Bio: Lacy was born in Hong Kong to Todd Ingram Moon and Xia Polyadelphous. Her dad and her mom were the children of the United Kingdom and Greek Consulates and meet attending the local school for the children of diplomats. They married on graduation from Oxford University with degrees in international law and formed their own Law Firm and moving to Amity Park after their Client Vladco asked they do so. Then when Vladco was exposed they proved resilient her mom becoming Amityville DA. Her Dad still wanting to practice law opened a Public Defender's Office using his family stock dividends to operate his charity. (he’s why Lacy is an activist, when he opposes her mom in court they are both brutal making people think they are at war but once home they sicken their daughter kissing and flirting)
It was when Lacy was taking a tour of Axion labs that a Battle between Danny and the Box ghost that she was struck by strange ectoplasmic energies passing through some half finished Ghost Machine on the property. There was no immediate change in her after the accident other than strange dreams and the fact that it seemed like her parents kept getting faulty laptops for themselves and the house.
It wasn't till one day while attending Braxton Acadmey when she was 15 that Lacy was attacked by a ghost fleeing Danny Phantom who tried to take control of her as a hostage that her ghost powers blossomed in the form of a Ghoststinger. The result of her power's manifestation caused Lacy to pass out and when she woke an hour later it was in Sam's bedroom where she meet the goth girl and was recruited to Danny's new group.
