Faber looked around, very pleased with everything he saw. "Well, I'm convinced this is the right place for our daughter. Hunter has given you our offer right?" he asked.
He couldn't wait to get the deal done and he wasn't sure when Marigold would return from her foraging in the forest so he started to feel a bit urgency.
Thankfully, being a silversmith earned well and saving money for years had given him enough to purchase but not much more to spare. Faber was glad he could provide his children with a good start in their life either a place to earn money or to live.
Vivianne wandered around in the garden while her husband was starting to round up the deal, she didn't participate in that.

Marigold leaned to touch the water, causing a small wrinkle in the smooth surface. Smiling softly she watched the bird. When she heard the footsteps and heard the worried chirp Marigold instantly got up and turned around. Her eyes widened in terror and a shriek escaped her as she saw the blood splotched muzzle.
At first, she didn't understand what it meant when it said Guardians but then her hand slowly went up to her pendant and she swallowed.
This beast could be after her.
Marigold densed the light around her but wasn't sure if she could hold it very long. Her sturdy branch didn't seem like it ould help her at all.

Hazel formed a, what she hoped to be, friendly but polite smile. She wondered what the man had wanted to say before April cut him off. Jared was his name, and his orange eyes were very uncommon. Hazel wanted to ask about it but refrained as the man seemed spooked enough with her being there and she definitely didn't want to add discomfort by probing questions, which also left her wondering, why was a big man like Jared shocked or even afraid of a relatively short woman. Mac and Ali, so at least two others were here too. She had misjudged the 'kids' Jared didn't seem like a little kid, he looked pretty big.
"I hope you don't mine me tagging along with April." she said politly.
Duncan noticed the little yellow fairy dragon as was amazed to see one. In all his travels he had only seen a glimpse of one and now he saw one much closer and more clear. He chuckled as she seemed to avoid the Dwarf and Trevor didn't seem particularly pleased to see her either. Duncan had to mask a guffaw with a cough and clearing his throat when he heard Linda's name for Trevor
"Onwards," he said when he thought Noble was done with his greetings towards the hermit and he was sure not a hint of amusement was left in his voice. His horse seemed a bit restless as if she smelled something but Duncan assumed she was still a bit skittish around the dragons.

Gnol saw the fairy dragon and instantly his face dropped. When he heard her say 'Oh, dwarf' he replied snarkily with: "Oh, flying vermin." He was glad Trevor didn't like the beast either. There were worse than magpies. Lazy, lousy, treasure stealing vermin. Gnol followed Duncan. "That sounded like a nasty cough, maybe we should make you some warm wine with herbs later." Duncan waved his hand in dismissal. "I'll be fine, but thanks."

Alan looked up when he heard a new voice. "Hello Linda Demi Autumnleaf," Alan said examining the little fairy dragon. He could instantly give a dozen reasons why a companion her size with dragon intelligence would make a great addition to his particular set of skills. Small enough to get by unnoticed and smart enough to understand what needed to be done.
Terasivas looked with big eyes at Linda. "You're very yellow!" he said. "We're also bringing my best friend to the ocean! My name is Terasivas and I'm a big and strong dragon!" "rawr"

Crreessa didn't give any attention to the fairy dragon, she had seen them before and they weren't more or less special than other creatures. She could sense that RedClaws was glad that this particular one wasn't going to join them as he already felt annoyed by her way of talking. Crreessa agilely climbed on RedClaws back. "Which way are we going?" she asked. "And is it safe to fly in group?"
She didn't see her big dragon walking though the forest unnoticed either. He was bound to leave a big trail.
Sarah let out a sigh of relief. Regan was there and she was alright, they had been lucky indeed. "Yes, Rapier is here! I'll tell him." Sarah was about to turn to Rapier when Regan told Kawaken to make a bubble barrier. "Rapier, Regan wants you to do Seismic Toss on this rock slide to clear it as much as you can. You might want to hurry, something is down there." She turned to Gira, "We'll see what we can do after we see how much Rapier can clear with Seismic Toss." Gira nodded.

