"Thanks, ripping it up shouldn't be an issue." I took the tablecloth with one hand, keeping one hand on his chest, while laying out the table cloth flat on the ground, and then holding it down with my knees. My hands, still in their sort of half claw state, would be good enough to rip it up one handedly. I could use my teeth, but, that would be much easier with both my hands, and im not about to just remove pressure on him entirely. As I was working on ripping it into smaller bits that would work for cleaning up his face, Issac started to bring up cauterizing the wounds, which really wouldn't be a bad idea.
"Yeah, that'll be helpful, but im not doing it. Me and fire have bad history, and also Im not confident I could do it very well."
I said, taking some of the tablecloth scraps and attempting to clean up his face a little, since everyone else seemed unwilling and/or busy.

Ilyssa came back with alcohol and more cloth things, suggesting we go and find a way to clean up the wounds, which was an excellent idea as long as we could find a way to do so. Moving him wouldn't be too bad of a risk since his only injuries seemed to be the giant gashes.
"I can go ahead and move him if you show me where you're thinking of putting him. After we clean them up, yall can try cauterizing the ones on his face, and his chest, i guess, but I think we can just wrap them up and it'll be fine."

Before I would attempt to move him, I did my best to wrap up his face temporarily, and then taking off all but the bottom layer of already soaked things i'd piled on top of his chest so far, and put on something new on, just so I didn't have to carry around gross blood soaked things. That's nasty.
After all that, I picked him up, still being pretty careful since he was injured.
"Alright, where are we moving him?"

Fillan had come over to check out the dying child with the rest of us, and politely asked if he could help by getting more cloth. For anyone else, I would have just asked them to actually try to fix his just absolutely trashed face. But Fillan gets an excuse, he doesn't have to clean up blood.
"Yeah, its lookin that way, if you can go into the other room- the one the rest of us came from, there should be some cloth stuff in there."
I nodded back in that direction, giving him a weak smile. Kinda hard to really show any genuine happiness when you're attempting to save a dying child.
"Thanks for turning on the lights by the way."

"Don't move." I warned, holding Alex down as he attempts to get up. It didn't take much effort since I was already pressing down on his chest. He passed out soon after, from shock, pain, or blood loss, I couldn't tell really. Didn't matter. He was still an incredible mess and the bleeding didn't seem to have even lessened yet, so I tossed another thing on top of what i'd already been soaking the blood up with and went back to what i'd been doing. I really couldn't do anything about his mess of a face (sorry, its the truth), least not right now by myself.
"Hey, anybody got a moment to help? His face could really use some."
@alex arcc its chill

I was sick of fighting and everyone else was as well, so I just ignored Londyn. She can blame her anger issues all she wants, that doesn't account for recklessness and lack of foresight in normal circumstances. I didn't care if I looked like a jackass, she could take literally any responsibility for herself and her own actions. Whatever, my hands were already kinda turning into claws, so I just needed to calm down and quit thinking about it before this transformation goes any further.

"Finding stuff sounds like an excellent plan. There's gotta be food around here somewhere, and with any luck we can find a suitable room, hopefully one with an actual door. Once we get that all settled, we can figure out what to do next. For now, lets look in here."
I made a gesture towards the new room, before taking a look back at Alex. He was a bloody mess, to say the least. Something had to be done about that, and preferably soon. Not having anything to soak up the blood, I walked with purpose into the now opened room, not looking too carefully at anything but snagging anything made of cloth that I could find. It wasn't exactly the most preferable bandage, but it'd be a whole lot better than nothing. Going back over to Alex, I found Ilyssa and Londyn there helping out.
"I found some stuff, nobody has to get shirtless. Yet."
Taking one of the thinner things, I wrapped it carefully around Alex's chest, tying it there securely. That'd have to stay on, even afterwords, as the scabs may start to form to it and I wasn't about to let the wounds open again. Then came putting on something thicker and applying some pressure over it, allowing it to start soaking up some of the blood.

"I'm not SAYING we should sit around and do nothing, so don't twist my words like that. I'm just making the point that we shouldn't do reckless shit when there are better, safer, options. I'd like to go home JUST as much as you and so would literally everyone here, but you don't see me going around doing things that could possibly get us all killed. If you really have NO self control, then one of us with actual sense is going to have to babysit you, and im sure you don't want that. So settle down, and don't pull that shit again. You're not five, so don't let me catch you acting like it again, you can take responsibility for your actions."
"And as far as our situation in being here, whoever did it isn't very smart. None of us were tied up or restrained, for the most part we were all together, and we were uninjured. I don't even know who or what could have brought us here and how, but whatever it is, it seems like our chances aren't horrible, if we can just find a way through this place that doesn't involve busting down all the walls."

I turned to look at Fillan, now that the lights had been turned on. I was about to thank him, but he still had that look he got when he was talking to technology. I recognized it from when he'd been attempting to talk to a calculator back home. He probably wouldn't be paying any attention to me in that case, so guess I'll just have to wait. I'm not going into the other room without him, so, there's not much else I can do.

I turned to Jasper, who'd backed up a bit and tucked their lighter away, and patted them on the shoulder gently. "Its alright, but yeah, just keep it put away for now."
I didn't want them to think I was upset with them, because I really wasn't. They weren't the one blowing up walls, after all, just an unwilling accomplice.
