Taking out the guards was easy. But getting Baqar to muster enough strength to help Ziton move the bodies took some effort. The boys phobia of the dead was dispelled when he was told that they were only sleeping. A branch with dozens of hanging leaves was used to cover the indentions put into the ground by the armored guards. Their bodies were clad in polished metals and reflected the sunlight.

But away they were taken behind several trash barrels east of the entrance they were guarding. The hand of Ziton smoothed over the entryway wall. His eyes looked over the curve of the tunneled entrance. It led directly down but in a slant to allow one to walk. Ziton looked down to Baqar who was nearly shivering from the cold winds that bellowed out over them.

“Come.” Said Ziton and he began to walk forward. He did not look back even as Baqar did not budge. He soon began to be enveloped by the dark and Baqar then began running to catch up and kicking up dirt as he did. “Wait!” He shouted before grasping the very last bit of garment of Ziton’s overcoat before it too was consumed by black.

Ziton turned and his glowing yellow and red eyes looked down at Baqar, but nothing more could be seen. “Don’t fear the dark. But what’s in it.” He kept walking and Baqar held onto his coat as they both began to delve deeper into the tunnel.

An echo of droplets of water met their ears. The smell of earth and water along with dampened stone floors led to this location. Ziton stared from above with a bit of a assured smile on his face while Baqar was visibly in awe. He hadn’t let go of Ziton’s coat yet and looked around at all of the surrounding structure. Entry ways with bars on them scattered all around and at the center a medium sized building.

It was all empty it seemed at first. Ziton began to walk along the path that led west and down a flight of stairs that curved in a spiral to one of the few bridges that led to the center enigma. But as Ziton made his first step on the bridge the sound of moans and groans could be heard. This was accompanied by the shouting of angry voices and hands coming out from between the bars waving frantically. Their loud unified rambling was incoherent and made the young Baqar very uneasy.

This took Ziton a moment to process. But as he firmed his second foot on the bridge he felt at ease once more. “Prisoners…” He mentioned taking a pause to point them out to Baqar. “Likely ones too dangerous to keep in regular cells. This is hell.” He scanned the constant flames on his destinations décor and observed the skulls that were edged into its stone surface. “There’s what I’m looking for.. in th-“ He was cut off by a loud shrieking roar from below. The lava that flowed under Baqar and Ziton gave way to the form of a black serpent with legs that gripped the walls to slither up.

Ziton pushed Baqar back to the staircase and stood his ground as the creature crawled up the wall, hot lava dripping from its body. It shook and sparks of hot rock went flying around. Ziton placed up his overcoat to deflect the sparks that flew his way while Baqar his behind the staircase wall. "Stay down Baqar. When you see an opening try to get that door open.." Ziton mentioned this without turning back and as he did so he was spotted by the beast.

It snarled with a loud shriek and began to crawl across the wall to get closer to Ziton. He watched it briefly before leaping down off the bridge. He grabbed the bars of a cell and was dangling above the lava. He looked back to see the dragon continue its pursuit and grinned. Baqar was overlooked as he hid. Ziton then turned and noticed the form of whom was in the cell. A being with tattered clothes and withering flesh.

The slow rise to observe the man hanging against his prison cell presumed a slow weak body and a harmless mind. Charging forward abruptly turned this on its head. Ziton was forced to leap once again and dangled from another cell, looking up at the arms that reached for him that were clawing at the walls. "Alright... to hell with this..." pulling from his holster was his projectile weapon, an advanced weapon like few others. He pulled the trigger after aiming at the wall across from him.

The massive dragon that slithered like a serpent came rushing down to Ziton. But as it reached him Ziton was gone and was where he was aiming, only now he was on a ledge that looked over the many cells. The reptile searched before a spark like an explosive went off against it's hide. The beast seemed seldom affected and turned menacingly to Ziton who fired the shot and began to pursue again.

As this happened Baqar walked along the bridge with a light jog. He reached the door and looked up at it's skull decorations with fear in his eyes. The door would not budge. "It won't open!" Cried Baqar. Which gained the attention of the serpent. Ziton noticed the creature begin to change course and fired several shots that pelted the beast until it resumed chasing Ziton. "You stay on me... I'll get that door open. Just a sec.."

Screams and yells could be heard all around as the prison inmates watched with maddening glee.

"I suppose we have Maria to thank. Though I do appreciate your decision to honor your code till the end." Spoke the King of Vrondi to Zargoth. He had a drink lifted from a table float to his person. "We will be starting the more serious discussions in a bit. Please do join us when we do begin. The usual formality is that only kings or queens can speak. But I believe we will need some insight from ones older than us." He drank from the cup after grabbing it with his left hands fingers. "I certainly hope we can combine forces to end this all swiftly... have you been at all affected by these recent troubles?" Vrondi asks Zargoth as the banquet continued.