Sarah stood back further to make sure she would be out of harm's way as she wasn't sure how the move would work on the rockslide. Her pokemon stood beside her, watching Rapier and making sure they could catch debris hurling their before it would hit anyone.
Saur glanced at Gira "You got this?" Gira nodded, not taking her eyes off the target Rapier had to hit. "I hope Abra is fine." she said.

Gabe was listening to Bakuto and didn't even notice the Rattata until Bakuto took out his pokedex and it started informing about a Rattata. He looked around and sure enough, there was one. When Bakuto asked if it looked confused Gabe kneeled down to look a little closer. "I dunno, I guess," he said with a shrug. "All yours buddy if you want one," he added when he stood back straight again.

Mareep came back closer and looked curiously at the pokemon. "Hi there!" she said. "Oh, poor thing looks confused." she said sympathetically. Gabe turned to Bakuto. "You can't use it for the League but that shouldn't stop someone from picking a pokemon they like. My sister picked a Weedle as her first official caught pokemon." just seconds after he spoke the Rattata used a tackle attack towards Gabe. Mareep reacted quickly and bumped Gabe out of the way. "Whoaa! What just happend?"

Sarah followed Gira and Rapier, carefully she planted her feet as she didn't want to risk to fall in a cave-in herself. Saur fell a step a bit behind so he could grab her if she would fall in a hole too. Sarah couldn't help contemplating what would have caused it. Weedle softly nudges Sarah to get her out of thought when he noticed Rapier circling something. Sarah paused and looked from Rapier to what she thought was in the centre of the circle. A pile of rocks? Sarah approached to take a look at it.

Gira halted near the pile of rocks and wondered what Rapier had seen in them. with a tilted head she examined and stepped back surprised as she saw movement. "They move? Regan or another cave in? We should still be above them." she asked. Gira turned to Sarah to see what she thought.

When the rockslide happened Abra sensed the danger and teleported to safety but still close to Regan and still sound asleep.

Sarah approached carefully and examined it. She could have sworn she saw some dust coming from between the rocks somewhere. "Might be a recent collapse." she mused. "Regan?" she shouted, "Are you there?" she realised she might be shouting to nothing but a bunch of rocks, and even if Regan was down there she wasn't even sure if her voice could carry down there. "Stand back Gira, if it'll collapse further you don't want to stand to close."
Jill entered the room. "How is Ash?" she asked looking at Avia, she glanced at Fer'a not sure how to address it. She needed to clear her head and place all the recent event but she couldn't relax until she as sure Ash was alright or at least going to be alright. Magic was weird and incomprehensive to her, and a magic beast like apparition was not exactly helping. she was worried for Ash, very worried but only a fraction of that was showing.

Alan and Althea took their seats and noticed the laid in coordinations. Alan glanced to Althea. "I guess we are going there," he said as he shrugged. "Any idea what's there?"
Althea shook her head. "Not yet, give me a second to check the route." She pulled out a map on her screen, a few taps later she plotted the ideal route. "This is the safest route that isn't too much of a detour," Althea asked for a quick confirmation from the captain and when that came through Alan took off. Althea was investigating their destination as Alan gently broke through the atmosphere. Once they were surrounded by stars Alan set the ship on course and engaged the big engines.

Treghor was in his workstation and carefully placed his samples. He let some camera's make a few shots as the departed and then started to write a report. When the report was finished, he went to his console and send a message to a couple of institutions that monitored planets and were in charge of classifications. He sent them his report and pictures and turned off the screen when it was done. He looked out of his window and stared into the vast darkness of outer space while contemplating on the motives of this Traff person and the stuff he had been harvesting.

