in the form of a warrant to search the family home.

If it weren’t for the fact Moniki was mid-practice these atrocities would have continued, but thankfully they were stopped while she was still young, at the age of thirteen Moniki was taken away from her father, the captives were free, and her father sent to prison with the very villains he kidnapped. Now all there was left was who was going to take care of the little girl, her mother had passed away some time ago, and her family wanted nothing to do with that man’s child. It was one of the investigators who stepped up and willingly adopted the child into her home, giving the child a chance at the real life and the opportunity to see what being a real hero looks like, this served as her fire that would guide her to the hero academy to become a real hero like her foster mother and saving children just like her even if it meant re-learning everything she was taught in her father’s basement.

Quirk:

Lynch’s quirk is an Emitter, the main focus being where her body takes in water consumed and removes the impurities so that she can use it as a weapon or utility. Her quirk only allows her to use Ultrapure water and can only produce two hundred and fifty gallons in various forms, if she uses that much in one sitting without taking a break to drink fluids she’ll die from dehydration. Because of this fact She has had to learn to do as much as she can while using a little as possible being that she cannot use any other source of water unless it is UPW. Lynch has taught herself how to control UPW in the form of liquid to its utmost degree, because of the law of conservation of mass she can continue to control the state of her UPW without using more however, the water loses purity over time if it becomes too impure she is unable to use it at all. In terms of constructs, she can create just about anything simple such as bats or swords the most complex thing she’s created in terms of tools is a bow and arrow, Lynch can harden/sharpen these tools to match their real-life counterpart but they all share the weaknesses of being a liquid.

The human body is made up of water, so Lynch can control her own blood flow by manipulating the water contained within it giving her the ability to alter her blood pressure to an intense degree triggering a massive amount of adrenaline allowing her to enhance her own strength and speed via increased oxygen and nutrient transferral; if done too much she runs the risk of stopping her heart completely or giving herself a heart attack so this is only using in extream cases and only once a day. Lastly, when humans sweat mostly water is released mixed in with ammonia when she sweats the UPW creates a bubble around the ammonia and floats off her body the ammonia trapped inside undergoes a chain reaction mixing with the salts and sugars of her body and creates a pink sludge, because this contaminates the UPW very quickly she has about ten seconds to use it, once popped the sludge splatters over that area making it extremely slippery where the untrained can easily lose balance.

Biology:

Momo’s body like all humans is composed of mostly of water, but because of her quirk the water, she is composed of is pure water which is normally toxic to humans. She must consume water to replenish her pure water reserves with takes anywhere between five minutes to fifteen minutes, depending on the type of water she drinks. Because the water needs to be sure to use the way her biology works is that it’ll strip the water from any liquid she consumes and use the leftovers for things such a protein and potassium, it will de-carbonate soda and separate the ‘dirty’ water from the rest of the flavorings to put said water in the purification process. Liquid aside, she does need to eat actual food for other vitamins and minerals as on average 80% of the water humans’ intake comes from beverages, and the other 20% comes from food.

Time limits on usability:

Liquid: twenty minutes
Bubble: ten seconds

Limitations:

Shares all the same weaknesses of regular water except electricity
Cannot use regular water
Contaminates such as oil

Talents:

As mentioned before Monika can turn off her emotion inhibitor.
Momo is proficient in multiple forms of combat being hand to hand and close-ranged weaponry. Because of her proficiency in hand to hand she has adopted a very unorthodox fighting style.

Name: Joann Joruto
Hero Name: JoJo
Gender: Girl
Age: 14
Height: 5’ 7”
Weight: 140lbs
Quirk Type: Mutant

Personality:

Joann at base is an aloof space cadet who always seems completely disinterested with the coming and goings of the world around her, this forms a natural barrier that repels would be friends away who mistake her personality as mean when in fact she’s just stuck in her own little world. Fleeting attention span and very easily bored that will more often than not lead her into giving up on something way through an objective; this being said she loves to be challenged physically and mentally but if she finds the challenge isn’t worth the time she’ll gladly take a failing grade over wasting the energy to make an easy A. Progression with her is done in massive bursts of flame that fades away after a while rather than a constant burning fire though it becomes sort of a raging inferno if the challenge pushes her to that point. If she feels challenged Joann can be an irritating little ball of spitfire, where the sheer annoyance of the amount of effort she is willing to give is enough to overwhelm some people.