Within the streets of Vrondi a parade walked through the district's main streets. Many within the parade wore colorful decorations made from feathers and scales. A woman decorated head to toe led a portion of the parade with many others dressed like her. They eventually arrived at the center of the shops and many remained.

Some performed dancing, displays of spells for fanciful visual effects and more for the fun of being in Vrondi. The number of colorful people grew within the crowd. A few took notice of the arrival of a few prominent individuals.
A few crowded around a man who stood alone in the center as he attempted to calm down a few people in the crowd. "Apologies but I am due at the banquet." But his attempts to move beyond the crowd was hindered by more people.

Many whispers told of the man being a crescent moon knight. A member of a small unnoticed faction within twilight town. They fight for both Vrondi and Nero when necessary. He was alone but had a Large spear on his back. "Please I have to go." He pleaded. Though standing around seven feet he was unable to wade through.

Outside Vrondi Capital

A few Vrondi guards began to patrol the outer village homes and farms. While there they began asking them if they had any volunteers to help setup a barrier. Two approached from a few meters away and observed the two descended behind a tree. One noticed Rhagar speaking to civilians and approached him.

"You there." He said to gain his attention. As he spoke to Rhagar about volunteering for the fence. While this happened the other guard approached Promitheus and Elise. "Excuse me." He looked a bit suspicious of them being behind the tree.

@Demonic Angel

Sounds like it may be a fun brain teaser. I'm assuming a decent amount of strategy and luck will be involved?
Nero Capital

The darkened halls of the inner corridors narrowed down deeper into the castles carved innards. The hanging webs threatened to drop with any sudden movement as the two figures delved a bit deeper. The Nero royal who had walked off with the guard was coming down to a room now. It was stone that made the dark halls appear ridged, especially the unevenly stone brick floors. It was not long until the door the man seemed to want to enter was reached. He fumbled a bit at the knob before twisting to open it. The wary eyes of the Nero guard peered down at the man. His shoulders tensed at this. Soon he was creaking open the door and allowed it to open wide. He blinked into the darkness and his eyes were capable of sight and presumably this was the case for the guard.

“If you are able to see anything to drink before me let me know.” He said with a sly smile and walked into the dark room. He began to look around for crates and lift open their lids. “Sorry this may take a while..” He went about like this for ten minutes or so before lifting up two bottles a wooden crate. “I think these will do. Left by a former king ages ago. Might even be a dragons.” He chuckled to himself mostly. The guard was dedicated to remaining silent and only watching by the doorway. This led to a simple moment of searching and retrieving. “Say wouldn’t it be rude for you to not help me? A royal blooded Nero. Kin to the king himself.” He said while trying to lift the box of filled aged bottles of red liquid.

“I am on order to guard by the king. Nothing more.” The guard spoke candidly. He watched as the royal waved his silk hair back in a huff over what the guard had said. He sighed. “It’s alright then... Sleeth doesn’t trust his kin is all I can gather from this.” He simply walked ahead of the guard with the box in his arms. Away and up the dark corridors they went the guard closing the door behind the two. But as he did so a black cloth wedged itself between the closing door from the inside. Away still they went.

The cloth went up once they were gone and opened the door before falling. The door slowly edged open and the glowing emerald green and crystal blue eyes of a young girl pierced the darkness. Their wide orb shape were cut off by a patient observance, like a hunter in the night. She slowly made her way out of the room and was wearing only a tattered black cloak and sandals. Her black hair was silky and long, some strands dangled over her face in curls and a soft band kept her hair as a ponytail. Her horns were a light blue and were polished. She placed a hood over her head and vanished into the dark corridors.

The banquet went on without an issue. Laughter rang from every direction. Pleasant exchanges, the purchase of the seraphim children that were huddled together near the center went on. The price of these seraphim began to grow more and more. It had reached the point a sorrowful yellow eyed seraphim girl was being examined for her purity. “May I have a taste?” A question that was met with vehement refusal. “Only the buyer may do as they please.” Mentioned a Therosi who kept these children’s chains in his hands. He gripped the young girls cheeks and pressed them together, then he poked a finger into her mouth and revealed her teeth. He lifted her wings. “She is pure I assure you.” He spoke with an air of annoyance.

