Apologies for ghosting, life stuff happened and this idiot completely forgot to subscribe to the thread.

No hard feelings at all if this is too late, but I figured I'd go ahead and throw my hat in. Counting the other CSs, it seems there's still room.

Also included some time-travel/bending/immortality sort of element in there, don't know if that's acceptable and I'm open to making edits, of course. I was also confused about the test scores part, so I just plopped down some numbers.

Nature of Expression:
Agent Dixon's anomaly is difficult to describe, given science's limited understanding on how the universe functions. Briefly put, Dixon appears to partially exist in one or several higher dimensions in a way that permits him limited ability to move through time. Conclusions from interrogations and tests conducted on Dixon at ███████ in ████ revealed that the event is solely triggerable by Agent Dixon’s death, but circumstances would suggest there is more to understand about the anomaly's cause (see the description of the first anomalous occurrence).
For example, in one early experiment operators euthanized Agent Dixon by lethal injection, and several minutes later attempted resuscitation. Consistent with the results of prior experiments, they were unsuccessful. They then executed a shift system by which Dixon’s cadaver would be under constant surveillance. After a week of observing the cadaver and nothing unusual occurring, they concluded the experiment and transferred it to the facility morgue, where it was slated for cremation. ███████ then ceased operations for the day, and the morgue was vacated of personnel. The following morning, Agent Dixon was discovered in his holding cell, notably disoriented and lacking clear recollection of the past week's events. Cross-referencing the results of this experiment with those carried out prior to and following it, a variety of phenomena have been observed with consistency. A sample of such are:

• Agent Dixon will not reappear after death as long as his original person's remains (including body parts, hair, and ash among other variations) are observed by a living being who is aware of them as belonging to Agent Dixon.
• Following death, Agent Dixon always reappears in a place that has some recent connection to him, such as his holding cell (among other locations that the operators tried).
• Agent Dixon has no detailed recollection of the cause of his most recent death, except for a sense of what he's described as "extremely strong deja vu."
• Other memories unrelated to his death are retained.
• He retains no memory of the time elapsed between his death and subsequent reappearance, regardless of its length.
• He never reappears before the occurrence of any of his former deaths, and can only reappear a minimum of 20 minutes after his latest death.
• If the place he is expected to reappear after death is under surveillance, he does not reappear until after surveillance is halted (technological methods of recording his reappearance consistently malfunction during the process).
• For a period after reappearance, Agent Dixon suffers from deliriousness and disorientation, this period being roughly proportionate to the time between his death and reappearance. Following his initial reappearance, he was in this state for several weeks.

Containment: Containment or prevention of Agent Dixon's anomaly is apparent given the results of the experiments at ███████. Namely, surveillance of likely reappearance sites, or his remains.

Risks: The anomaly appears to affect Agent Dixon constantly, and he has no special control over it (short of suicide, or causing death by other means). As can be inferred, he is aware of the anomaly.

Personality:
Agent Dixon has been noted as having various psychological issues (chiefly, PTSD), primarily relating to his experiences in the Vietnam War and the reality his anomaly poses. He's most commonly described by other personnel as very silent and somewhat reclusive. When he does interact extensively with other personnel, he is often described as stoic, pessimistic, often abrasive, and a "hardass." Regardless, he displays a dogged commitment to excellence in his work, and the safety of those serving with him.
Evaluations by bureau psychologists and counselors have yielded similar results. Overall, Dixon's personal state is somewhat obscure, but there have been few significant personality-related issues thus far.
NOTE: Agent Dixon adamantly prefers being referred to as “Dixon” or “Eli.”

Social Liabilities:
Agent Dixon had several extant immediate family members at the time of his first death, consisting of Samuel Dixon, his step-father, Connie Dixon, his mother, Elliot Dixon, his younger brother, Emily Shepard, his older sister, and Eva Dixon, his younger half-sister. Since then, most of them have died, excluding his brother and half-sister. Neither have been informed of Agent Dixon's status after his first reappearance, and are under the impression that Agent Dixon remains MIA.

