Two years had passed since the Dagaboh incident. In those two years, Ben had found some clarity in the Force. It came in the form of a raspy, mechanical voice. It reassured him that he was on the right path. It urged him to dive deeper into the Force, to embrace the visions, the imagery, and from them, cultivate his own interpretation of events. Ben had tried and it spelled out whispers of betrayal and dark coercion. In truth he had become disillusioned with Luke's order and sought out different means of guidance. He shifted through the Force like a dedicated learner. All the while drawing closer and closer to the infamous, Darth Vader.

The Jedi Killer.

His grandfather.

"Hey, Ben. How about we go hike up to the lake? Just like we used to when we were kids."

"Hmm?" he teased, his stride regal and practiced among weeping grass surrounding the temple.

Even as he mulled over his destiny, Odette had remained his constant. He needth to search his feeling or the Force to know wherever his path took him, she was to be with him. He refused to have it any other way. By this time he had transitioned from his darker robes to a mildly lighter color, if only to put on the front that he was wholly fine.

"Is that what you think of me sweet, Odette? Of course I'm not the only one to have aged here." Obviously a joke by the kind smile on his lips. "I'll go but on one condition ... we take it slow. No sprinting or leaping, just a simple walk to the lake. Savoring the beauty of these mountains, is something we all should do."

He unhooked his arm from Odette's only to grab her hand within his own. "You never know when things could change."

@AHeartlessNobody Sounds dramatic and moody. Everything I love about a good emotional revealing. Let's go with that cause honestly I kind of like, Rey. I was just thinking with Odette added into the canon, I don't see why Kylo would be so interested in the scavenger.

@AHeartlessNobody Looking at TLJ, I think he'd know something. He had a deep connection with the Force that would have allowed him sense if she was dead or alive. That was unless she hid herself like Luke.

@AHeartlessNobody Maim lol. He's not dead just severely injured to the point that Odette can be the main-force that must face Kylo Ren. Also, yes, I meant kill, Rey but that's completely up for debate lol.

@jynmi88 I'm good. Working on my Zanpakuto and working on my history. I need to flesh that out in order to establish his personality and of course the abilities of Bieta [spoiler alert].

@AHeartlessNobody Let's keep him alive. I don't want to follow the sequel trilogy too closely. I also might keep Snoke alive.

• Here is my interpretation of what could happen.
  
  • Ben destroys Luke's new Jedi Order whilist keeping Odette alive by putting her to sleep. With Luke beneath the rubble of his hut, Ben begins to flee but is confronted by three of Snoke's Knights of Ren. They convince him of his destiny playing on the fresh betrayal of his master. Que the completely destruction of New Jedi Order with him "hoping" to recruit a few friends. As he assumes almost instinctual command of the Knights of Ren, Ben halts them to go retrieve Odd only for her to be missing. He's heartbroken at the hologram and catching an unassuming Knight of Ren off guard, chokes him up with overwhelming Force power and accusative bellows. They realize then and only then why Snoke sought out this "Jedi pup".
  • A Timeskip occurs pass TFA. Between TFA and TLJ, Kylo Ren searches for rumors of Odette through the thinnest shadows, feeling her presence in the Force. Which is why he was so upset at the First Order officer upon his explanation of the girl and droid so long ago.
  • TLJ ??? I would like Luke to stay alive and do more. For instance perhaps he kills Snoke and Kylo Ren, so goes his beaten ideology of letting the past die. He maims Luke horrifically. Before killing Rey and taking his place as head of the First Order. His first line of duty is finding Odette so that he may finish snuffing out the light and destroying the strongest and last vestiges of his past: Odette.