It was soon that the bidding for the girl kept on for a few minutes more. Then it was decided. A Nero royal who wore a elegant mask that covered half of his face had made the purchase. Many asked right away. “What will you do with your new buy?” He smiled and looked down at the girl, who nearly shivered at every little thing within her surroundings. The slight tremble beckoned the hand of the man who lowered himself a bit with a bow and brushed a gentle hand over her hair and across her delicate cheek. “Do not be afraid. It is barbaric to misuse such a rare gift. I will have her be by my daughters side for her entire life. Both to be her friend and her servant.” The other royals were wowed by such words. The man grabbed the girls hand and walked away with her into the crowd. The young seraphim hardly being able to walk at first, but as the ground underneath her kept moving as she was being pulled she had no choice but to get into the rhythm of walking.

The next seraphim began being bid on right after. A young male with long blonde hair and red eyes. His wings were faintly glowing and his sleepy expression displayed with the rest of his posture a tired and beaten boy with a chain collar around his neck. He wore only a old one piece garb with holes throughout its surface. As this went on Wasu was taken back by Paon suddenly coming in close as if he was surprised by something. Wasu chuckled. “Careful one might think you saw something…” He looked over to who was walking away from Paon and noticed Piothiet. He sniffed the air a bit but shook his head. “Hm… Say, who was that?” He asked with a smile as best he could given his his sharp jaws.

---------------------------------------------

The knock on a door within the guest room hall announced with an exhausted breathe the arrival of the Nero royal whom was accompanied by the guard. He was met by a swung open door and a hand gripping his collar. Bringing him in and nearly knocking off his balance with the force of the pull. The door closed swiftly and the two guards, one of which recently returned, looked at each other but did nothing else. “I’m glad you miss me but dear do try to be more delicate.” He rubbed his bottom as the box was next to him unbroken. He looked up at Aelithea who stood above him in her high heels and skirt. A look of disdain down at him. “How did it go?” She asked coldly. He raised a brow at her. “Just swell. Beside the guard watching me. I did open the crate she was in however. A thank you is in order.” He rose to his full height and noticed as he matched eyes with her a shift.

His glow of entertained passion fell to a grimace in his eyes. Aelitheas yellow and red eyes only blinked at him slowly. “You have served me well. I do appreciate how useful a Nero royal is. Not too bad to spend the night with either. But you bite entirely too much.” She reached her hand down and with a shallow reach pulled a metallic object from a belt strapped to her inner thigh. It was a projectile weapon that the Nero royal noticed only after a few seconds of peering at it in disbelief. “Y-you can’t be serious.. You cant kill me.” A light chuckle from her light vocal cords rattled from Aelithea’s throat in reply. Its light hearted tone carried to her words. “I won’t kill you. Well it depends on how weak you really are. I hope you can live without me.” She winked and lifted the weapon and spoke a few whispered words. Red symbols glowed on the surface of its barrel.

No sound was made but the small clack of a metallic object grinding against another as Aelithea’s right index finger curled in on the crescent shape of the trigger. The mute blast was visibly a projectile that connected with the mans head. He fell back to the ground with a thud and shadows beneath him fizzled away into the air like a mist. “Hm.. You weren’t fast enough my dear. Good bye forever.” A hand caressed the mans cheek. There was no blood. No matter of cranial innards. He was unharmed it seemed and yet the barrel of Aelithea’s weapon emitted a dark blue mist. The glowing symbols on its barrel faded away along with the mist, evaporating in the room and leaving a slight smell of sulfur.

Aelithea then turned to the door and peered through the keyhole and holstered her weapon back beneath her skirt. She watched the guards behind the door and then made her way to the man who laid on the ground. She pulled him by the legs and knelt down to toss him over her right shoulder. With a lift to her full height she catapulted him to the bed and his body did a bounce before settling with a wobble. She sighed a breathe of relief before cracking her neck and rotating her shoulders. “Time to work.” She grabbed a bottle and began to drink it before walking out of the bedroom. She stumbled a bit as she did so and the guards watched her lean up to the wall. “Heeeeey! My friend has passed out. He’s no fun at all…” She smiled as she let her shoulder sleeve fall to her right arms tricep.

The two guards merely crossed their arms in silence and one shook his head at her. Aelithea’s eyes reflected a little shadowy figure pass the guards from behind without alerting them. She smiled as she awkwardly turned and walked with bottle in hand out of the guest room halls and back to the main banquet. She placed her mask back on as she did so. She then walked over to where a empty table was and sat and sipped the bottle. She mentioned to a few Nayu men. “My date had too much fun. Such a shame.” She huffed, but before she took a sip each time her lips slipped a smile.

Therosi Guest Room

The Therosi sat at the tables dining with their hoods down. Some kept their hoods on as they stood above the others as if guarding the room. It was silent beyond the sound of eating utensils clanging against each other. Most ate rapidly like starving animals, keeping their heads down and eyes on their meals. Soon the door opened and the Therosi man with long white hair entered. He continued to hide his face beneath the hood and his elderly forward bending form. He walked in with two others who had their hoods down as well. “It seems.. We have a few traitors in our midst..” Said the elderly Therosi as the door closed behind him and the two men. They pulled from their waists bludgeoning rods with jagged rock like protrusions going down their sides.