It should be noted Joann is a stubborn individual once her mind is made up and is set on something, always ready to dig those heels in the dirt and never budge on a subject. If one actually takes the time to get to know her she’ll soon understand she’s a straight forward individual almost to the point of offensively insulting a person, she doesn’t like secrets because “That’s a whole lot of work for no payoff I’ll let you know up front”. Joann is quick to let someone know where they stand if it gets to be that much of an issue mainly because complicated things annoy her to no end so in her mind it's always just best to go for a solution that’ll alleviate the irritation. Because of her straight forward mindset, Joann hasn’t developed much of an imagination and this shows in the way she uses her quirk.

Background:

Jann was born in a single house atop a mountain overlooking a massive landscape where thunderstorms happened nearly all year. It is unclear where exactly her mother was because she disappeared not long after his initial birth, leaving her father Illrok to take care of her alone. Illrok was quite eccentric, that or just plain crazy every so often he would yell “Training time!” And jump out of some shadow he was hiding and attack his daughter not with deadly force but still full contact. As such Joann learned to defend herself at a very early age picking up kick boxing as her main form of attack while adopting her father’s Neijing kung-fu, a fighting style used to attack the pressure points of the human body.

One-day Joann decided to get back at her father and surprise him for once in his room, finding herself in his closet is where she stumbled upon her mother’s journal, up till now the only thing she knew about her mother was that she apparently died after childbirth but this diary told a much different story. Janna Joruto before meeting her father was a professional who retired after getting married and having a child, Joann never finished reading before her father caught her and explained what really happened. Apparently, Janna never actually retired just changed her look and name in secret to avoid getting her family mixed up in her business being that Illrok is quirkless and it looked like her daughter was going to be as well she didn’t want to media to eat them alive with troubles. Under her new identity, no one knew who to inform when she was killed in battle, Illrok himself had to find out on the news while taking care of an infant Joann; unable to maintain the bills needed for his home he moves himself and his child to the wilderness.

Over the years Joann trained with her mother’s quirk learning the power held within the storm and incorporating the quirk into her hand to hand fighting style. She left home and applied to Komei Academy to bring some form of honor to her mother’s name.

Quirk:

At first, thought to be like her mothers which was plasma generation her quirk is actually classified as Electrokinetic generation which a form of Electricity Manipulation done by motion. Because this Quirk is charged based on any movement it is always active so Joann must take careful consideration when interacting with people on the day to day bases. In combat, her ability to pass electricity through her body to sporadically imitate the power and speed of lightning this more than doubles her attacking power and reflexes. It can also be used for her to run faster and jump higher by proxy, lastly, if she uses static cling strong enough on her feet she can run along walls with ease. This downside to doing this too much can fry her muscles rendering her paralyzed completely for a short period of time. If enough energy is charged up Joann can perform a short-ranged bling that transports her a short distance in any given direction like a blink ability, with the sacrifice of a good portion discharge of her stored electricity. Lastly, she can steal electro kinetic energy from other sources such as raw lightning or man-made electricity but only through physical contact.

Talents: Although it seems completely out of character Joann loves anime Gundam especially, which was the catalyst for her obsession with gunpla building to which she is a gifted builder and modeler. Her vast collection of gunpla models has lead to a deadly precision in her fighting. Although this isn’t a real talent, Joann’s laziness is something to behold that has leaked into her everyday life even her walking patterns; She walks with a lean one hand on her hip and one swaying from one side to the other, a natural strut which will lead to her sub consciously posing.
