Kyran is a man that stands at five foot ten inches and weighs around one-hundred seventy-five pounds. His black hair is cut in a buzz cut with the top half often styled to the side. He is a rather muscular man, a result of years of training and various manual jobs he has done in the past few years. His tone body contains a few scars, most are present on his back with two large scars covering his back with a few smaller ones on his arms. Kyran sports one tattoo that covers the upper half of his back with geometric lines and shapes- a custom of his coven. Though his scars have deformed the tattoo a bit, leaving some of the beautiful drawn shaped broken and misshapen. Kyran doesn't seem to mind.
The style of clothes Kyran has adopted in the past years is mostly described as "classy hipster". It's really just nice looking clothes that he would have worn twenty years ago combined with jeans. Seriously, jeans are Kyran's favorite item of clothing- followed by hoodies. Despite the whole "classy hipster" part, Kyran wears whatever he has lying around that is clean. He usually doesn't match his clothes and has the "I don't care what I wear as long as I look good vibe" to him- or that is what he wants people to get when he wears his flannel shirts with a blazer on top.

Kyran has always been a resilient and friendly person, finding the most value out of everything and everyone. His curiosity for the world drives him to be an outspoken and blunt person. He's not afraid to ask questions or answer them. He's happy to give out his opinion be it wanted or not. Kyran loves to study people, often giving the impression that he may be a bit nosy and overbearing sometimes. He's not afraid to share his knowledge to those who ask him for it but always asks for something in return. There is nothing in this world that is free, that is what Kyran always says. Kyran is quick to get in trouble, often acting on impulse with very little thought about consequences.
Kyran is a bit of a flirt. While he has slept around the years with many people, he has begun to grow more comfortable with other men's company. While he usually doesn't seek out partners romantically, he is known to sleep around with people that meet his standards.
There are occasions where Kyran's mind slips back into his old self. While he lives with the guilt of his mother's death he tries to not let him stop him. He knows she would have him to go on and live his life, keep traveling and finding new ways to further his magic but some days he can't. Kyran tries to hide this part of himself with drinks but they seem to be ineffective as of late. He can feel himself slipping back into his once cynical and closed-off self that he refuses to be again.

Born as Sai Laghari in New Delhi to Madri and Sai Laghari, named after his father, he grew up in a loving environment surrounded by family, fellow witches, and warlocks, and all the servants at his disposal. As a child, Sai was pampered with anything a little boy could ever want. Even from a young age showed curiosity about everything around him. Sai was the kid to wander off in the middle of a lecture to study a bug he had seen. Although he showed great magical skills from a young age his curiosity always got the best of him.
His drive to know everything he could about the world of magic and non-magic had driven young Sai to learn everything he could from his coven. He was one of the youngest warlocks in his coven- only at the age of 17 and he was already begging to learn advanced spells. His mother, Madri, only fueled his curiosity by gifting him her spellbook. The tome contained ancient spells from their ancestors as well and new and modern spells that would ultimately lead Sai to explore the world outside of India.
At the age of 26, his father had given him the approval to cast the Youth spell on him and allow him to start his research on magic, on the condition of staying in India and the neighboring countries. Displeased by his father's restrictions, Sai quickly got tired of seeing the same things over and over. His hunger for knowledge only grew and with the chains on his ambitions were only getting worse- which is why he turned to create new spells. His mother's tome contained ancient magic that helped him develop all sorts of fun destructions spells. While this new obsession took over for a few years he began to grow bored with it all over again. Soon Sai was picking fights left and right with other witches and warlocks to test his newly formed spells. Many of his opponents knew what Sai was doing but only obliged in the fights because he would be the head of the coven one day.
Sai's troublemaking and drive to continue his spells cost him what he loved the most- his mother. During the festivities of Holi, Sai and his mother were practicing a few of Sai's newest spells: it would grant the user to conjure a wall of flame as a protective device. Madri was supposed to be the one casting this spell, but Sai, being the one eager to learn convinced his mother for him to try. The spell went haywire as the training grounds of their palace burst into flames.
Sai woke up days later to the news that his mother had used up all of her magic to save him from the flames. Heartbroken and taken over by guilt, Sai barracked himself in the confines of his room. His once curious self was thrown away by now a guilt-ridden Sai. No matter what his father said to him he couldn't convince him that the accident hadn't been his fault, but Sai knew that he had been the one to create such a spell.
It took Sai years for him to finally come out of his room and into the world again. Curiosity about the world began to creep back into his mind as he studied and archived spells of the ancient world. This time, his father allowed Sai to explore further than Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan. He made his way up to China where he learned about old clans full of witches, with not one warlock insight.
Shortly after he began his trip through Mongolia and to Russia then further west to Europe. Sai continued to move around, jumping from country to country. He filled journals upon journals of every trip, of every person he met. All of his romances with the men and women and those who didn't fit within those boundaries. Europe had so much to offer, just like his home had but he was starting to grow bored. So he set his eyes on America, a place he had heard so much about.
A year later after setting foot in America Sai found himself in Ember Grove, a town full of history that would satisfy Sai- now known as Kyran, for a while.