Many of those eating looked up in silence and shock. Those who stood behind them grabbed them from behind and slammed their heads into the table of food. “We Will find which one of you work for the Dolofon… Aion. Whatever else there is.” He merely waved the two behind him forward and they began to systematically grab each one and toss them onto the ground. Stripping them and observing their naked bodies for something. The first to be checked was let go and he hurriedly grabbed his robe and put it back on. He was clearly shaken by the exchange. Soon they came to the middle of the first row of those who wete eating. When grabbing him however a blade was fashioned and came down on the Therosi’s neck. Blood soon painted the table and some of the food prepared and still steaming on the elegant dining table. The other Therosi grabbed this one from behind and threw him to the ground. They began to bludgeon him to keep him from getting up and soon he was bloodied on the ground unable to resist the several Therosi on him.

Before the final blow was struck the elder screamed a “Wait!” and then began to approach the fallen man. “We will question him and soon we will find what we need from here… Inform the others immediately…” The Therosi were soon stepping out of the room but made sure to close it behind them. Two of them with hoods on came to the position of the seated three Therosi who sat at the main banquet table. The two knelt their heads down between the three and whispered. No visible reaction was made from the exchange of words. ”I see… Excuse us we have to take care of a bit of business.” Spoke the center Therosi with golden skin and cold white eyes. He lifted himself up and as he rose so did the other two. They bowed to the royals and walked away.

All seemed well within the banquet… still…

Vrondi Capital/ Castle Banquet Hall

The enigmatic form of the dragon lord approaching the divine aura of the king Vrondi wrought a vision of the ancient times of early descended and ancient dragons that once ruled by fear. This was despite the ongoing show of talent by the fair Sol enchantress who filled the room with an aroma that was sweet and relaxing. She had already made several large bloomed flowers of various colors. Each bloomed along a large vine which escalated higher and higher, the pyramid ceiling able to accommodate this. She stood atop the highest one and sweet smells poured down like a waterfall visible in the form of a bright fuchsia mist.

The Fotians were pleased by the sight of the fair woman. But those who noticed the sight of Vrondi and Zargoth also took notice of his daughter who trailed behind him. They motioned to each other soon garnering the attention of the King. This sparked a debate which ended with his words. “Their forms may have beauty but it is all an illusion and a mockery of our very own god given bodies.” Many Fotian royals nodded in agreement.

Many of the other royalties discussed and watched on as the show went on. It was a pleasant sight to imitate water with the fragranced mist for most. But the sight of the auras of Zargoth, his daughter, and Vrondi’s was soon gathering their glances. Tydra sat in a decorated seat with space between her and the royals who gathered with elite soldiers by her side. In this case Tydra had Ippo and Koralli along with any close kin sitting next or near her. Since she did not have much kin here she was accompanied by two royals who were elder Tearians who served under the former Queen. Their ties were still strong with the elders of a few other kingdoms from older eras and were respected. In this case it was two elder Tearian men. They sat next to Tydra on her left and right.

“What’s with those two?” Whispered the voice of Koralli to Tydra. Ippo, like a hound, snapped at Koralli and gave her a infuriated glare. He made sure to be below the sound of the gentle music. Tydra smiled looking to her brother Adrien. “I’m not entirely sure. But judging by their auras they are likely dragons. But to approach Vrondi… hmm.. What do you think Adrien?” She asked. One of the elder Tearians coughed and gurgled as if he was awaking from a slumber. “D-dragons attacking?” He said blinking his weary eyes and looked around a bit. Koralli and Tydra only held back a giggle while Ippo rolled his eyes.

The royals of Gaia were not too intrigued by the show but the scent did put a smile on their faces. The air was far less harsh and they were inhaling large portions of air, so much so the mist when spreading out gave way a large portion to the Gaia section. Their large wings and bulky sizes made their corner the largest. They even had a young wyvern within their group and other smaller dragons that wiggled and chirped as they were fed and fell victim to the soothing aromas and falling asleep.

The Queen, Allo sat garbed in silks that hid her diamond like scales. With her attention to the two dragons who approached Vrondi the other royals followed suite. “Dragons do make beautiful forms when they want to be like us. Perhaps we should greet those two. Imagine the brood they could bare.” Allo spoke softly and gasped at the ending of the sentence. She was full of glee for the moment and continued on her what ifs with the other royals.

