Zertus, nice person extraordinaire, has entered the scene. He's all for grouping up in the bridge and getting this doomed starting mission going.
Zertus hummed lightly to himself as he examined his Maulers for any defects or damages when ONI had transferred what little he owned to the ship. The humans wouldn't let him keep his gravity hammer, he certainly didn't trust them to know how to handle his weapons properly. Satisfied that they were still functional, he holstered them and moved his massive frame towards the door. Moving in the human ship was uncomfortable at times, as they had designed it for their weak and tiny frames, but he would manage. Throughout all of the indignities this agreement was likely to heap upon him, he would manage. The humans had promised to find the Sangheili who had killed his tribe, and he would hold them to that. All he had to do was hold up his end of the bargain, and kill anything that stood in the way of their goals.

Walking out of the door to his room, he was greeted by what was supposed to be a team of trained and elite killers, brought together to achieve the humans' goals. Instead of that, he saw two others and felt immeasurable disappointment and disdain. This was the best they could scrape together? This was their precious 'Task Force'? A damaged Kig-Yar and a human. Not even one of their demons. Just a normal human, the kind he and his brethren had slaughtered in the hundreds, if not the thousands, over the course of the war. This was it. Zertus felt the anger rising in him again at this pitiful display. He was going to have to be the one to get almost everything done. The Kig-Yar was more likely to be drugged up and cowardly than anything useful, only barely having more courage than the Unggoy. As for the human, if he was talented he would be useful for a distraction or perhaps even a few kills, but as soon as they ran up against a real challenge (Sangheili, Jiralhanae, Mgalekgolo, etc etc) he would die. Zertus sneered. He would be the lone survivor once again, but that wouldn't stop him. He'd see this mission through, and all the others that came after. He would hold up his end of the bargain.

Still, might as well learn the names of these walking corpses, and establish his leadership immediately. On the almost nonexistent chance they were actually useful, he'd need to be able to command them effectively and they would need to obey him without question.

"I am Zertus, War Chieftain of the Jiralhanae. Beyond introductions we will give a description of skills in the bridge, to plan to our strengths." With that, and a satisfied nod, he began to head towards the bridge. His hand was on the broken energy sword hilt, rubbing it.

He would need all the luck and protection it offered to salvage something out of this mess.
Place holder for Quarian Character.
I’ll throw my hat into the ring.

@Lauder Took longer than expected, but done!
@Rtron@Jaredthefox92

How are those sheets coming along boys?

Sorry, been busy busy busy since a friend was on military leave this week. I’ll have him done tomorrow.
@Rtron

You’re right, ONI should give him an enhanced one to further destroy his enemies.

Jiralhanae are just beasts. Glad we have an organic tank on our team!
@Rtron

Everyone needs a borderline psychopathic arrogant murder tank on their side.
@Lauder You mean they don't trust a Brute with a Gravity Hammer on his lonesome? Preposterous!
