All in a Day's Work: A Superhero RP

Personality: cool, calm even under gun point (because he has a grenade under the table), patient, and when he sets a price you're not getting it for any cheeper.
Skills: Very good marksman, businessman, and he's got the mind of a genius.
Abilities: He can rearrange matter at the subatomic level, however it's a very slow process and requires that he's in a meditative state (it approximately takes about twenty seconds to do a cubic inch right now). During this is completely unaware of what's going on around him (aside from whatever materials he's working with) while he's mediating until he comes out or is pulled out. He's also got a much more capable mind them a regular human's, that's closer to a super computer in his capability to run several functions (like rearanging all the atoms inside a very small area).
Equipment: A whole collection of custom job guns ranging from sniper rifles to fully auto hand guns, most of them would be illegal if it was known they exist. He's also got a continuous work in progress power armor which he's dubbed Atapa (Advanced Tactical Assault Power Armor) which is nothing compared to Ironman's power armor but still pretty good and always improving. Although technically not part of his equipment his surburban is more equiviant to a sci-fi light tank than a truck with it being effectively a super armored vehicle with a turret all hidden away looking as though it was just a normal (gun rack filled) truck.
Brief Backstory: As a boy he grew up in poverty and so having to help get food in the mouths of his family he ended up working as a mechanic when not at school. Using online resources he was able to understand a lot more stuff than his science teacher was teaching. When he graduated he went into college and while majoring in business and learned enough science to completely understand what he was doing when he used his power that he initially discovered at the age of 12. He's set up his own private business of creating and selling custom job weapons. His business has attracted the attention of several groups such as ARROW, The United Humanity Front, and Ordo Sientifica as well as several government agencies, as long as nobody ticks him off and people keep buying his weapons he doesn't care all to much.

Lo and behold! Anyways I'm figuring on having him in town on a business visit and inconveniently drives right through some superhuman war zone.

I know, I've looked through some of the earlier apps, I've got a tech based (with a superhuman utility power allowing him to make super badass stuff when combined with physics knowledge), supernatural (necromancer who's got loads of power but could care less about it, and would be perfectly happy a librarian), and although not actually technically a superhuman but genetically modified with badass supernatural sword and armor (which basically laughs at any sort of energy attack aside from kinetic and gravity). Those are just three I've made before elsewhere and turned into fun characters, not to mention the dozen of others I've made.

Mostly I'm wondering what's lacking the most that way I can add something that doesn't have loads of others fairly similar to it.

RWBY: Deep Blue

Name: Evony Starpath
Nickname: Lightning
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Appearance: She has died electric blue short cut hair that's short enough not to become a grabbing hold device. Her eyes are blue, and when she uses her semblance or is angered they start glowing, and occasionally spark. She is six foot and eight inches with long arms allowing her to be very good at using pole-arm weapons.
Personality: Hardcore badass, she's one of those people who exercise each day to make themselves even more fit than just fit. Aside from the super competitiveness she also is fairly sociable and is a fairly easy talker.
Weapon: Thunder, it's default is a long pole axe which has an double sided axe head, the head's capable of converting into a spearhead allowing her the capability to use it as a stabbing and throwing weapon. The whole thing can collapse down into a crossbow which is very much like a wookiee bowcaster which she uses a combination of dust loaded ammo and her semblance to use it for a devastating ranged weapon at the trade off of very limited ammo (typically a dozen bolts) and slow fire rate.
Semblance: Electrokinesis, she also can generate her own electricity as well, however this causes her to get very hungery very quickly.
Strengths: She's very fit and genuinely has an easy time getting along with other people.
Weaknesses: She's highly competitive as well as being potentially over confident considering just how skilled she is.

RWBY: Deep Blue

Name: Hiro Fergourn
Age: 16
Gender: M
Race: Faunus (monkey)
Appearance: His hair is completely white (naturally)  and he has it done into a Mohawk of three rows of spikes that are about three inches tall and half an inch in diamiter at the base. His eyes are interestingly a very dark purple-blue-black color, and his skin is a nearly albino white color. On his face he has a sideburns scything down each side, and a goatee which is actually two with a stripe running down the center between the two. He has two piercings on his nose, one on the cartlage in the center and another on the right, each ear has one in the lobe and the right one has one about two thirds of the way up and his left eyebrow has two close to each other on the far left. He has a tattoo of an open wound his left arm just below the shoulder, right below his shoulder blade is a silhouette of two monkey Faunas standing back to back in combat stance, the male has a staff while the female has two Sai, the male's eye is like you would imagine an eye with a sharp slant giving a aggressive appearance, while the female's is four pointed wave like throwing star with a black hole in the center.
Personality: He's pretty dark and moody and has a nasty temper as well as being bipolar. His attitude is from after his sister's death, and finally he's somewhat suicidal in a sense that he'll fight against impossible odds without caring whether he lives or not.
Weapons: named Itami, it's a staff, tonfas, and dual semi auto long barreled pistols. He carries them as tonfas but genuinely fights with it as a staff and converts it to tonfas when he doesn't have space, and he bearly uses them as pistols.
Semblance: Kinetic shockwave, basically if he were to punch something or whack somthing with something still in contact with him he could send a shockwave of pure kinetic energy through andsend the object flying away from him (this can be also done in reverse as a launch device). For his semblance to work he must provide an initiating force which is than magnified by his ability so the more force the bigger the affect.
Strengths: He's streetwise and very good at one on one dueling.
Weaknesses: He's easily angered by topics sensitive to him, he also will intentionally force people away from him in the non physical sense.

For something like this to work you'll need to have rules limiting the deities so that they can't stay on the mortalplane for long stretches of time, otherwise they could take over an empire, also iI'm in on this idea.