“Indeed.. You’ve seen it first hand.. But many who rule these lands do not see the danger. Some were entirely spared.” His bright eyes were darkened where his pupils lay, as his entire form imitated flesh, yet it pulsates with a miniscule aura of light. His eyes glanced to the Nero corner. He then turned back to Zargoth and then to his daughter with a smile. “Ah it is nice to see you have been growing something so adorable with your time away. It is good to have a family.” Vrondi said this while waving to Yioplya. “Are you having fun?” He asked her looking past Zargoth to her his smile growing.

Vrondi then turned back to Zargoth. “What happens to descended may not matter to you and your kin. I understand the past was not kind to us and made us choose sides to survive. But if you find yourself on our side, you coming here I hope says you are, then aid us.” As he spoke he placed both hands together intertwining fingers and stared into Zargoth’s eyes with a look of friendly determination.

“It’s so great to see you again!” Ziton spoke with the ring of delight in his voice and kissed what glossy polished metal object he held in both hands with loud wet sounds as lips touched its surface. The boy next to him simply stared in confusion and awe. The dragon kin who stood close by with a pipe burning in his mouth watched with a agitated wrinkle in his scaled brows and his eyes nearly shut. A low growl could be heard as well rising in tone even as Ziton’s kissing sounds continued. “CUT THAT OUT!” The dragon kin screamed and Ziton stopped with a grin on his face. “I just cant help but miss my baby. Anyways… Later!” Ziton jumped onto a dragon steed which ran and walked on all fours and appeared fairly obedient. He grabbed Baqar as he did so.

“Where are we headed to now?” Asked Baqar. Ziton’s eyes turned back and their familiar yellow glow met the rays of light giving them some semblance of normalcy. “Underground! That’s where they’re hiding something! I can SEE it!” Ziton continued on down the path of the Vrondi marketplace and began going toward the castle. He turned once he saw guards however and made his way around the elevated structure of the castle. Once there his steed stopped and he overlooked a side entrance of the castle heavily guarded by Vrondi elites. Ziton dismounted and brought Baqar down with him. He knelt down and steered the steed behind a tree. “Only one way in..” He raised his mysterious weapon and grinned.

“You’re not going to kiss it again are you?” Baqar asked as he looked up to at him.

Nero Capital / Castle halls

Lila and Virias were brought to a room within the castle. It was a room which was one of many and it took several flights of stairs to get to by once arriving the Nayu servant simply opened the door and let the two enter. "There is a bed, a change of clothes lays there. There is also a bath in the center. Be careful it can be very warm. If you need anything else I will by near." With that said the Nayu closed the door.

The Aion Gathering

The door to Mirrors room swung open and a icy mist evaporated in the air as it crawled along the floor a few feet from the entrance of the room. Mirror approached with a mist escaping his body as he walked, his ice form seeming a bit unstable. As one would suspect of a Seraphim his wings were angled on his back to not be a burden. He made it to the door where Velai, Lila, and the dragon stood. Lila seemed to be talking with Velai which he found to be a bit odd. His arms crossed as he watched for them before interrupting them.

”Lila. Come with me.” He looked at Virias and rolled his eyes. “You too.”

Lila was lost in her own thoughts as she caressed Virias. Her thirst for blood was already satiated, thanks to Velai’s blood, but her memories still flooded her mind. Paon… Ziton… A fight and a stolen key, which was very important for Velai… Although she had never heard those names before, Velai’s memories were strong and vivid. Lila herself didn’t know exactly why, but she wanted to keep that in secret. Lila found it very… difficult to understand what was in Velai’s memories after drinking her blood. So many emotions... Velai’s blood had a distinct taste when she drank it. But before she could think more about Ziton and Paon, Lila heard Mirror getting out from his room. She could feel the cold mist coming from his direction, it was quite obvious that he was still a bit irritated with what happened.

“Y-yes, Mirror.” Lila replied after hearing his voice. She was a bit surprised that he wanted Virias to come with them, but orders were orders.

“Come, Virias. Mirror is calling us.” Lila whispered to the dragon, getting up after a discreet bow to Velai.

Virias gave a happy chirp towards Lila as she called him to join her and as she walked off so too did he as he followed her. On his way out he turn his neck around to look at Velai and for a brief moment he looked at her before letting out another happy chirp in goodbye.

Velai nodded to Lila and the others as they walked to Mirrors room. It was cold inside and the lights were off so it was dark save for the sunlight coming in. It was the only warmth also. The air one breathed in was frosty. Like even as a sterile mist permeated the room. Mirror had the center of the room cleared. Tables, shelves, and other random room furnishings were piled haphazardly around the room. Mirror placed a hand on the floor and a circle appeared made in the shape of a snowflake. Mirror looked over to Lila and Virias. ”Into the circle, come.”