Service Record:
Agent Dixon, prior to the onset of his anomaly, was a member of the US Army from 1962 to 1968, and saw much action in the opening years of the Vietnam War. After the Army, he transferred into the service of the CIA, where he continued to participate in ground operations in Indochina. His record was outstanding, and he had been decorated several times for his service to his country.
The final operation he undertook for the CIA occurred in the summer of 1969, when he was attached to a US Army battalion of the 4th Infantry Division, as part of an ostensibly search and destroy-type operation (CIA files on the mission remain classified to this day). In the course of this mission, a segment of the force including Agent Dixon was surrounded and assaulted by a contingent of NVA and VC combatants that were in the process of overrunning their position. The American units on-site called Broken Arrow, directing a large volume of air support to their location.
In the confusion of the fighting, a napalm strike was called in directly on top of Agent Dixon's position, supposedly killing him. No body was recovered after the engagement, and so Dixon was designated as Missing in Action, presumed dead. This apparently triggered his first anomalous event, where he was killed in 1969 and would reappear in 2012. He reappeared in modern-day Vietnam, causing a small international incident which was quickly covered up by the US Government. Soon after, he was then taken into custody by the CIA. Following an order from ██████████████, the CIA turned him over to the FBI, who held him in detention at ███████, where he was placed under the jurisdiction of the FBU. It is unknown why he took so long to reappear, and there are many theories as to why.
Agent Dixon's performance since being inducted from ███████ has been admirable overall. He faces several psychological issues which have been noted by those serving with him (largely related to PTSD, as well as milder psychopathic and anti-social tendencies), but operationally his is an overall asset, given his skills. Initially he expressed reluctance to join the FBU, but upon evaluation of his life situation, he agreed to the arrangement. In exchange, he was secretly recognized as alive by the US Government, his retirement from the CIA was completed, and his privileges as a US citizen were reinstated (no longer being designated as a hazard to national security).
NOTE: There have been numerous instances where the CIA has attempted to re-acquire Agent Dixon. They have been so far unsuccessful.
NOTE: Agent Dixon has been noted as generally lacking understanding of post-1960s technology, and so is hampered in instances where its use is required.
NOTE: Agent Dixon was born on August 23rd of 1945 in Morristown, Tennessee.

Uhh a lot of you were probably anticipating/dreading this announcement but my work/life balance has kind of gone to hell over the last few weeks, and I've had some mental health stuff that needs dealing with, so I don't think I have the time or energy to run this.

Alright quick! Before I forget, here’s a pronunciation guide

Takhal Language Pronunciation Guide

As a note, the takhal language is very guttural, and has several consonants not found in English. Here is a layman’s explanation of the spelling conventions/phonology (plus some sounds that exist but aren’t used in any of the names so far).

First, the sounds that sound like they could only be made by a drunk Dutchman with cerebral palsy:

“Kh.” Make an “H” sound, but press the back of your tongue up against your soft palette. If you want, put your hand on your throat. Your vocal cords should be still. If they vibrate, then try to make the sound without doing that.
“Gkh.” The same as “Kh,” but voiced, so your vocal cords should vibrate.
“Rh.” This is like “Gh,” but further back in the throat and trilled— this sound is most famous in the French language, so go for the guttural “R” sounds they do.

And, as a note the “H” sound is represented as “-gh-” in the middle or at the end of words and “H” at the beginning of words.

Now, the fancy sibilant-fricative and liquid sounds

“R.” The takhal language has no hard R like in English, instead having a trilled one. This sound is popular for its occurrence in Spanish and Italian, and I won’t ask you to try and pronounce it— I can’t either :P
“Ts.” This one is simple, and occurs in English at the end of syllables (think “cats”). Make sure those vocal cords don’t move!
“Dz.” Very similar to “Ts,” but voiced. Make sure your vocal cords DO move.
“Sh” and “Zh.” The former (“Sh”) is just like in English, but “Zh” is a voiced version of this sound, but is not distinguished from “Sh” in English spelling. In the takhal language, the voiced “Zh” is distinguished, so that’s something to look out for.

And now for the one nasal that’s different (phonotactically) from English:

“Ng” is used to represent a throaty nasal sound that is made in English when a dental-alveolar nasal (the “N”) meets a velar stop (“K” or “G”). Think “Strong,” or “Thing.” The difference in the takhal language is that this sound can appear at the beginning of syllables, so sometimes you will see something like the infamous Korean name “Nguyen.” This can be tricky at first, but it’s easy to do once you get the hang of it.

Finally, the vowels. The takhal language has a more consistent spelling of vowels (it has a lot less of them) than English. “A” makes the sound you’d expect, “Aah,” “E” makes a sort of “Ay” sound (or, in Canadian, “Eh”), “O” makes an “Oh” sound, “I” makes an “Ee” sound (“need, green, steed, feed”), and “U” makes an “Oo” sound (“roofer, poodle, chicken noodle” :]).

As for the wacky vowels, “Ë” makes a soft “Uh” sound. This sound occurs in German a lot, and is typically explained as making a very faint “R” at the end. “Ö” occurs in English in words like taught, bought, fought, and scot. It makes an “Ah” sound like “A,” but is further back in the throat and rounder. Pretend you have a potato in your mouth!

Oh, and any vowels repeated twice represent a long vowel, which means you hold the sound for twice as long! This is except for E, O, Ë, and Ö, where the long versions are represented by adding an “-h.” (Eh, Oh, Ëh, and Öh). Otherwise, it would be pretty confusing to an English/Dutch/Danish/broadly West Germanic language speaker.

Not to mention diphthongs. All that you need to know about those is that they are combinations of two vowel sounds, and they sound like they’re spelled (“Ai” is pronounced like the I in “bike,” and so on).
