Current Think I'm gonna finally get to RPing here. Don't know if I'm gonna commit, don't know where to start, and don't know what I'm gonna do, but I'm gonna do it.

I've had Johnny Cash on my mind all day. Can't get "When the Man Comes Around" out of my head. Tempted to let it influence some writing or make it a character's "theme"

I'm a bit scattered brained lately, so if I need to respond to a roleplay response, just remind me, I could've forgotten.

Finally done with the college semester, so I decided to treat myself to a expensive burger and a walk on the beach

Finally got Kokotha thread up. It's gonna be awkward in the first day of moving it here.

Bio

Hello, I am Patches

I roleplay as a hobby, as well as designing OCs to be used in various types of roleplays. No matter the setting, I believe I have one just for the situation.

You're right... Wingate said, inspecting the sword. The edge had a slight blue tinge to it... Typical of something made of Voidstone. But to test it, Wingate held her right hand to the side and created a small orb of light. Then with her left hand, she gently touched the edge of the blade. In that instant, the orb in her hand began to flicker and soon, faded. Well, seeing as I'm having difficulties using magic when touching it, it's safe to say that it's voidstone. Wingate said, taking her hand away.

Looking to Ash, the teacher smiled I believe we have. The tomb of a non-caster who possibly fought with the Silent King. If this is in fact the same Silent King as the one who leads the Children today, this is the first historical mention of the Children to date. Clasping her hands together, the woman was practically glowing with excitement. We're making history today, girls~

HK

i swear I go outside when the moment calls for it. There is still the matter of groceries and buying stuff for my apartment. She said with a bit of a huff. But, she knew it was all in jest, taking no offense to Trish's comment. I'd get out everyday... If I got paid for it.

HK was always a good option for hugs, with her soft body and slightly higher than average body heat, she was perfect for it. Giving Trish a pat on the back as she hugged, she tapped her chin, pondering the request. She didn't like bitter drinks like coffee, having hers with loads of sugar or getting a sweeter drink like a frappucino.

But uh, anyways, I was just going down to the clothes store to get a new bra. But, since nothing is on my schedule, I'd love to join you. She said with a grin, her fangs visible. Frappucino it was!
I'm back after a hella long day at work.
I'll post tonight, feeling exhausted
@RumikoOhara
Trish's fascination with the internet was well timed. As the temptress would wander the entertainment district, she would hear a voice calling to her. A rather excited, peppy voice, Ah! Miss Trish! There, running up to meet her, was the bashful demon known as HK around the district. Noticeable by her rather plump body and her deep orange skin tone. While bashful and introverted by nature, at least when she was face to face with someone, she found herself much more active around those she knew or had met before.

The demon was a streamer by profession. She did not have such a thing when she was mortal. She didn't even have it when she first arrived in the Underworld. But, she had quickly become accustomed to it once it was implemented. Rather than a purveyor of the flesh and other carnal pleasures, HK was for entertainment of a more family friendly variety. Whether it be video games played for a live audience or (recently) live streamed cooking, HK had found her profession with the internet. Both entertainment for her and others.

Catching her breath, just a tiny bit winded from the dash over to Trish, the young demon greeted the temptress, rubbing the back of her head. Uh... Heh... Sorry for catching you be surprise. Are you busy? She asked, trying to not make the meeting seem weirder. Didn't expect to see a familiar face on my walk, that's all.
@Nashie@Ember Storm
You would like to know, wouldn't you? She said, chuckling I have no reason to tell you anything. I have failed here, it's either die by your hand or die by the Queen's. I choose to withheld information, best I die with my honor and loyalty intact.

As Galette bluffed, Yoshimi however, went through the files, reading them. Detailed processes of just what the making of an artificial amalgamate was. Injection of certain magic components, exposure to magic boosting properties to unstable levels... Yoshimi's eyes widened. They're... Turning people into Amalgamates through scientific means, but at the same time they're planning on keeping the person human. "The mind and sanity of a caster, but the power and capabilities of an Amalgamate. With neither of the weaknesses."

Gripping at the floor, Galette was silent, behind her mask, she was seething in anger.

Guys... The Old Path was a cover up for their operations. They wanted the Old Path to get flak and be the center of attention. So they could take the blame instead.

So that the rest of the factions in Kokotha could could weaken themselves fighting against "Gotthard's Path" Galette said, speaking up.

Gregor

@MercuryNH
Gregor, now sprinting, looked at a device to the side of the door. A magic based key system... Just the right size for the keycard from earlier. There is a handle, dear! Gregor said, slightly sarcastic, but at the same time this wasn't quite the time for jokes. I just wanted to come here to gain undeserved profit! Why am I getting myself wrapped up in this mess?! Holy shit!
@Ember Storm
We fought an elite, sure, but can we take on 2 or 3 at once? What about a whole squad of them? They'll tear this place up if they have to! Gregor said, now standing at the doorway Mercury had broken down, pistol in hand. Hurry and work those fast hands, Kid! The Children travel through Yim, they could be here any moment.

Through Yim...

I think I got an escape route. Can't say the same for the others, but they should be safe! Just cover me because I've never done this under stress!
Io

Io narrowed her eye as the rest of the Daybreakers made their way to the center. A effeminate man, an old man, a average looking woman, and a vibrantly dress young girl. Appearances didn't matter too much. She had varying opinions on all of them but for now she had to take what she could get.

Observe them

That's what she would do. Keep an eye on them and see which of them is suited for her future in this world.

@Mogwar
What information is there to amplify? We go there, kill the Tyrant, and then we go. Save whatever survivors there are. Io said, casting a glance at him. Her voice, a contrast to her bossy and angry demeanor, did have a bit of a childish nasally pitch to it. Not too noticeable, unless someone listened close. There is little else to know, for now we need to save discussion for the battlefield, unless we want to waste more time.

@CyanideSweetie
This one bothered her. Too upbeat. Acted like a child. Still, optimism did have its place in the battlefield. Io spoke up to her in response, ignoring her question with a criticism. Optimism is good for morale. But it's distracting and could compromise the mission. Hope you understand this.

@Eleos@Flamelord
The woman was right... This could very well turn into a rescue mission. If they took even longer, it could be a clean up job as well. I'll be going then. If any of you want to follow behind, you're more than welcome. With that, Io began heading for the entrance to the surface. Tempermental, headstrong, and impatient. The makings of a fearsome Daybreaker.
At the Wonder Woman movie, starts in like 5 minutes
I'll tell y'all how it goes

@RumikoOhara
Not really I just have trouble approaching everyone in a new group
No, that is the thing... The runes do not mention the Children. They only mention "the Silent King." As some ruler that our hero opposed. She said, shaking her head. I will have to research further into this when I get back home, this is quite the discovery. She said as she moved over to Lucy's wall, reading the runes. From the looks of it, there were more stuff about his life, but one thing peaked her interest. He wasn't a Caster. She said, pointing to one of the words, This text right here describes him as a "Greyblood" Isz. The Isz word for a non-caster... Interesting.
"Crazy" characters
I like the concept of mental illness being a character trait. Hell, I've had characters who suffer from some form of illness. What I hate is when someone has a "Crazy" character and thinks that Crazy=LOL Randumb, schizophrenia=psychopath/The Joker, or some other Hot Topic thing. I find it insulting to people who actually have mental illness.
Update:
Because of personal stress, admission into Kokotha will be closed until the current event is over.