Virias continued after Lila and Mirror and kept his attention on his new friend. He still didn’t really like the other guy all that much, but that wasn’t a bad thing. He just didn’t know him so well, and of course there is that whole, ‘picking him up’ thing… but all in all he was ok with him, kinda.

Lila was already used to that kind of spell, as Mirror often used it to send her to many places, but for Virias, it would be the first time. She didn’t know how the young dragon would react to that, so she tried her best to calm him down, by maintaining physical contact. She knew that Virias might not trust Mirror the same way she did. Nodding quietly, Lila entered the circle and stood still, waiting for Mirror to activate the enchantment.

Virias entered the circle with Lila and while it was all really, really weird to him he was ok with it if Lila was. So as she kept him close and gave his head a few pats every so often he wasn’t focused so much on the magic in the room.

Once they were all three in the circle standing Mirror activated the enchantment. It flashed with a blurr of cold wind and light before calming around them. Their eyes would quickly dissolve away the blurring layer of cold around their bodies as they would breathe in new, warmer, damper, air. They stood within a room of what seemed like a sizable basement floor. There stood several people, most in servant rags but a few were seraphim with armor and weapons on their person or nearby.

As Virias felt the effects of the spell and found himself in another place he shook his head like a wet dog to try and gather his senses again. Though there wasn’t much of a draw on him, he wasn’t sure if things were going to get worse so he started to shake his grogginess off while he could. But as he started to focus back in he looked around to find both Mirror and Lila. The later of which he noticed was right next to him and in turn he nuzzled her midriff to remind her that he was still here.

“Welcome Mirror. Finally made it, and you brought Lila with her... pet?” A woman asked as she stood, with no armor but her blade was sheathed in her hand and was dazzled with jewels and other designs of high class. She was a seraphim.

Lila didn’t know why they were there or why Mirror had requested, or allowed, Virias’ presence there as well, but she would not question. The room she was in was quite big. There were quite a few people there with them. Some were seraphim, wearing armor, but the majority didn’t wear any armor or other type of protective gear..
Before she could think about anything else, a female seraphim came to greet them, interrupting Lila’s thoughts. She appeared to already know both Mirror and Lila herself. Although she wasn’t wearing any armor, Lila could hear the distinct sound of metal coming from her sheathed weapon.

Without saying a word, Lila greeted the seraphim woman with a discreet bow, and immediately after she turned her face to Mirror in a quick glance, with a very familiar expression on her face.
”Your orders, Mirror. Lila thought to herself, shortly before going back to her usual stance, looking to the ground, but still ready to do anything that Mirror asked her.

While the events of the courtroom unfolded before Virias’ eyes he realized just how out of his element he was and before long he was just focused back in on Lila waiting to see how she’d react to this audience and he’d merely follow suit. Learning about how these fancy places worked along the way.

There were a few Seraphim sitting and standing around the room. The more they looked the more clear it became they were sitting in a storage room. Barrels and cobwebs scattered the edges of the room. Mirror looked displeased by the room. He looked at thearmored seraphim woman.
“Couldn't have chosen a more inconspicuous place myself. Don't worry about Lila's pet. It will prove useful later, trust me I saw what it could do.” Mirror spoke to her with a confident smile across his lips.

“Oooh.. and here I thought you were being nice to her. Letting her have something to care for… for once.” The woman spoke with a sarcastic tone in her voice. Mirror rolled his eyes. “Stop it Joan. Are the preparations ready?” Mirror said. She nodded. “Yes. We are waiting on your go.” Mirror raised his hands up in a stretch. “Good. Wake me up when you locate where the vile is.. Lila go have fun.“ Mirror strolled over to a corner and with a wave of his hand a pile of snow rained down from a portal. He laid on top of this pile and visibly relaxed.

Joan sighed. “Well I suppose our operative can sneak Lila up there. As for her pet I'm not sure.” As she spoke a Nayu servant strolled over in his sleek elegant attire of black. “Young woman. You may come with me.” His eyes were covered with a black cloth. He was clearly blind.

”That’s right… For Mirror and the others, Virias is nothing more than just another tool… Just as me…” Lila thought to herself as she heard the woman.
The reason why she was there was still a mystery to her. Obviously it was some type of mission Mirror wanted her to do, but no information or order was given to her until now.
The only words Mirror had said to her only left her even more confused. What did he mean by ‘go have fun’?

She was indeed worried about what would happen with Virias, especially after what Joan said. But still, she was just a tool, she followed orders, not questioned or objected to them.
A blind Nayu servant called her shortly after.

Before going with him, Lila looked to Virias. She hoped he would be ok. He should know by now that he had to obey Mirror’s orders. Her expression remained immutable as she walked away, but deep within her eyes, a single message could easily be perceived by Virias.

”Please, be safe…” Lila whispered to Virias, before turning her head and following the Nayu servant.