Gnol made a round in the engine room after he put his stuff away in his room. The engine was humming as it should and nothing was out of the ordinary. He took his time to read the readout of all the systems on board and he was glad to see no irregularities were showing.
Gnol decided to go to the common room to see if anyone was available or if the were all bus with their jobs.
Duncan did a final check on the horse as he listened to Noble. "Fair enough," he replied. Everything was secure he couldn't spot any damage to the saddle or reins "All set, let's go. We don't want to waste precious daylight," he turned to the Hermit. "Thank you for your hospitality and help," he said with a small bow.
Duncan led his horse back to the path they had come from. He knew the general direction but Gnol would have to lead them to the Dwarves later.

Gnol chuckled at Trevor's words. "Or kick him, that always works too." Gnol's horse was already following Duncan and whinnied to get Gnol's attentions. "Yeah yeah, I'm coming." He stopped at the Hermit. "I'll see you again sometime my friend, I'm sure I'll have some stories to tell you by then." He walked on to Noble and reached to give Noble a firm pat on the shoulder. "Let's go young king, adventure awaits and a kingdom needs to be saved." He glanced at Trevor. "We might need to teach him to hold down a decent pint of ale too."

Alan picked up his dragon too. Terasivas made himself comfortable. "Yay the ocean! I'm sooo happy you're coming with us." He turned his snout towards Alan. "How long till we get there?" Alan thought for a moment. "I guess a couple of days on foot. We're closer to the mountains than we are to the shore." He knew the lands fairly well but he wasn't entirely sure how far exactly they were from the smaller harbour city as this was a part of the forest he wasn't that familiar with. Alan looked at Mikhal. "Right?" he figured the bard had a lot of knowledge about the kingdom.

Crreessa and RedClaws ate a bit more before Crreessa climbed on top of her dragon. "I'm ready, ready to go and ready to learn," she said grinning. This would be fun, at least she hoped that Damien, Rachel and Seb knew fun, her brother did share stories of how much fun he had teasing stuck up riders. "Can we not?" grumbled RedClaws. "Behave" Crreessa rolled her eyes. "Fine, I'll be good." she said, "For now" she finished the sentence in her head. "I heard that" RedClaws sighed.

Jill drank slowly from her ale. It was one of the only somewhat decent drinks in her opinion. Some drinks in the bar were just nasty and others so strong it would wake the dead. Her eyes went over the others sitting at the bar, some of them looked like they didn't even taste what they were drinking anymore. Taking another gulp she contemplated on her next move. If she could acquire the working hydro-flux capacitor than maybe she could trade it for a decent power cell. The only problem was the guy that had one according to the bartender wasn't someone she felt comfortable going alone too. Sure she could fight and she could shoot her lasergun but still, sometimes it was better to avoid problems and a woman alone often could find herself in trouble no matter how strong or smart she was.

Her gaze went over the drinkers, maybe she should hire one of these guys to help her. Not that she had much to give but it could be enough for the ones coming in here and drinking their sorrows away. Her eyes rested on a guy in a corner booth, Jill was sure she had seen him before. Always drinking but keeping to himself and not starting problems. She couldn't help wondering if one day she would sit there doing the same, not a lot seemed to be able to get off this forsaken pile of junk and some seemed to have given up. That was a depressing thought.
Recruiting from a bunch of drunks wasn't ideal and definitely not her first choice but she didn't trust a lot of her contacts anyway, too often had they tried to rip her off. At least her boss was somewhat decent but he didn't pay a lot, she didn't get more than a roof over her head, one meal after working hours and some pocket money from him.

Jill got up and walked through the bar. She stopped at some tables and asked if any was interested in going with her to collect a part but most dismissed her or suggested other ways to spend the day. Jill hesitated when she came closer to the booth with the man that looked like an absolute mess and her idea of hiring someone from here became a worse and worse idea. Nevertheless, she was there now and she might as well ask. She could only regret it later.
"Care to help me out?" she asked him, already bracing herself for possible suggestive remarks or blunt rejections.