Virias looked up to Lila as she reacted to the situation clearly getting just a tad miffed by it all and that in turn riled him up a tad. He became partially unsettled and started to pace and wiggle a bit as he watched her interact. Though when she started to walk off he paced after her, casually keeping pace until he was told to be safe and the implication was made known. He was to stay behind and let her go do her thing. It sucked majorly, but he couldn’t have stuck to her side like glue for the entire ride. So instead in response to her words he called out, ”Mrarawawara!” A long and droned tone that signalled him missing her.

However, as she was taken away to do her business he started to think more and more and the longer he did the more he thought this was stupid. He could help! So after a few moments without Lila in sight he stood up from his sitting position and started to trot after her with a bit of giddy-up in his step.

The Tearian party aboard their floating vessel went on. The music continued to blare before the Queens high seat. Similar to a stadium she sat alone. Save for her two companions who stood next to her. The Lassa man, Ippokam and the Lassa woman, Koralli.

Their outfits were of the Tearian style.Slender yet equipped with padding of what could only be assumed to be fine materials. If only for the lack of the helmet they would appear as sentinels of the Queen who had an air of stealth similar to the Nayu. Except anyone with knowledge on the Lassa knew it would be technology and magic they were masters at.

They continued bickering a bit before the Queen put a stop to it. They both seemed to be vying for the Queens attention. Which only amused her as time went on. ”Well, at least you seem to be enjoying yourself.” Adrian approached his sister, smiling as he bowed slightly before continuing. ”Honestly, I would really prefer to be home right now. Why do we have to be at these meetings when they could just send letters?”

Adrien’s appearance silenced them, though they retained a bit of a relaxed posture. It was not a good view on the Queen to have anyone showing too much intimacy with her in public. Even if they were her own groomed elites. She, Tydra, looked to her blood brother with a innocent smile and eyes to match, clearly still amused by the earlier shouting match over her. ”To come out of the seas and grace the land dwellers can't be helped. They're too unsophisticated to be welcomed at my quarters. If the king Vrondi is welcoming everyone to trash his abode, so be it. But this meeting has a high degree of importance. We did lose soldiers last night.” She spoke with a sigh.

“still...” Adrien sighed along with his sister as he sorted his thoughts. There were some things he just couldn’t say out loud, even to her. “I suppose a better question would be why do you specifically have to be there? You could have sent me or an ambassador in your stead.”

”I would think that the fact even we lost soldiers would convince you to stay where you’re safe.” He spoke this last part quietly, not meeting his sister’s eyes as he did. He had a right to worry for her, didn’t he? He didn’t trust outsiders, even the kings and queens of the other nations. Actually, he especially didn’t trust them.

Their vessel was above the trees and gently moved over the jungle tops of the Vrondi territory. It was the smell of fresh water that attracted flying beasts, both dragon and fowl. There they met a barrier that rejected all matter that attempted to enter the dome like arena. The Magoi mages stood parallel on several ends of the bowl shaped structure. Their influence kept the barrier alive.
“I see you've been trained well.” Said Koralli. She put her hands on her hips and smiled teasingly.

“Don't talk about the Queens brother as if he was a dog! I apologize for her rudeness my lord Adrian.” Ippokam nearly wagged his finger at Koralli.

Adrian laughed lightly at the two elites. ”It’s quite alright Ippokam. I had a good trainer.” He motioned to Tydra as he said that, smiling at Koralli before continuing. “Though I kinda wish she still gave me treats when I do good. I don’t get nearly enough candy nowadays.”

”Yes he had a great trainer. He can handle himself and to that point I can handle myself. Now calm yourselves, each of you. Leave the protecting to my elite guards And the Magoi. Enjoy yourselves in this rare gathering of all races on the Edafos.” Tydra laid back in her high chair and smiled at them, winking to her younger brother. ”There might be someone out there for you to add to the family.” She spoke with a mischievous smile.

Adrian just shook his head at his sister, but smiled to himself as he thought. Not likely…
A pout could be seen from Tydra as her cheeks swelled like a puffer fish before letting out a few words under her breathe but still loud enough to recognize. We’ll See

The gates of the Vrondi kingdom opened up once more to allow the entrance of a guest that arrived by land instead of air. A shadow from a large floating object was cast on a large portion of the Vrondi kingdom before narrowing down. Both were signs of the arrival of the Nero and Tearian rulers. The welcomed appearance of the Nero traveling carriages was well known by the tossing of confetti and other items that rained down on the royals. However the Nero guards who surrounded the structures that were being carried by dragons did not seem pleased by the confetti raining down on their pitch black clothing, decorating them with multiple colors.

It was the Tearian royal vessel that absorbed the applause of their arrival. This fantastical ship, a stadium like floating object, defied the limited capabilities of descended kind. It was as if it were from another realm, as it pulsed with blue auras along its many complex symmetrical linings. It was the sphere of water that sat in the middle of this stadium that held many of the royals who were partaking in their own celebration.

Instead of a row of stairs or dragons taking them down the royals of Tearia who were high aboard the vessel were lifted by giant spheres of water. They stood above these spheres and most did so in a dignified manner. The water beneath their feet upon reaching the ground would form stairs for them to walk down before touching upon the grassy field of Vrondi’s land. Some held hands and aided each other on their walks, this pertained to the elderly royals or those entirely new to land. Most royals were able to have customized footwear to allow them easier land travel.

A sudden display of their differing scales and complexions that all resembled the glistening shells, corals, and pearls of the sea was observed by onlookers. The Tearian royal adornments were from the ocean yet were embedded with jewels to charm ones lust for wealth and beauty. It was a joyous moment for the Tearians, to extend their pleasantries to Vrondi, which seemed in contrast to the Nero royals.

These Nero royals stepped carefully from their carriages upon arriving at the front gates to the King’s castle. There were only a handful of royals to count from the many onlookers who watched from afar at their strange clothing. The Vrondi natives often wore little and chose to due to their adaptation to their vibrant natural surroundings and also to absorb the lights rays. In these rays of light was either pain, or displeasure for the Nero who rushed along with their guards inside the castle doors. Their expediency to enter the castle marked their entrance into the party before any of the Tearian royals. A walk through the street of Vrondi brought many bright faces to see and greet. For Vrondi’s capital holds the most descendants from other lands and many upon seeing the kings and queens of their kin rush out to greet them.

Most of the royals now were inside the castle only thirty minutes after the new arrivals. Many royals did break off and go about the city to see the sights and purchase what they could. It was the Vrondi royal servants who led each party of royals to their respective areas to dine and enjoy themselves within the large dining hall. Music played soon, drums beating, gentle flutes, and the strumming of chords. It was the natural surroundings even within the gold and white reinforced walls and pillars that gave the tension a backseat to the festival like events taking place. A stage was set in the middle of the floor by way of clearing said floor. The guests sat in their respective areas, Fotia sat north east, Nero North west, Gaia South east, Tearia South west. Vrondi the king and his royals sat next to each other on a row of seats a good distance back and behind Fotia and Nero, looking slightly down at the others. The rest of the guests were mixed around the wide area both standing and sitting.

In the middle of the area, as servants silently moved about to deliver food and drink to the decorated array of descended beauty that laid within every corner, a performer approached. She was adorned with plants. These plants were a dark green and were wrapped around her body like vines, with pink and yellow foliage sprouting from the vines. They draped her head and covered her most private locations. But the rest was bare, even her feet as she gently strolled to the center, her vine like hair dragging along the ground like a snake. ”We welcome all to this meeting. My name is Luxia. I will be performing for you this morning in honor of all of our guests.” Her piercing yellow eyes smiled along with her rising dimples that showed beneath her bronze complexion, and bright yellow lip coloring.

She stepped around in a circle and placed down small seed like objects. Then she returned to the center and clasped her hands together. A glaring sun like aura emerged from her center and a wave of said aura could be seen emerging from her very slowly. It faded upon covering a short distance and the seeds then begin to rattle like eggs ready to hatch. Sprouting in rapid succession were the seeds, growing large roots within seconds and releasing explosions of spores as they did so. She was soon covered in a fog like mist of yellow from so many spores. Then, as the roots continued to rapidly grow and merge into each other a vine cage was seen around this fog. Soon the fog cleared and standing within a cage of vines was she. ”Our fates can seem like a cage. What we love, who we hold dear can seem out of our control. And so we despair. But as the King said our souls are capable of anything and we live by the love we can spread now. Like a family of trees we help each other grow and in turn the world becomes whole.”
The vines around her began to separate slowly as they began to reach into the air, then flowers began to bloom around the entire structure. A opening was made for her and she walked from out of the cage and bowed to an applause from most of the royals.

Zargoth was met from behind by a Vrondi servant. This fellow bowed to him before speaking. “I apologize if I am disturbing you but the King Vrondi requests your attention at his seating. This way please.” He spoke quickly and efficiently like a royal servant would be trained to do. He shuffled past the crowd of royals, bowing and paying his respects as he did so before reaching the slight elevated level of flooring the Vrondi royals sat. Upon closer inspection these royals were not all of the royals of Vrondi just the eldest and most high ranking ones, with the King in the middle. Vrondi, the king himself, would look over to Zargoth and welcome his approach.

“I believe we have met before. I welcome you once again, glad you could make it black dragon.”
